20th September 2025 - Serious pigeon problem at the hotel who boss the pool area and snack bar all day. Uneducated guests leaving food around so naturally the area is covered in pigeon poo. Even witnessed guests washing the bird poo off their towels in the pool, disgusting. Bar staff particularly unfriendly and disappear close to last orders for all inclusive guests. No privacy in rooms as you can hear conversations in the room next door and the constant bang of doors from 6am to 1-2am is disturbing. Long wait for hot drinks in the morning, machines are slow and not enough of them. The hotel does have potential as location good and rooms are a decent size. Never a problem getting sun lounger round the pool area if you like feathered friends for company. Standard of food was good but barely warm on occasion so glad for the access to a microwave. The reception staff are very accommodating and a special mention to Raul. Sadly we won't be returning but ok for a budget family holiday.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small.
All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm.
We chose the half board option, the food options let the hotel down, very repetitive, not much choice and guests were rude, you would be queuing to use the coffee machine and people would walk right infront of you to use it next, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for food choices, meal times were very stressful.
However everything else was lovely, hotel was modern and was in a great location. Hotel entertainment was impressive in the evening. If I stayed again i would go self catering as was only a 5 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. 10/15 minute walk from beach.

The hotel is very large, it has two large buildings connected by a covered walkway, the main building, with the reception, is curved, the other is L-shaped. Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. We had All Inclusive. We paid 4.5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily. The maids do an excellent job and leave everything clean and tidy, I caught them one day when we returned from the beach cleaning the glass wall of the shower with active foam. The furniture is new, but chosen with maximum economy. For example, only one of the beds had a bedside table, next to the other bed was the room table. The food was good, nothing to comment on, but nothing to mention either.
The only oddity at this hotel are the green cards that you have to exchange every time at the bars for the hard plastic cup in which you are given your drink. It would have been OK with plastic cups if they had only done it around the pool, but it is very unpleasant to drink all the time at any of the indoor bars, except the restaurant, any drink, beer, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks from plastic cups. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel. And there is a bartender, Fabian, who has a strange and unfriendly behavior.
We never used the pools, we preferred to go to the beach.

Good value hotel, but spoiled by food poisoning.
If we had not had food poisoning I would be giving it full marks.
The rooms are sufficiently equipped, spacious and comfortable.
The service at the bar and restaurant is good also, with a good selection.
The pool, although cold, was great, and we can put that down to the time of year.
We knew the location was a little walk away from town before we arrived, so no complaints.
What I can't forgive, and unfortunately will prevent my return, is myself, and my youngest daughter vomiting violently, and without being too graphic, out of the other end also!
These were both on separate days. So it couldn't be pin-pointed to a certain meal or food. But we were all inclusive and ate at the hotel so we can only put it down to something we ate there.
For me it was only on the second night of a 6 day holiday, and I didn't really have much of an appetite after that. My daughter had the same issue the following evening and she didn't eat much after that either.
It is really unfortunate because the staff were very hard working, and the hotel itself seems very good.
Reading previous reviews, now we are home, this seems to be a recurring issue at the hotel, so there is potentially an issue with food storage or hygiene in the preparation area.
I don't like to leave bad reviews, because I can see how hard the staff work, but if people don't report it, then there can be no solution.
I did tell the lady when I was checking out, and she did seem generally concerned, and took a note of the issue and said they would look into it.

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

Stayed here for a week 6 of us.We all ended up with sore throat’s I think the smell of the drains around the pool gave us this. The area around the hotel had road works very noisy and dusty and we had to walk around the road works to get to the beach. Other hotels and businesses in the area were shut. The hotel itself other than the smell was very good, plenty of good food clean rooms.

Absolutely horrendous hotel please read reviews before booking don’t make same mistake

Informed them we would be staying with a disabled child who would need a proper bed and they have provided him a pull out bed there is no space in the rooms and he is already very distressed

Had to argue with the women at the reception to provide a kettle to make his medication which he needs several times throughout the day

Was refused bigger Room despite willingness to pay any amount needed.

Absolutely gutted and am looking at flights home because the staff are very rude.
This hotel is not friendly towards their disabled customers and

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at. The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it isn’t the greatest, if you was a very plain eater you would find chips and occasionally pizza but again the eating area is very overcrowded and if you are someone who enjoys a range of food you would be disappointed, of the 7 nights I enjoyed one main which was paella, the rest was very underwhelming and we opted to eat out every night and majority of the mornings as you can find a lot of local breakfast options for around €6-8 anyway and dinner for 2 adults and a child in local restaurants was around €40-€70 without the big rush and queues. You get what you pay for and whilst it’s not the cheapest hotel it is affordable and you shouldn’t be put off from going, having said that, there are hotels in the local vicinity for a similar price that offer a better selection of food and a more modern appeal to the outdoor areas. The evening entertainment is okay but the entire decor of the outdoor seating could be revamped to make it more appealing as it’s quite overcrowded and low cost, sitting on old plastic chairs and tables. The arcade is genuinely not worth even visiting, it’s a few machines with not much thought or cost put into it. The rooms themselves are very nicely put together and the decor is modern, they felt clean and well maintained as did the internal side of the hotel definitely a class above what was on offer in terms of the pools and outdoor seating areas. The beds themselves was however an extremely low point for me as they was very uncomfortable and did give me quite a bad back ache every morning. The location is good, it’s one of the further hotels from the main salou beach and strip but it’s still closely situated, a 15 minute walk will get you to the beach and 7 minute walk to the strip. I wouldn’t personally stay there again unless there was a change to the external aspects of the hotel as it’s just not appealing to a family, the lifts need updating as they’re unreliable, the staff was well trained and nice. It’s a 3 star hotel ultimately but for the little bit extra to stay else where would be money well spent.

So I left a complaint review 3 days ago. Today we return to our room to be complementary bottle of champagne which is 4 euros a bottle and a note saying” please report to reception I would like to meet you in person to improve your stay for the remains days of your stay. 3 days later. So I went to reception to be told okay 1 minute 3 staff walking around behind the counter. No other guests at the desk and left to stand there for 15 minutes like an idiot. Until I decided enough is enough and walked away avoid numerous issues you couldn’t pay me to stay in this hotel again!
