great good location and helpful staff

The location is perfect for a short trip to Madrid. It's a 2-minute walk to Plaza Major. Check-in was easy. The apartment with a double bed and two large pull-out couches was spacious and a little worn, but overall it was OK for us.

GREAT location! I loved it. We could walk anywhere. We got the private room and it was perfect Bigger than the average size hotel room. The people at the front desk was very friendy and helpful. The person at the coffee was very nice as well. I was suprise that we could not hear any noise from the basement where most of the young kids hang out. I will def. recommend it.

So staff was nice, trying to help me everytime I request it, points for that :) The room: I stayed on 8 bed female room (208), I request the bottom (which they gave) but the problem is that the balcony door was just in front of the bed and that door has a big window that cant be covered because the blinds were broken, so if you don't mind about little bit of light from the street coming to you in...

Mola Hostel is walking distance from Plaza Mayor and Sol Metro station. Good location. I stayed in a 8 bed female dorm. I was surprised to see that the beds are big. And it is very comfortable. I had a good sleep. The beds are separated from the toilet and bath but it is not on a common area. It is good so that when we fixed our things we do not disturb those who are sleeping. The service is good, the staff are friendly. Theres a breakfast buffet for 5 euro, which is very good value. The rooms are kept clean as are the bathroom facilities. The major downfall are the beds lack curtains so there is no privacy between you and other guests in the room. This was apparant when my friend and I were stared at by one of the men staying in the room for a lenghty period of time at...

Clean room, friendly staff, nearby everything

The hotel is located next to the old town. It's new and clean, but the rooms are a bit small, with a bed and aisle. Larger suitcases can't be opened. There's no elevator. The guesthouse/hotel has a very laid-back atmosphere. There's usually no one at the front desk. There's access control at the main entrance, but it's very convenient to come and go without any issues. All the attractions are nearby...

Had a great experience just that human and customer service by the owner is very bad ( Receptionist). Poor human relationship and bad delivery of service

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the facilities are very simple. The worst thing is that the glass door of the bathroom leaks, so be careful.

Great location, clean, and close to all the sights. There are great dining options a 5-minute walk away. While the staff operates more than one Hostal, they were very responsible via WhatsApp.

I stayed to La Fresa Hostel for 5 days and 4 nights. It was confortable, the location was really nice and the position of the hostel is good, from there it is easy to reach the city centre, the desert and the beach side. The guys working there are so nice, always available for every help and request. ¡Hasta luego!

This place has a good outdoor area with a small pool (that was never used but still nice to hang around), good cooking facilities and good quality dorm beds. They switch off lights and ask everyone to be quiet after 22pm, so you can expect to get a good sleep. Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Also great value

positives: there is a pool (which nobody used), the other guests were pretty cool. negatives: rooms are terrible, beds even worse - 8 bed room and they just stuff a 9th bed in there, because they are overbooked. The noise level from the party hostel on the other side is unbearable and the breakfest is a joke. Also the hostel is 2 houses, the volunteers basically stay in the right one and don't bother...

Ok place to stay. What's good? - big shared living room to hang out - outdoor seatings - staff keeps cleaning the whole time (e.g. clean toilets) - free drinking water (very good 👍) Not so great - Wifi works only on one floor and it's slow - No lockers for valuables (seems to be normal on this island) Neutral - it's a hostel. There might 15 guests at the same time - the breakfast is very basic....

Not the best, not the worst. The place was clean and staff pretty nice. Keep in mind that private rooms are much smaller that the pictures show.

Once again, the staff were very hospitable and helpful, always with a smile. The facilities are just as clean as at the other location, which shows great consistency. The atmosphere was equally pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Its location is excellent for getting around the area, and the price is still very affordable. This is my go-to hostel from now on.

Very pleasant staff and a great terrace. All common areas are clean, and the mattresses are comfortable. There's a small shelf for belongings on the top bunk.

