A short 10 minute walk from the aerobus. Desk staff very helpful. Housekeeping forgot to clean room on day 2. Some noisy guests in the halls @02:30 but that's not hotels fault. We would stay there again for the location. Breakfast was phenomenal with hot and cold offerings and wait staff so cheerful.

Frank, who checked us in, is excellent.
I had asked for a room not facing the street. It doesn’t. It faces internally, as many rooms do. However, it is on the first floor. Handy for the stairs - there always seems to be people waiting for the lifts, which are very slow. But it means we have to keep the curtain and the window closed, as we look out into a seating area and a corridor just outside the window. No big deal. Not worth changing rooms, once we were settled. But best to get a room on a higher floor.
The room meets 4 star expectations, spotless, big enough, comfortable beds, crisp sheets. There are some issues.
The wardrobe is cramped, but that’s partly because there is an ironing board, umbrella, hairdryer, safe, extra duvets etc.
The WiFi is very poor. It takes ages for any web page to load. And there is only one chair in the room.
As a four star, the hotel is good. But the awful WiFi deserves a forfeit, thus my rating of 3/5.

The lobby is eye-catching but lacks actual facilities.
The lobby is quite colorful, but honestly, there's nothing there besides some sofas. You can't really stay long. There's a tiny nook by a corner door with a capsule coffee machine, but unfortunately, they pack it away in the afternoon—not sure if they're worried about it being stolen or if they're just stingy with the coffee.
Also, the rooftop photos are a bit of a bait-and-switch. It’s actually a restaurant, not a lounge area for guests to relax or take photos. Once you get off the elevator, you're right in the middle of the dining room.

This hotel was very central, really easy as we got the bus from the airport and it was less than 5 mins walk. It is also close to a metro station.
The interiors were very stylish and the staff at reception were helpful.
The very best bit was the breakfast. The staff were very attentive and the à la carte menu had some amazing options, in addition to an extensive buffet

Only hiccup on our stay was the fire alarm ringing at 4am on our first night. We were jet lagged and partially awake when the alarm rang so it wasn’t as big a deal to us. However, the staff were quick in their feet, explained the situation and were very apologetic (really wasn’t their fault that an idiot decided to smoke in their room so early in the morning). Other than that, it was an amazing stay and would love to stay here again on our next time in Barcelona!

This hotel is in prime location. It is very close to major tourist attractions and is quite a walkable distance to shopping and culinary experiences. The staff is amazing. I had the honor to have pleasantly delightful staff like Diego, Alex and Julia welcome my sister and me for our visit. They are very resourceful, kind and if you are willing to practice your Spanish, they are happy to assist with your improvement. Their encouragement has made me become more adventurous and want to learn the language even more and I have them to thank for that. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with immaculate views of the Barcelona skyline where you can see cathedrals and people walking along. There is so much to do and see here at this hotel. If you are not as adventurous, everyone speaks English but it is definitely more fun to practice your Spanish. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and adequate closet space. The showers are spacious and the toiletries I think that were available came from The Rituals line and it was sublime. I am now intrigued to try the line of personal care goods as the formulations were very pleasant and delightful. I hope that everyone can enjoy the hotel and staff. It is the people that help make your stay a memorable experience. Thank you H10Cubik, I endeavor to try the other hotels in your portfolio.

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Stylish decor in the lobby. The staff is very helpful, especially Anas, Josep, and Fati. They took my room requests into account, and it was truly excellent: quite large and bright, with a huge balcony and a beautiful view. They also congratulated me on my birthday: they sent a bottle of Cava to my room, some pastries, and a very touching and sweet handwritten message, which I found especially nice in this day and age of typing! There's a lovely bar and pool on the rooftop. I highly recommend it!
