Very nice hotel, modern, clean, nothing to complain about, would recommend. Just a bit difficult to park; struggled to find the parking and once I did, by chance, it was 24 euros a night. Breakfast was decent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and regret that I cannot recommend it due to issues regarding unacceptable cleanliness standards, security, health and safety concerns, room quality, and surrounding environment.
Overview:
- Rooftop: rooftop area was a disappointment to say the very least - I found moldy cups, garbage everywhere, scent of urine, and broken floor boards clearly a tripping hazard (photo attached). Additionally, as other guests have indicated, the pool is very small.
- Room: rooms feel outdated and while the main surfaces were clean, area like fans and hidden nooks were visibility dusty and neglected over time. The A/C rattles creating noise.
- Gym: did not use; however, checked it out. Small but has what you’d need. It’s clean, cool, and has free water.
- Security: Building is easily accessible from the street - a person could easily walk in to use amenities (or worse) as there’s nothing preventing them from entering the building. We believe the rooftop had external guests (speculation) as they left abruptly and suspiciously as soon as we entered.
- Location: Great location. 12 minute walk from public transportation and very walkable to main attractions.
- Staff: Front desk staff upon check-in was condescending, and made a direct comment to her colleague making fun of us for thinking that we could use drivers license when “ID” was requested since “passport” was not specified. This could have been a simple misunderstanding on our end, but ended up directly impacting our sentiment of the hotel upon check-in.

Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Located away from the chaos but within walking distance to Las Ramblas and well rated bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff from the reception down to the restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. It was a quite comfortable location: silent room, small fridge, boiler to prepare hot beverage. It is at a around 15-minute walk from Plaça Espanya, Plaça de Catalunya, ... There are many good restaurants nearby.
The breakfast is quite good, except for the tea. It only opens at 07:30. So, it's sometimes difficult when you have early appointment.
I appreciated the parking lot, even though the parking spot are not so big if you drive a van or a big car.
If I have the opportunity, I would return to this location.
On Saturday evening, there was a party organized in a bar / restaurant nearby. If it happens, don't expect to sleep with the windows open.
The breakfast is quite good, except for the tea. It only opens at 07:30. So, it's sometimes difficult when you have early appointment.

A centrally located hotel near lots of points of interest and easy access to taxi’s. Buses, and metro lines. Rooms were clean and simple. The staff were friendly and helpful. The outstanding feature was the breakfast. It had an excellent selection of coffees, juices, breakfast meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit, and hot plates. We looked forward to enjoying it each morning before starting our sightseeing.

There was no internet access, and the hotel's location meant poor cell phone signal; the room's Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. The supposedly limited-time coffee machine on the first floor was also broken for a day.