Good location: 10 minutes from the airport; walking distance to La Laguna bus-station, city shopping & nightlife. Clean, light dorms, shared kitchen & top-floor terrace with a bar. Nice to work and socialize with mostly backpackers & independent travellers exploring the university town. Friendly hostel-team - also help-full when problems with an other booking agent occur.

Nice location, nice rooftop terrace. Don't expect world class bathrooms and shared facilities, but it is okay. Friendly staff.

The breakfast included was only a small muffin and I booker fir a bed in a dorm of twi but I was actually in a dorm of 4. Had a great experience somehow. The staff and the people staying there were very nice and the check in was easy.

I appreciate the late check-in and check-out. The place is clean and provides some commodities in the kitchen. There is no stove and the laundry is for staff only but it's close enough to a lavanderìa. Front desk is here until late. Some bunk beds have privacy curtains, personal bunk lamp and outlets. Dining area is spacious.

Great Albergue for pelgrinos for Via de la plata . Plenty bed, clean, warm blanket, kitchen with plenty bowl, plates with Micro waves . And there is free milk , cereal, cookie, coffee for guests. Two big shower room .one for women, another for Men. There is coin coffee machin , coin drink machine. The girl named Briana (staff) , she is very helpful, kind. Thank you!!

I came to Ourense by morning train but staff let me in even I was too early. Location is good near the trainstation, shops and bars. Friendly staff, clean place. Nice kitchen and common area. Light breakfast included.

For a hostel it's fine, the location is good, very friendly, if anything, I would prefer the showers to have doors.

There weren't many people when I went, and this may affect my assessment a bit. The place itself is spacious and clean, a living room with some kitchen utensils, as well as a microwave, etc, and breakfast. The area is ideal in Ourense, near the river, a supermarket, cafeteria and others. The treatment is excellent and difficult to improve, the worker is a charm. For what quality / price (€ 17),...

Great hostel, very good located. Friendly staff. They have kitchen. No free tea or coffee, but you can buy Dolce coffee for 1euro

Great hostel with super friendly staff. It's clean, quiet, and the shared kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for cooking, plus it's clean! The bunk beds are spacious, and the mattresses are comfortable. Only the Wi-Fi was sometimes very slow.

Very well located and the room was adequate, nothing fancy. The shared bathroom was basic but clean. I did miss having a mirror in the room, at least.

The service was very nice. The staff was friendly and gave us some advice on things to do in Valencia and where to find them. I was very pleased with everything except the bathroom it stinked very much. Other than that it was a good stay. I recommend it.

The hostel is well located and offers activities as well as advice. Beds are comfortable, lockers secure Barcelona and surrounding areas are lovely. Food is excellent.

Very good location! Clean and beautiful. Easy access open kitchen and top roof decorated my visit . Had a lovely three nights here.

Great staff, best hotel experience in Spain for me so far. We had the suite in the top floor, getting up to it is a trek up narrow stairs. But it's worth it. A large L shaped balance with chairs with beautiful views. Suite is clean and large, bed is comfortable, looks all new and renovated. Staffed 24 hrs a day for security and convenience.

The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. It had a hairdryer but no shower gel or slippers, which is unusual for most European hotels. The front desk staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They even gave me a chocolate and a thank-you note when I left; very sweet.

The location was idealistic close to metro, Restaurant’s the main city attractions are easily walkable. Staff provide a map and information around the best way to walk and see the attractions.would stay again.just remember there is no lift but staff will help you carry your bags

Excellent hostel. I stayed in the female dorm. The mattress was comfortable, the bed linen was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a fridge.

Excellent location, professional and very helpful staff

The service, hospitality, and friendliness of the staff were all excellent. Privacy was also maintained to a minimum, and the storage shelf under the bed was convenient. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfast, and they even provided us with bread.

The location was good and we could walk to various places. Each bed had a curtain so we could use it with peace of mind.

It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others.

The actual building inside is sooo cute, much like the old town of Granada. The hostel was clean and the staff was friendly, very quiet and in a very quiet and nice part of town, close to Alhambra. Would recommend to anyone going to Granada if you want a quiet place in a nice part of town in 2km walking distance to everything!!

