Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.

Excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great food options. Would definitely recommend the Select service, it is definitely worth it. Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule.

Had a fantastic time , staff were superb, rooms was lovely and clean , comfortable bed , the whole hotel was spotlessly clean , the pool was a little fresh , the all inclusive food was fine , nothing to write home about though , the alacarte restaurant was good , evening entertainment was a bit unpredictable, a magician who was good and a rock duet that were good , the others were not to our taste...

Absolutely wonderful holiday yet again at the Elba really don’t understand all the negativity about the hotel, it’s our third stay there and the staff in the restaurant and our lovely cleaning lady who went above and beyond

Had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was lovely and clean. The car park at the front was great and very convenient, the breakfast in the morning was great and the food was always stocked up. The room was very clean and had everything we needed!

We recently stayed at the H10 white Suites for 11 nights end of March to the beginning of April. Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant and friendly reception staff, We arrived 2 hours prior to the check in time and despite that we were told the room was ready and were able to check in early and to our surpsie our request for a pool facing terrace was kindly granted, which we were very appreciative...

Lovely hotel.Rooms great, good decent staff excellent, only thing wrong was that there was always noisy afternoon/ lunchtime entertainment around the pool which disturbed the peace and quiet.

Excellent resort with high cleanliness and, mostly, very helpful colleagues. Waiting at the airport for the flight back to the UK after a great 11 day stay, we'd seen good reviews online and on social media when we booked, and were surprised and concerned to see so many negative reviews after the rebranding, we needn't have worried. A lovely week away despite it being a bit overcast on several days which can’t be helped. It was a surprise break away for my lovely friends 50th, she didn’t even know where she was going till we got to the airport. We’re currently staying and overall it really is a lovely place, with a couple of things worth mentioning. The adults-only pool and bar are lovely.
