Ohla Eixample in Barcelona

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and most of my experience was great. The front desk staff were all polite and enthusiastic, and there was turn-down service with chocolates every evening. The breakfast was very Western, and the staff were very helpful in assisting with and providing the food I needed. The room was small but exquisite, with a stylish design concept and a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese guests. My only complaint: upon check-in, I asked the front desk if I could get a room upgrade (since I was staying for 3 nights). The tall foreign staff member initially agreed, but after he went into a small back room to discuss for 2-3 minutes, he came out and told me it would cost an extra 40 euros per night, which was a bit disappointing. So, I didn't get the upgrade and stayed in room 601, which had two large pillars and a small window with no sunlight. I hope for a better experience next time!

We stayed for 4 nights and were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room. The hotel is very new, with double sinks in the bathroom, and the shower facilities are modern and clean. The amenities provided are also high-end, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep.
The service was excellent; the Chinese ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly, and they answered all our questions enthusiastically – a definite highlight! The hotel breakfast was good, and you could even order complimentary pancakes or omelets, so getting a full meal was no problem at all.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many highly-rated restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. A 5-minute walk to the left takes you to Casa Milà, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to Casa Batlló (where you'll also find the Gràcia metro and train stations). Turning right and walking for 5 minutes leads you to Provença metro station, which is very handy for getting to Mount Tibidabo. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our 5-day, 4-night stay in Barcelona, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Aside from being a bit pricey, there aren't any significant downsides. The guy at the front desk wasn't very experienced, the Chinese girl was much more on the ball. The location is super convenient, only a 5-minute walk to Casa Milà.

This hotel came highly recommended on Xiaohongshu, and my stay was excellent! The room was spacious with a very stylish layout; the long bar counter was quite practical. It was spotlessly clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the hairdryer had decent power. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including freshly sliced ham. I ate so much each morning that I didn't need a second meal until 3 or 4 in the afternoon! I'd say it's on par with a top-tier Atour hotel in China.

Highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're planning on shopping! The price is unbeatable for the value. It's about a ten-minute walk to Casa Milà, making shopping super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and they even give you two free instant noodles (which were delicious!). Every night, they also provide free chocolates – such thoughtful service. Slippers are provided, and the space is huge; you could easily open four large suitcases.

So thoughtful and detail-oriented! I just mentioned I was in town for a football match, and I had a pleasant surprise in my room that evening. The staff were very welcoming, and the location is excellent – really close to the 'three-piece suit' (referring to the iconic Lujiazui skyscrapers). Plus, all the nearby restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Its fantastic location in the Gothic Quarter, stylish and spotless rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff who provide personalised and attentive service. Quality breakfast that offers plenty of choice. The modern bathroom design lacks privacy and that the overall experience can feel a bit expensive, but still find the hotel comfortable, upscale and well worth staying in.

The hotel has a pool and a good location. The duvet in the room was a bit stuffy, but everything else was fine.

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the price is a bit higher than the quality of the hotel facilities. The breakfast food is of the standard for a typical four-star hotel, but champagne is served.

The hotel was nice, however the street outside is a bit shady with weird people hitting on you. Must try the omelet from the breakfast!
