Room 25. Good, but there are some serious nuances

Convenient location. Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Kettle with tea and coffee maker with capsules in the room is a good solution for guests! Comfortable bed. Good set of cosmetics. Quick communication on Whatsapp! No problems with Wi-fi.

Check in instructions (detailed and clear) only after online check in. But the online check in form requires you to fill in FULL details of your card, including your CVC code!!! Photo Authentication is required at check in!!! I think this is too much! Even though we booked a room for three, it turned out to be a double. The host offered another room at extra cost. After contacting booking.com customer support the problem was resolved quickly and without extra charge. Perhaps the windows to the street are nicer, but there is more noise. Especially when the rubbish is taken out early in the morning. I don't understand how a safe can be placed in a closet on the floor! It is very inconvenient! The lift does not work!!!

Amazing location, near to the center and the Gothic.
Also clean and smelling great.

Good modern decor and well laid out e.g. sockets by bed. Would have been good to have in-room hot drink facilities.

What a great hotel, if you don't like saying in a big hotel then this is the hotel for you, we rate the room 8.5, overall the hotel was for one in a great position to the main shopping area, the hop off bus to all the site was a 2 minute wake, around the corner was a great cafes to eat

It is comfortable, clean, the rooms are big and have everything you need and the service is 10/10. There is also free breakfast from 8:00 to 11:30.

Wonderful reception, wonderful location and rooms are great. We even had a terrace :) highly recommend, great quality for the price and nice to support a small hotel in a central location. They also had our room available about 3 hrs early, so we were able to check in early in a rainy day. We are at el Camino and rimmirimmi both were great!
