Nice view. Except there's hair dust (not a huge amount, but still), people talking very loudly at midnight, and the bed creaks every time it's repaired. Nice to do once. But I don't think I'll go back.

The location was superb. Felt like a local, enjoyed the experience. Within walking distance to Las Ramblas, in fact we walked everywhere. The apartment was very spacious. We booked a loft room. It had everything we needed including a welcome pack and toiletries. Only downside was the apartment has the bins right outside and can attract undesirables and it is quite noisy but we did feel safe as two females.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 girls aged 5 and 2. The reception is a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya. The staff were very friendly. After checking us in, they accompanied us to the apartment (a 3-minute walk from reception), provided us with two electronic keys, and offered helpful tips. The location is excellent. The Urquinaona metro stop is right in front of the door. The apartment was a superior one, consisting of a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and two bathrooms, one of which was directly in the bedroom. Everything was very functional and suited our needs. On the day of departure, we took advantage of the free luggage storage, which was very useful. Having an afternoon flight allowed us to use the morning to explore the city further. If I really had to find a flaw, it was the elevator located down a flight of stairs and not on the ground floor. However, the apartments are on the first floor, so the lack of a convenient elevator wasn't a problem. If we were to return to Barcelona, we would definitely stay here again.

BEWARE!!!! They are scammers. I made a reservation through ***********, and they couldn't charge me until the night before. Well, on the very day of the reservation, six months before the check-in date, they charged me for one night and claim they hadn't charged me anything, even though I sent them my bank statement. *********** had to handle the refund, otherwise I would have lost my money! They charged my card for the pre-authorization, issued a refund, and then made a final charge, which they completely deny. This is theft! I can prove this with my bank statement, but they only provide the pre-authorization refund slip, nothing more. THIEVES! Everyone needs to know!

Our room and the whole place is super clean. The rooms have a great mix of modern decor & high old ceilings. It's in a building with older details and character. We had a window and balcony over the street. Night street noise was there but minimal. Sweet open-grate lift is convenient for arriving and leaving with luggage. Bathroom is new, modern, and also spotless. Kitchenette is clean and user friendly. Front desk personnel were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Location was fantastic, within minutes of Placa de Catalunya, metro, buses, restaurants, and groceries. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
