The quality of the room and bathroom was very good for the price. The room was clean so was the bathroom. On a downside, the bed mattress was very uncomfortable.
Also the strong lights and traffic noise coming from the street were making it difficult to sleep (No aircon so window had to be open).
If you plan to use public transport, this place is a minute away from the train station from which there's a train to the city centre every 10 minutes.
There is plenty of free parking around too.

It's a standard place, recommended if you go by car, since it's quite difficult to park you car in Bilbao and here is not that bad. The train station is really near and the train is less than 10min to the city centre.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only problem I experienced is that the room had a smokey smell. It didn't smell that way when we got into the room the first time because all doors and windows were open, but when we arrived late at night, after all the afternoon with the room closed, the smell was there.

Easy to reach with the local train right from the city center. Newly renovated, but the walls are rather thin

Clean but noisy and expensive.
Very hard to find parking, no air conditioner available. Very noisy place. Friendly staff and a clean room although it’s too expensive for what this place offers to guests.

This is a complete scam. It's nothing like the pictures! No air conditioning, no fan, and only one inner window! The ground-floor room is horrible and incredibly small. This is the first time I've encountered such a hotel!

The room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility.

A Great Place To Stay A Good Size Of Room I Only Had Problems Opening Main Door I Just Waited For People From Outside To Arrive For Them To Open The Door , The Final Day I Manged To Open It Myself. Not Far From The Train Station & Easy To Walk Back To At Night From San Mames I Would Stay Here Again

Very good bus and train connections. The train station is about 200 meters away. The train departs approximately every 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby.
The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the room is very noisy. As a solo traveler staying only one night, this was perfectly adequate.

They don’t speak English. They don’t reply to Email, never. I miss my check in. And they don’t help nothing.
