The rooms were quite dusty, there was mold in the bathroom.
Great location, a few meters from the Arc de Triomphe, close to metro and bus stations, supermarkets and bars.
Average prices for the service they offer.
On the positive side, the location was relatively central, and the room had air conditioning – although this should be considered a basic feature nowadays.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. This was my first stay here, and thankfully, it will also be my last.
During my stay, my neighbors encountered a bug in their room, and no one from the reception was available to assist them, which added to the overall discomfort. I also found the staff's attitude to be less than accommodating when I requested an extra towel.
On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with easy access to tapas bars, cafes, supermarkets, and public transportation. The view of the Arc de Triomf right outside the property is a real highlight.
While the location is a strong point, there are several aspects of the stay that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
I am writing this letter to express my frustration with the treatment I received from your hotel. Our son booked a room with you and while there is a war... yes... a war in Israel, there are no flights and everything is tight, you in your most impudence do not want to cancel his reservation and insist on receiving your money!! About what and why?
When we tried to cancel the order due to the war going on in our country, we were refused. We were told that the hotel does not cancel reservations for any reason,
We are very disappointed with the treatment we received. We think it is unlikely that the hotel will refuse to cancel a reservation when there is a security incident occurring in the country.
We urge you to review your policy on this issue. We expect that it is important for the hotel to be more flexible in such cases, especially in such cases.
Good deal for 1 or 2 nights, solo traveller or couple. 5 min walk from the Gothic quarter, 1 min walk to one of the biggest metro stations.
