Hotel Olympus Palace in Salou

I can honestly say that this hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Salou with spacious, clean rooms, fantastic, helpful, very friendly staff and good food. I have allergies and the chef ensured my safety with certain foods and provided gluten free breads, cakes, pastries and crackers for me. The hotel is in the heart of Salou and very atmospheric especially at nighttime. I travelled with my teen and felt very safe. I wish that I’d booked for two weeks but we will definitely be back again soon. There’s a pizza restaurant straight across the road that does take away pizzas and today we tried the gluten free one, it was delicious so I recommend going sometime. There are no Uber taxis here and the local taxis are more expensive than other parts of Spain, I’d say twice as expensive but the bus is a very cheap way to get about.

I go away about 6 times a year and this hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.Absolutely fantastic hotel,the rooms are spotless all the staff were fantastic entertainment 10 out of 10,and the food is litrualy amazing!ohh and the the pool on the roof terrace and the summit terrace bar is litrualy spectacular,it's luxury is a I personally think this hotel should be a 5*..I highly recommend this hotel.It was worth every penny.but if you notice I only give it 4 out of 5,purely because the house keeping staff stole money that was actually in a hand bag in my room.and when we reported it to reception they investigated it but the cleaning staff just denied it.The receptions solution to the problem was we you should put all valuables in the safe.so it was our own fault.Soo basically what there saying anything of value left out eg, phones laptops shoes ,trainers watches game consoles expensive clothes etc etc,pretty much everything should be locked in a tiny safe when we leave the room. if not it's ok for the cleaners to just take what they want!😔.we were very unhappy about this incident,and it did let the hotel down.its not like the money was left on the side table ,they invaded our privacy and took it out of a zipped up bag.unfortuanatly because of this incident I will not return to this hotel as it spoiled our holiday.

Stayed for 2 nights as it was cheaper to come to salou than a weekend away in ireland. A fabulous hotel right in the centre of Salou, 5 minute stroll from the centre, room was spotless and modern, perfect for a couple, hotel is stunning, pool and summit pool are fantastic, we were room only so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was packed both nights we were here for buffet all inclusive and at lunch, bar service was amazing, lovely staff and very friendly. Only downside was no kettle and coffee and tea facilities in the room we had, so if you want your morning coffee without going downstairs to the buffet you can go to the supermarket across the road and get a cold take away and keep them in the fridge in the room. Overall fantastic stay and will be returning again without question.

Great hotel well positioned in Salou with easy access to the beach ~ 7 min walk straight down the street. Rooms clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely roof bar with loads of seats and sofas to relax on and a nice pool up there as well.

Returned to this fabulous hotel once again, this time with our 17 yr old son who loved it as much as us. We were kindly upgraded at Reception and it was so lovely to see the familiar faces. With the lovely staff, perfect location and that rooftop, you cannot go wrong. Cannot wait to come back!!!

I’ve been here twice and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are always amazing. This time, we stayed in a very large and spacious suite with a pool view, and there were incredible shows every evening. The food was so tasty, as always, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Once again, a fantastic stay highly recommended!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. We came for a little cheap autumn break not expecting too much. Quick check in, rooms spotless, great food and coffee and staff very friendly! Entertainment on every night, great central location too! Little tip- bring a water flask and fill in the morning along with a coffee flask. We were half board and the quality of the food was very good. Not a lot of young kids around but maybe with it being outwith school holidays.

Hotel Olympus Palace is a stunning hotel in a great location, myself and my girlfriend 19+18 year old travelled on our first holiday together from the UK and were a bit put off by reviews before we travelled, but I have hardly and complaints about this place and would 100% come back again. All staff were very friendly, Breakfast was excellent and dinner also had a good variety of choice even for fussier eaters. Only complaint I have with dinner is that there was not any heaters at the buffet so the food struggled to keep warm, but i’m sure that is something the hotel could look at. However there’s plenty of excellent places to go out for dinner nearby. The pools were excellent, especially the rooftop pool and bar, a very modern area - especially at night.. stunning with its lights. Entertainment every night at the hotel and also plenty of arcades, pubs etc nearby. - Also only a 5 min walk from beach. Only small complaint i had was with the buffet being a bit cold but can definitely get resolved, and also if you are looking for a long lie in you might be awoken by the cleaners by scraping some furniture along the floor nearby - usually 9am, but we were usually up by then. For any of yous who look at reviews and get put off by the “not for british people” and not for “younger couples” we did not find our experience like that at all… Hotel Olympus Palace, 5 stars - and hope to see you again next year.
