We booked self-catering and, on arrival, were given a very small room with only a microwave and kettle. After raising this with reception and explaining that we needed proper cooking facilities to prepare meals for our one-year-old, we were moved to a “studio.” Unfortunately, this room was even smaller. While it had a balcony door, the only window opened onto the corridor, which offered no privacy and let in constant noise from passing guests — far from ideal with a baby.
Although the room initially appeared clean, closer inspection told a different story. The area under the bed was thick with dust, and our baby’s hands and knees quickly became dirty from crawling. More concerning was the broken glass I discovered on the bathroom floor, which thankfully I found before my baby did.
On a positive note, the hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool area was enjoyable too, though it would benefit from having highchairs available at the pool bar, as it was difficult to relax there with a baby.
Overall, the hotel has potential and some very good aspects, but the room experience was disappointing and let down what could have been a much more enjoyable stay for our young family.

If I could , I would give -4. It's definately not 4 star hotel, room was terably uncleaned, bathroom was the worst. It looked like it wasnt clean all season of not longer. During a 1week stay , cleaning wasn't done, just collectimg rubish & fixing towels, beds made. All dost and dirt stayed all week. Avoid this hotel if you can, apart from good location it doesn't have what to offer... Breakfast was ok, dinners usually food was cold... in general all enviroment , staff does look happy there...It distroyed my mood for all the rest of holidays

Lovely hotel just off the main promenade. Food is above the normal standard I found with nice big croissants and a good selection of food. We stayed in a studio which had a kettle, hob and fridge. Would stay again.

Central location with a generous sized room. The pool area is not fully exposed to the sun ( until later in the day) so lots of choice for a sunbed. Your room key is on a wristband and is a bizarre feature - the only disappointing element of the hotel.

Booked direct with hotel , was given a lovely large pool view room with two double beds, plenty of wardrobe space , cleaned spotlessly.nice quick checkin and given wristbands that activated the door to room . Simple and superb addition.Breakfast was delicious but we struggled to find anything for the evening meal .So many choices but too much fish and most meats were on the bone , pork knuckles , lamb with bones, beef knuckles.couple of evening just had a bread roll with cheese. Food temperature very poor at breakfast and in the evening,cleaning staff super friendly, hotel great location but if we returned it would be B&B only .free safe and good wifi .pool area no sun until midday onwards

The location is the best. 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants next to the hotel. Food was good and big range of everything. Prices in the pool bar were cheap!

It was perfect I’ve got nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was clean the pool area was lovely great location. We stayed b&b the breakfast was nice, it was the same everyday but still a good choice. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is super clean, friendly and accommodating. The room was dark, but nice for a lay in. Bathroom had good light and lovely toiletries, no problem using with my super sensitive skin. The choice of breakfast was wonderful, better than most places I've stayed, restaurant, like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. Pool has quite a bit of shade, I'd have preferred less, but some like this with higher temperatures, its quite overlooked by buildings, which give shade until 11am, then sun appears at the far side for 2 hours, this shades again, but the sun moves around as the day goes on. This is the only negative fir me, but it wasn't busy, so I followed the sun. Entertainment was great, pool games with both kids and adults through the day on and off, evening entertainment (a singer) in the evenings. Cocktails are great, also well priced at €6 or the special of the day €4.50, the staff bring to you, regardless where you are outside. I would definitely return and recommend a stay here, its close to the beach, shops, restaurants but the night life outside doesn't disrupt rest.

Clean hotel. Small pool. Frosty receptionists. Average food. About worth the money. Really near the beach. Comfortable beds. Wouldn’t go back but nothing particularly wrong with this place.
