The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location is very central, so the fact that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast wasn’t an issue at all — there are several great cafés just a few steps away.
Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Hygiene is therefore not great.
Price and location are great, but I won't stay here again. I called to ask about this but the person on the line got defensive and refused to even check the bed/sheets for said bugs, instead giving me a standard corporate response of "we clean everything thoroughly". I did not appreciate the stonewalling, nor the bed bugs.
