There is also a sandy area with safe access to the sea which was another highlight of our holiday. The staff were fantastic without exception and the whole place had a very laid-back vibe
One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor sunbathing areas set among the rocks just outside the hotel—such a unique and peaceful spot to sit, read and unwind
I don’t eat meat and was very happy with the fish, vegetables and salad, and being able to sit outside the main restaurant was a real bonus
The Tropicana tapas next to the hotel was excellent for a cold beer and the food looked fab, though we didn’t try anything
If you, like us, are used to travelling often, it’s worth keeping expectations realistic—this is a 3-star hotel doing a great job and for us provided a great last minute escape to the sun
Snack bar (at pool) also has a good choice, pizza, toasties, salad, deserts, ice creams. Bar service at pool is quick & in good size (330ml) beakers

The breakfast was a good choice between cereals, meats, cooked breaky and pastries. The only thing that niggled me was the sides of the pool. Could have done with a bit of TLC to fix rust
Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. Breakfast something for everyone, cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice, was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular
Stayed at the Barcarola from Feb 17th for 9 nights ( B&B). The apartments are in a lovely setting, with the pool at the centre of this circular complex. There were plenty of available loungers etc to suit all needs
If that's the only thing I can comment negatively on then it's not bad eh. If your thinking of booking here then try and get either blocks A or B as they look out onto the ***** and have sea views
The only slight constructive criticism I would like to share with the hotel is that I would really consider some form of separation between the lounge area and the bedroom, maybe fitting a draw back curtain to prevent light coming into the bedroom, a simple fix that would help the separation and aid sleep
Lots of food available so no issues with the breakfast in my opinion. The complex is basically situated at the start of the'strip' so noise was never an issue with a 5/10 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants etc
Great place for families plenty food choices but only 1 resteraunt with 2 seating areas pool bar food not great but on all day apartments basic but spacious but the beds are terrible barely slept & kids beds are just sheets and pillow made up on 1 side of a corner couch that was like a play centre material both beds and couch like sleeping on an ironing board we all had sore backs! Didn't need to get...
Water park is a blast and is far enough from the bar that the Jeremy Kyle rejects can’t be arsed to wonder so it’s relatively quiet unlike their watering hole (pool bar)
Pool & Water Park: The pool area is great, with multiple options for different depths—kids really enjoyed it. The Dino water park is fun, but safety needs improvement
We loved nothing more then watching some of the wildlife’s offspring load a plate full chips spilling half of them all over the floor then moaning the cleaners don’t clean up , be warned some of the Jeremy Kyle rejects come to life in the food hall and it is disgusting
We had a hire car so didn’t spend every waking moment at the hotel, think I would have killed myself. We also never used the bars on a-night so can’t comment but the amount of times the police attended says it all
I witnessed a woman screaming at a life guard because he asked her to take her necklace off on the slide, to be fair if it ripped her head off her body probably wouldn’t notice for a couple of weeks
We used the pool bar during the day price were good and the food was really good. We also used the bar arena downstairs a few times for food and drink really nice food and great staff that look after you
That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas
It is an easy relaxing walk by the sea into town or a short bus or taxi ride to the marina
Those with walking difficulties may find the location a little prohibiting but it is perfect for us and we will continue to return to our favourite place for many years to come
In the apartments we had there was a small enclosed outside space off the kitchen with a washing line so that you can dry items outside without them being all over the balcony
Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years

