The room we stayed in had a severe BEDBUG infestation. After only two hours of sleep, we woke up to bedbugs crawling all over the bed. The hotel refused to issue a full refund, even though we barely slept, spent the entire day disinfecting our belongings, suffered allergic reactions requiring expensive medication, and had our weekend completely ruined. My emails requesting a refund were ignored, and when I called, the receptionist yelled at me and hung up. Absolutely cannot recommend this place.

This hotel is right next to Granada Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. Since we arrived around 10 AM, we were told there were no clean rooms available and we wouldn't be able to check in until 2 PM. Fortunately, they could leave our luggage in one room and lock it, which was very reliable. The room wasn't large, and the bed was quite clean, but the safe was broken, and the sink drain was clogged, making the water drain very slowly. My child went to take a bath, but it took forever for hot water to come out, which made him very upset. There was a bathtub, but it didn't look very clean and was quite old, so we didn't dare use it. We were only staying one night, so we weren't too bothered, and the price was very cheap when we booked. If you're looking for a hotel close to attractions, you might consider it.

Everything at the hotel needs to be rebuilt. Bedding was filthy, washrooms were filthy. We had just one night at this hotel which was a nightmare for sure.

Nice room with comfy bed and good shower and towels. TV had very poor reception so couldn’t really use it.

Most staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very helpful, and the chambermaid, the bar and restaurant staff.
The hotel was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a historic place full of character. The signage outside was tacky and the bar area was modern with plastic seats. We’d expected a more traditional place.
The lobby area had some sort of air purifier smell which was unpleasant.
On departure we were able to store our luggage a few hours which was helpful.

Quaint boutique, but noisy
Very noisy outside and in the hotel. Someone was talking on the phone in the hallway at 1 am and it sounded like they were in our room. They set up and take down the sidewalk seating area for the cafe early in the morning and at night which is very noisy

Loved this place. Great ambience, great service, and great food.

After a long day we were looking were to have a nice meal. Service was brilliant. Place cooled as it was still very hot outside. Food excellent. I had the best wine I have ever tasted so far and the best paella.
