Disappointing stay!!!
I do not recommend this hotel. The staff were surprisingly unfriendly – it felt like we were disturbing them just by being there. The hotel urgently needs renovation. Most of the guests are elderly people, so the atmosphere is more like a retirement home than a holiday hotel. The evening shows were very poor. The only positive thing was that the sea is just a short walk away. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
In all, it was not the best experience.
The hotel is a tourist money machine. Anyway, not much is being done for maintenance and cleaning.
3 days, there were hairs and dust under the table, cause the cleaning stuff was obviously too lazy to move it. Wardrobe without doors, shabby and dusty.
One day they forgot to clean the room.
The TV had a long, bug scratch. The fridge was muddy inside. No shelves.
In the bathroom, loose holders never were fixed.
Thr sink drain cannot be closed.
The room is not sound proof.
So you hear the neighbors and the people outside.
If someone was knocking at the neighbors door, it sounds like the own. In all, very noisy.
Limited parking lots. I didn't get a space at arrival.
Internet was bad, especially outside the terrace.
Breakfast only as from 8am.
There's not any style of fish offered.
Pool area totally overcrowded.
For using the gym, you have to go to the reception to register. Very small room, less training opportunities. If you're not alone, it's pointless to train.

We came to this hotel with the expectation to enjoy some days of vacation as a couple, but the experience didn't met it.
One of the most dissapointing points was the buffet, which was really repetitive, monotonous and didn't include Spanish typical dishes such as gazpacho, churros with chocolate, arroz con leche... Although they served some paella it didn't taste as it, like if they had just cooked some rice with sea food or meat. We clearly looked for the opportunity to try them in a four- star hotel, but in this one you won' t find them. Besides, there wasn't any fruit for breakfast and just a little during lunch.
We' ve read some recent reviews and we' ve come to the conclusion that many other people agrees with us, but from the hotel you receive no answer. They just reply to the good comments instead of trying to improve the bad stuff clients let them know.

If I could give this hotel a zero I would . This was a very terrible stay. They were not accommodating at all. We booked for two twin beds they did nothing to accommodate us. We kept checking everyday and it was the same story not possible to accommodate. The room was small the air conditioner did not work at all for our whole stay. We kept complaining everyday they would not change our room. It was in August middle of summer 95 degrees weather with no air conditioner. The worst experience ever!!! Hopefully you will have better luck then me and my daughter did!!! zero star,, no star!!!!

Spent here last weekend for Halloween which was a pre-birthday gift to myself, but what a disappointment! On the 1st night I felt unsaved, this planned fun Halloween weekend turned out to be a true horror!
I was attacked by a family where the father actually started to harass me, just pushing my chair during a Halloween show of the hotel, and of course I'll defend myself proclaiming to not push me and get out of my space. It unfortunately escalated, having the whole family, even a grandma and grandchild wanting to fight me, threatening to use violence and this in front of the audience, performers and bar staff. The father on the other side kept pushing my chair aggressively, that I even screamed at the end in the auditorium since everyone saw it and still no one came to help out. No hotel guest, not even the hotel staff assisted, it's like it's ok for a small colored women to be harassed and threatened with violence by a whole group. If I was Spanish, I'm sure somebody would already come to the rescue. And if it was the other way around, with my family harassing a Spanish woman, then police was already there and we would've been kicked out of the hotel without even hearing us out.
Unfortunately, no one cared to help, and that even after calling a hotel animation worker of the show to request help and send security downstairs, I believe her name was Aroa or Ana. She said she was going to consult her superior. After 20 minutes waiting, no one came, as like nothing happened. So I called the hotel reception, twice since after the first phone call, they didn't send security. After in total of 40 minutes waiting after me asking for help, the show ended and just at that precise moment security finally arrived, his name was Juan Miguel. Even the guard didn't take it seriously and was looking at me as if I was just overreacting and not really in distress. He tried to even already send the family back to their room, without actually solving anything. I was like no, listen to me as they really harass me during the whole show.
Since Spanish is my 4th language and I was upset and jumpy, it was frustrating and difficult to express myself well in Spanish, so Juan could understand the situation. The family who acted the whole time that they're French, speaking only French to me, all of the sudden they spoke perfectly well Spanish as natives with Juan! While we were talking with him, he heard and witness how they were acting against me, still harassing and insulting/calling me names just in front of him. Still, he just sent them to their room and telling me that he'll be watching the video as now he can't do anything and will call my room later the night or next morning. Guess what, he never did! I went the next morning to the hotel reception to ask if there was any update of the incident and the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about. So not only did Juan do nothing to solve it, the incident wasn't shared internally. Those behind the reception also didn't offer a solution, just telling me that these guests were leaving today, so they can't do anything anymore and even if I go to the police it's late now and police should have been called the same moment since it was fresh and the entertainment room was filled with witnesses. They gave me a complaint form and the family was just off the hook, no consequences whatsoever.
Though the staff was nice and apologized, this really felt unjust and I'm so disappointed since the hotel didn't feel responsible for my safety, starting with bar staff, the animation employee and security guard. So I'm taking legal assistance to sue the hotel for their lack of support, incompetence and allowing harassments and threats of violence against me during my stay, making me feel unsaved and discriminated for the rest of the stay. Only good thing about the stay, was the food. If you're a vegetarian or vegan you have enough choice during breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you value safety and justice, I don't recommend this hotel, this was my first and last stay here. The worst hotel experience ever!

Unfortunately can't recommend. Exterior is not bad with big swimming pools and a nice bar. It's a bit weird that in the bar you need to pay 1€ each drink, and they give the money back when you also give back the cup, this happens even in the All Inclusive pension.

Rooms are not bad, but the infrastructure of the hotel is quite old in some places. Food really left to desire, the food was not good and with lack of variety, the restaurant is very disorganized and small for the amount of people that eat at the same time, you need to stay in a line for like 5-10 minutes to get what you want. The worst part was when we started seeing rotten fruit in the restaurant, such as melon and pineapple. Quite shameful to serve rotten food.

The room cleaning was actually very good.
Localization of the hotel was very good, with easy connection to the beach.