We had an amazing room with a direct view of the Alhambra. Everything was great, the only slight drawback being that there was no proper place to socialise (particularly at night) apart from the kitchen. The common room was good to relax in, but as no drinks were allowed there it wasn't ideal for night time drinks.

I've stayed there a week ago and I was completely satisfied. Clean, nice stuff, very cheap (especially during the off-saison). You can relax in the hostel's atrium and have a good view from the housetop onto the "Alhambra" the great mediaval palace of Granada which is only a few minutes far away by feet.

An excellent hostel! I stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my husband, our 5 year old son, and my father. We had a quadruple room with a private bathroom. This hostel is in the best place to explore the Albayçin. The Alhambra is a 20 minute walk (uphill). The staff were just great! It's in a very old Arab-style villa. They offer free WiFi. The kitchen is a bit small but that is the nature of staying...

What a lovely place! I really enjoyed my night here. Moi checked me in then served me a glass of wine at the lovely rooftop bar whilst filling me in on places to eat and a bit of local info. As others have said in reviews here, the breakfast was fantastic! 😎

Just like other reviews mentioned, the staff here are truly amazing! They're very talkative and helpful to travelers, and best of all, there's free dinner every day! (Although I basically didn't get to eat it due to time constraints 😭). There are also many good Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby 👍🏻

Super close to the Arc de Triomphe and the old town, the daily free dinner cooking program is a major highlight, the tour program is great, and tipping is optional 😊 The counter staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, and understanding, thumbs up! 👍

Nice hotel in a great location This is a basic hotel offering a small number of rooms. Everything was clean and the staff on reception between 0900-2100 were all friendly. The six rooms at the front offer an unrivaled view of the beach and old town walls, with air-conditioning and a decent shower. Great place, great location, good price and very nice staff. The breakfast is brought to the room which is a nice touch. The staff was also very compliant with current covid situation. The walls are a bit thin and there are some stairs, both things we didn’t mind but some might find important.

Very functional and in a good position in town the only big downside was the Beds retained too much heat which caused broken sleep

The hostel is good, but you have to make and unmake your own bed, the cleanliness could be improved in the bathrooms, the breakfast is wonderful, a positive point of the hostel, 10 out of 10.

An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs

I stayed 6 days at this hostel. The location is great and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was really good fir a hostel. Having air conditioning on those warm nights made all the difference. There's well equipped kitchen, but i didn't use it. I just wanted a place to sleep and shower and this hostel did that perfectly.

The hotel is located by the sea, near a large supermarket but few restaurants. The room was small but clean; the bed was narrow and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool. Fortunately, Spain wasn't that hot in May! The shared toilets and showers were generally unhygienic. The water pressure was decent, but there was nowhere to put clothes, which was a bit awkward. Furthermore...

What a wonderful stay. I stayed in a twin room . The beds were so comfy and the hostel was kept very clean. Great roof terrace! It felt very safe and friendly. Johnny is a legend!!!! Having never previously stayed in a hostel before I booked this place due to the price and other reviews but still wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say this place has given me the confidence to book a hostel again and If I come back to the area I will certainly book here a second time. Great location, less than 5min walk from plaza de espania and all public transport hub. Room clean, service kind but not speaking english very well. Big dissadvantage is waste water treatment system- very noisy.

This hostel has a fairly good location, supermarket just outside the door, and small restaurants around. The room was lacking, with a distinct smell and thin walls you can hear other rooms and feel the subway. The bathrooms were okay, and kept clean by staff. It is okay for a night or 2, and is just okay for getting some rest. Front desk staff was kind.

The hostel is super central. The personal were ok, they could be nicier. At least when I arrived, the one in the reception couldn't speak English, and didn't give any information about the room and the hostel. The room is super nice, it contains Air conditioning and a small fridge. The lights where not so strong and in the bedroom which I was located there was an alarm light, which was not possible...

The bathroom was a little run down, but everything worked. They provided clean linens and towels. The staff was attentive. Our room faced the street and we could watch the world go by. It’s a great budget option.