I couldn’t rate this resort more highly! First of all, perfect location! It’s right next to the beach so if you fancy a chill day it’s perfect you can either walk out of the gates to the beach or lay by one of the pools
I’m sure we ended up with one of the best room there, our front door looked onto the beach and the sea and our balcony looked into the pools
3 pools clean but chilly, no problem getting sun loungers Rooms cleaned daily, were large & well furnished but bathrooms are very dated, with over bath showers & depressing brown tiles
Large balcony but ours overlooked the car park at the rear of the hotel with a distant view of the volcanos. Daytime activities good, aqua fit, yoga, pool bikes etc
Really nice hotel Rooms lovely and clean Cleaners each day No complaints about food Entertainment good day and night Right on beach front
The swimming pools were good quality albeit the tiling around them is in need of improvement. The food was decent but a bit samey after 8 days
What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room
We were impressed from the first minute we arrived when we asked for a move from the bungalow we had been allocated ( it was just behind bar and had no view) and were given 320, which had a side view of the sea, and also had sun for most of the day
Just returned home from another lovely stay. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip
I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday
The restaurant had a variety of food so you are never lost for something to eat and we used to laugh at Victor who we called Duracell Man as he was constantly running around and as soon as your plate was empty it was gone
That single gesture set the tone for the entire holiday. The hotel itself is simply outstanding. The food is amazing with a wide variety of choices, all fresh and full of flavour

Hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk from the seafront which isn’t ideal but the shop is only 3 minutes away. Pools are clean, atmosphere is calm and happy a decent value for money. However, the noise is HORRENDOUS
Tv has been upgraded so you have more than two English channels now and you can watch YouTube ect. The pool is cleaned every morning. Your room is cleaned every three days
First impression of room not good but it grew on us , On plus side inside Very clean , Comfy Beds , Balcony overlooking pool , Nice Shower, Minus points , Balcony plastic furniture filthy, Bird droppings not always cleaned ,Tv no signal all 21 days when told reception said it was weather , good job i took firestick
Pool area again beds chairs dated and filthy , liitle things easily fixed
Staff are friendly and although not always on site, you can contact them easily. Location is out of the way but within easy walking distant of the main area, head down the hill and you’re there within 5 minutes
This was our third time visiting these apartments and what you see is what you get. Very basic but can not fault the rooms at all

The location is right on the strip just behind Shenanigans, the beach is directly across the street and all the shops and bars are right there The apartments are spacious, comfortable and have A/c, I would recommend you choose a sea view room and request an upper floor as the view is stunning
The clean apartment has very good kitchen and TV facilities for the odd easy night in, It has excellent sea and mountain views from the balcony which is in the sun all day, it has air con, this may be seasonal and a lift from the ground,, which is a must
Lovely apartment clean great sea view
My wife and I have been staying in different self catering places in the Lanzarote Puerto de Carmen area for a number of years now up and down various steep hills
This one has ticked all the boxes for us for the following reasons
Had a brilliant time, the apartments are spotless. The location is perfect plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Would definitely stay here again.
You can also walk to the marina along a very pleasant seafront which takes about 40 mins. If your perfect holiday is to lie quietly by the pool and eat out on the evening, this is the place for you
Rooms pretty basic but clean and tidy. Location is as expected, great beaches (best around) 20 mins away walking, plenty of local places to eat but not brash type bars
No other facilities so we saw very few of the other guests. The nearest shopping centre is a 10 min walk. Nearest 'beach' is 15 mins walk away but is rocky
I had a lovely stay at The CayBeach Papagayos. There is a lovely large Pool with plenty of Sunbeds and lots of space around the Terraces. The Gardens are kept in immaculate condition with giant Cactii everywhere
Air conditioning is ok, but could be better - we were using maximum setting to cold in October, but in July it would be not enough. The best thing is that great sand beach is only 1. 5 km from the hotel - 20 min walk
There is a bus stop outside which will take you along the coast to the marina and to a couple of small sandy beaches. Several good restaurants at the marina
There are some nice little secluded coves along the sea walk that are great for snorkeling but personally I would always hire a car for the duration and visit some other beaches and the Teguise and Playa Blanca markets
This former hotel has been closed for some years. The former bungalow suites have been converted into residential units of 2 and 3 bedrooms. But one of the isn't available. That's mine !!!
We decided to walk to Flamingo beach every day along the coastal path to get some exercise (its about 2miles each way) so we actually lost some weight while we away!! Playa Blanca is lovely with lots of good bars and restaurants, the beach is excellent too
Hotel has a swimming pool and while it is not extraordinary, the swimming pool area served its purpose. One downside was the children's pool as it was closed during our stay
Beautiful vistas and walks along the sea front. Not far to local cafes, bars and shop. Staff are Great, especially Carlos who managers the dining area
Place is spacious, with private terrace, ours had sea view, which added nice touch to a morning coffee

