Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel - Adults Only in San Antonio Abad

The look of the hotel, the pool area and rooms are amazing. Incredibly finished with nice touches. Can’t fault it. The location is a short taxi to the bay but also has plenty around if you wanted to stay local, cool beach bar 1 min walk away. Loved that you can go to the other concept hotels, Grand Paradiso is next door and would highly recommend, staff there were so helpful, chatty and knowledgeable. Sadly didn’t get the name of the guy behind the bar but he was a credit to the hotel …however the staff in Paradiso art really let the place down, especially the bar staff. It says table service around the pool but we had long waits and were ignored a couple of times, long waits on drinks even though it was not busy enough to understand the wait times (1 hour for a coffee and pineapple juice) Wrong drinks brought, we had to send back dirty glasses and really miserable staff. Barely saw a smile from the staff and they really made to feel quite uncomfortable. They brought alcohol cocktail to my friend in recovery that specifically asked for mocktails and as an apology she got 2 free drinks! … we waited a long time for this trip and was very excited, big disappointment for the cost.

I will never stay at this hotel again. After all the times I’ve been on holiday and stayed in hotels, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I developed impetigo after my stay — a skin infection my doctor believes came from unclean towels or bed sheets. It’s shocking and honestly disgusting to catch something like this from a hotel that should meet basic hygiene standards. The rash on my face is embarrassing and completely avoidable. This experience has put me off completely, and I strongly urge the hotel to improve its cleaning practices for the sake of future guests.
