An excellent stay in Barcelona. We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic, with great connectivity and everything close by, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was very comfortable, and daily room service was much appreciated—fresh towels, a well-made room, and consistent upkeep throughout the stay.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Barcelona.

We booked two family rooms directly on the hotel’s website with a Bed & Breakfast rate, but we never received a proper confirmation with the booking details.
Upon arrival, the hotel claimed our reservation was “Room Only”, even though we never selected that option.
The email they later forwarded as “confirmation” had never been sent to us and contained no valid booking information.
Staff were often unhelpful and at times rude, which made our stay uncomfortable.
We have already filed an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The single room is small, and the bed is also single size. The location is fairly central, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also a 10-15 minute walk to the central shopping area.

The location is excellent, near Plaça Catalunya. The receptionist was very helpful, and after checking in, I heard a leaking sound in the room, which was resolved after I reported it. Before arriving, I thought the room wouldn't have many toiletries, but I found it did: shampoo, shower gel, a water glass, a hairdryer, and a small refrigerator (which also had a wine glass inside). There's a budget supermarket called Mercadona about 200 meters to the right of the door; I bought a bunch of things for only 10 euros, which far exceeded my expectations.

I had a great stay, the room was nice and clean. the location is perfect between the old city and the eixample. some small issues with water not stopping running in the bathroom and a weird discussion about an invoice but the staff was friendly and everything was fine in the end. I can recommend it!

Amazing staff and service. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Great neighbourhood in an area where I felt safe as a solo female. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfectly fine place to stay. It is a two star, but still pretty fair. The room was clean and we didn’t have any issues. Slightly annoying that the lock on the bathroom didn’t work. But it’s quiet and we had no issue. The staff were very friendly. It is a great location. Just reflective that Barcelona is expensive due to high demand.

Went for a solo trip to Barcelona during July for some beach chill time and also to watch a concert. Great location. I had been to Barcelona once before so knew Eixample had good accommodations and this place didn't disappoint. I asked for a balcony facing the courtyard for some peace, and was granted. The staff were all nice. Its just about close enough for the beach of you're prepared to walk, otherwise I used the metro which was super easy and the hotel is right next to a station, Urquinaona.

Love the location. Lots of cafes around n walking distance to Casa Batllo n half an hour walk to Sagrada Família. Staff are friendly n willing to help. Happy to stay again.