The property has nice pool, ocean view balcony and is a short walk to the tourist restaurants, loud British pubs with large TV playing football games and souvenir shops along the beach front
Fantastic value for money. Will def go again. Lovely breakfast ans snacks at pool. Great location
Really nice place to stay, not too far away from the beach, bars, restaurants etc
rooms are abit outdated but theres everything you need
we have been here about 10 times and its always good, only thing missing was a decent bar which has now been addressed by the new managers, will definitely be back.
All good. Great location. Clean and tidy and good value. Thanks.
The actual room was dirty and small not well equipped. We had to pay for rental of hair dryer plus deposit on hair dryer and TV remote. No breakfast avail so we went next door for 20 euro it was very good

The bar at the pool takes cash only. There weren’t beach views from our apartment but the beach was only a few minutes walk from the Camels Springs
The apartments are just 20mins from the airport (another tick) 5 mins to centre of Costa Teguise and 5mins to a lovely beach. It’s a small complex with smallish pool but perfect for a cooling dip
We wanted a week in the sun, nothing else but sun beds, pool, self catering, two bedrooms and good location for beach and restaurants. This place ticked all the boxes
We asked for a sunny apartment/balcony with as few steps as possible which we got. The pool area was quite small but perfectly formed. The snack bar run by Serena was great and very reasonably priced
Nice apartment & Nice pool area & very helpful staff who let us stay on till 4. 30 as our flight wasn't till 7
It was really beautiful and well equipped accomodation including kitchenettes, a bath tub and a shower booth. Despite the bath tub was broken but the terrace and beds were clean so that we were pleased during the stay.

Pool area is clean and we ate in the pool bar twice, breakfast and lunch. Location is brilliant, across the road from Spar and a 5 minute walk to the main strip, with bars, restaurants and shops
Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool & Jacuzzi. Lovely apartments I would definatly stay again
Staff are great , all very friendly. Really convenient location. Really happy with our stay at Club Atlantico, we will definetly be back.
We stayed for 5 nights 21/03-26/03, we had a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Apartment was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, if you plan to eat in
Just back from a week in Lanzarote first time going! Absolutely loved it! We stayed in club Atlantico we could not fault how clean and comfortable the apartments were! The pool was not over crowded everyday which we loved they were heated and so clean well maintained! The staff were lovely really friendly! The apartments were so close to the strip just a few mins walk down! The only thing I could fault...
I would definitely stay again but I would hope to get a ground floor apartment because my mother struggled with the steps

Its somewhere to put your head down. Very clean and the staff work very hard. Had an issue with the door to our room which was dealt with by reception immediately. Special mention of the poolside bar and Eva
As most say it needs updated but can't fault the staff or how clean the rooms are kept. It suited us that the pool bar didn't stay open all night as we had went to relax
think it was the timebofbyear we went but there was sunbeds if needed and yes ppl did have towels on them from early. had a few drinks at the pool bar
10 minutes walk from the main beach area this small appartment complex is in a quiet street but with all the amenities nearby, Pubs, places to eat and a very well stocked Spar shop all within a 2 minute walk
Where do I start, what a Gem of a place,we stayed for a month The whole complex is spotless, the cleaners work so hard all day,in fact all the staff are hard working and do their very best to help you and make your stay fantastic The rooms are dated, but spotless and it's like being home from home The bar is run by a lovely lady called Eba,she works like a trojan, running the bar and making Beautiful meals...
We had a large rooftop sun bathing area with table, chairs and 2 loungers that overlooked the pool area; would have been lovely but the weather was terrible!! The pool area is fantastic, and a heated pool, plus a small infants pool

