And when i checked- out and wanted to keep my luggage they told me they will store it in their office on the underground level and they will be closing the room with a key
However, when i came back the room was open
Plus i took a price of the room for a good value and when i wanted to add an additional day the price was the double and when i asked about the reason they said because there was something important in the city

Very well located,in an area with bars,restaurants and supermarkets.
Also,within walking distance from Placa Rambla and Barceloneta.
They cleaned the room daily-they provided slippers, shampoo and body wash.
Nice and helpful staff-during the stay it was our son’s anniversary and they put in the room sweets,ballons and a card.
Thanks again for everything.
They are supposed to be refunding a stay from 2020 that I paid in advance for but was unable to use due to Covid-19.
I had a response from one manager who said they would process the refund in May of this year but since then they have stopped replying to my emails.
Due to this I would not stay with this hotel group in future as it seems they don't have a lot of respect for their customers.
