The location is fantastic, very close to the train station, metro, and Gaudi's three masterpieces. The photo shows a nearby restaurant. The room, by European standards, is spacious enough, but the bed is made of two single beds pushed together, which you can feel. The bathroom was decent, nothing luxurious, but perfectly fine. The only real downside is that the walls are quite thin; you can clearly hear conversations from the next room, and outside traffic noise is also very loud. This place is only suitable for those who sleep well. The service was excellent, with complimentary water and bread. Toothbrushes and slippers were also provided. For the price, it offers good value for money.

Hotel was pleasant on arrival, really welcomed by staff. Hotel room was nice and clean. I would say the bed itself was not the most comfortable. Squeaky frame on legs. Did not go to the pool on top so cant comment. Breakfast was nice in the morning, same with the staff very welcoming. Good location for the area. Tubes it 2 min walk and 2 stops from central, nice and easy. Site seeing buses 2 min walk from stop 2.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to all three of Gaudi's masterpieces, no need for a taxi. The tall, handsome guy at the front desk was super nice. Since we checked in on Valentine's Day, he even asked if we needed help booking a restaurant. This is by far the most welcoming and best city I've visited in Spain, compared to Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona. The facilities are brand new and very interesting. We had a fantastic Spanish trip and a perfect Chinese New Year here. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the summer, because I haven't tried the rooftop pool yet, haha!

This hotel has a great location, but that’s about it. Initially, we planned to go up to the rooftop pool, but it looked dirty, so we didn’t use it. The cleanliness, amenities and service are okay.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was large, clean, and tidy. They provided a good selection of disposable amenities, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel even has a WeChat account, which is very convenient for Chinese tourists. The sink in the bathroom was a bit shallow, and sometimes the water pressure was slow, which was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! And so handsome! They not only provided a map but also meticulously explained the sightseeing routes, gave us a shopping card, and vouchers for local restaurants and bars. When I lost my room key, they replaced it immediately without any charge – super heartwarming!

The front desk and Trip.com platform were both great. However, the hotel's bedding was really mediocre. The bed frame, a light iron frame with wheels, would constantly shift when I lay on it. The pillows weren't comfortable either, and the sheets kept moving, exposing the mattress.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The location is good, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing besides the friendly reception staff — and it’s nowhere near enough to make up for everything else.

The toilet was shockingly dirty — honestly unacceptable for any hotel.
Cleanliness felt like -10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I even saw used coffee cups being washed in the bathroom sink and then left there for guests to use again. This is both unhygienic and disgusting.
Breakfast was terrible — below basic standards — nothing fresh or appetizing. Every day I felt like staying out as long as possible just to avoid coming back to the room.

The hotel's downtown location is incredibly convenient for accessing all attractions and the Grand Merci shopping street. However, the small room size was a drawback. During my stay, there was a water shut-off due to road construction. Although the hotel apologized, the inability to wash up was a significant inconvenience. Ctrip truly lives up to its reputation for excellent service; after verifying and negotiating with the hotel, they provided the maximum possible compensation.