The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and promenade with a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in either direction of the port or marina The suites are well equipped with a large bedroom and bathroom
The lounge area has a table, chairs, sofas and doors out on to a balcony. A small kitchenette has tea and coffee making facilities plus a microwave and fridge The hotel is kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping
We have been holidaying at the Princess Yaiza for many years. Most years we visit three or four times. Every time we are warmly welcomed back. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff
Special thanks to the cleaning staff, breakfast staff at both venues and the staff by the family pool and in soft play
We stayed at this hotel for the Soccer School which both boys absolutely loved. Scott and Gary are so knowledgable and strike the balance of learning and having fun really well
Colleen, our favourite, who sings well-known songs and Connor James a guitarist/ singer as well as violinist and jazz singers. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel for a relaxing holiday
Fantastic
Fantastic property and top level staff who would do anything to help you. The property is small allowing easy access to the pool and bar and restaurant areas
Did exactly what it said in the tin. Great location beside the main strip, supermarket and shopping centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was kept very clean. Would highly recommend.
Yes staff were excellent, lovely pool only downside was Wi-Fi was poor in apartments had to go to reception to get signal
Especially the lifeguard on duty. She was fantastic with families. Not enough sunbeds which is a pity. The wifi wasnt consistent and i kept loosing it from my phone when in my apartment
I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer
Staff were friendly and helpful at reception on both arrival and departure.
Breakfast had plenty of variety and was regularly replenished.
The room was cleaned daily.
This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly
They even provide two large 1L bottles of water. The facilities are decent, not particularly new for the price. The balcony is huge with a sea view, but the room had a slight odor and was quite windy
The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower is comfortable, the small balcony has a view of the garden and the distant mountains, and the air is fresh and cool
The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Spacious and clean rooms and variety of activities throughout the day. Food choices was great too.
Always say hello / hola and take time to check your holiday is as you wish and throughout the stay if need anything or feedback
Every staff member from domestics, reception, bar staff, dining rooms and animation team were superb

One room was available when we checked in so we were able to leave all our luggage together, use the bathroom, get changed. The children had a wonderful time in the pool everyday
Food variations every evening. A separate buffet for children if they wanted it. Ice cream and chocolate fountains also available. All inclusive drinks included premium spirits - a first in a long time
The eldest went to the maxi club and had a great time. We played bingo every evening, there was a mini disco and an evening show. The all inclusive buffet was the best we have had in a long time
The staff were very friendly and plentiful. No dirty plates left on tables, floors cleaned when needed. The grounds were immaculate (something which H10 does very well)
Shops, beach and restaurants within easy walking distance and the promenade stretches for miles if you like to walk
,they all work so hard ! Was made to feel very welcome and felt very safe at this hotel, I was very sad to leave ,also very sad to leave lola and Cobi the cats behind thankyou for a wonderful experience x

Sunbeds around the pool are at a premium as towels are put on very early and whilst this is against the hotel policy too many people are ignoring so in the end you have to join in!
The breakfast choices is fantastic and very relaxed
Best location in front of the beach. Select suite raccomended for ocean view and special treatment, especially the lounge and solarium with beverages and food can save for a light lunch at the pool
Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule
Excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great food options. Would definitely recommend the Select service, it is definitely worth it
Excellent spacious apartments and superb food and cocktails
Entertainment was of a good standard and some nights excellent especially the soul singer. Would definitely recommend and book again
- Plenty of pool areas to choose from. - The animation team were brilliant – full of energy and enthusiasm. A weekly timetable can be found inside the main building and there really is something for everyone
A special thank you to Valentina, Andrea, Omar, Sheila, and Diana and to the ladies on guest relations. - Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with a lovely layout that gives the hotel a unique village feel
- Amazing maintenance team - thank you Jose Luis for helping us with a temporary fix to our new suitcase which arrived off the plane damaged 😅 - Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms each with a large sun terrace
A set meal was kindly arranged for 11pm in the main restaurant. We didn’t stay for this though as we had two very tired children 😴 - The staff are fantastic – always friendly, helpful, and hardworking
Tip - Let the hotel Know if you require a bath or shower specifically as some rooms have either or. Note housekeeping can be as late as 6pm - you can however request a particular time if you so wish
I did miss this detail but it is noted on the info you receive at check in. Excellent for families – great facilities including slides, a splash zone for younger children, and a sandy play park
