2 minute walk from the beach, short walk from shops, 10 minute drive to airport. Room had a pool view, all laid out well. Would not hesitate to return at all

Had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was lovely and clean. The car park at the front was great and very convenient, the breakfast in the morning was great and the food was always stocked up

Amazing weather, lovely clean hotel and very yummy food. Live the location, very close to the beach and town for nice walk in the evening.

We enjoyed a pre dinner drink in the lobby bar, Mohammed was fabulous, great barman, chatting to us and generous with drink measurements! The pool area is lovely, the heated pool was still a little cool at first and when we visited we only tried unheated pool once! There is a hot tub available on a terrace which was welcome when it went a bit cooler one day

Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant and friendly reception staff, We arrived 2 hours prior to the check in time and despite that we were told the room was ready and were able to check in early and to our surpsie our request for a pool facing terrace was kindly granted, which we were very appreciative

Sunbeds, we were told you can’t reserve with towels but it was noted that lots of people still did, we didn’t as there was adequate beds available and a lifeguard on hand if you needed assistance with fresh towels or locating/moving beds

The room was absouletly fantastic, spasious, super clean, huge comfortavle super king size bed, with a modern bathroom, that was fully stocked, and a separate lounge

and a mini fridge and a safe (that was free to use) and 2 sun loungers and a table and 2 chairs on the terrace facing the pool

The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice , maybe could do with an additional toaster as there was a bit of waiting for toast. The evening buffet was great, plenty of meat choice, vegetables , salads and deserts

Santa Rosa gave us that, with a modern, clean and spacious two bedroom apartment and patio, which overlooked the pool and garden area

You need bathing hats in indoor pool, but the friendly man on the reception desk in the gym gave us some and he was also very friendly. Food-wise, breakfasts were excellent and nice to have coffee and juice machines

Entertainment wise, there wasnt anything going on in the complex, which was a bit of a shame, but after busy days at the beach, it was nice to come back and just relax without any noise or beer crowds

If you have been on some holidays where you feel all squashed into one room, then do not fear, as these apartments are all well set out with good size bedrooms and separate living space and decent size kitchen and more of a little villa feel to them, rather than being shoved into one hotel room

They are lovely bungalows and we felt very comfortable there. The grounds were immaculately kept and the whole place was very clean, with the lovely cleaning staff coming in most days to put in fresh bedding and towels

Still, a local singer or something would be lovely. The children loved the softplay in the hotel and the man who worked there in the week was a star - he was lovely to the kids and played football with them

We're not "spend all day around the pool" people and you get lots of people who ignore the rules and "reserve" loungers with their towels but it's nice to dip on after a day in the sun

I would recommend this hotel. Rooms are very cleaned. Service is excellent. Staff very friendly

Keep a couple of euros as they require you to pay 1 euro per cup so you return them when you finish… this doesn’t happen in the evening and you are given glasses. Hotel pool was very cold buts only just turned march

I was abit apprehensive about staying here as the reviews were either really positive or really poor. The food is average, if you’re into seasoning your food this isn’t the place for you, it’s also very repetitive

The baby pool floor surface needs redoing as it’s chipping away and you can almost feel the floor lifting in the middle if you stand in the pool

The food options, for the family, were fantastic and more than enough of each option to give them a good choice and, if they liked it, enough to go back for more

That said, it could still do with a little tender loving care - starting with the furniture in living room. Great bathroom and Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Pool area is big and plenty of Sunbeds

the staff are so friendly and helpful, The rooms are lovely and clean, Sea views from almost all the rooms, we had breakfast and dinner included, food was great, the only thing I didn't like was there was only bacon every second day, apart from that I would highly recommend the Costa Mar aparthotel

We stayed here for Christmas in December 2025, short ride from the airport, right on the beach

Great location close to beach and local amenities. Only 5 mins in cab away from busy *****. Apartments basic but clean and staff friendly.

Our hotel reception man Antony was extremely friendly, helpful,and spoke English, German, Italian and Spanish obviously, he was fantastic. There was two men on reception both were great,but we mostly dealt with Antony

Also, there is a large spar shop beside the hotel, and a pharmacy, we will be back

The only one issue was the pool bar

The room was outstanding beautifully clean very spacious with everything we needed - tea coffee lovely mini bar well Stocked for you should you require to use. Also own private outside area with sun loungers and chairs

Beautiful hotel, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Cava on arrival, cases taken to room, turn down service on an evening. Excellent choice at breakfast, varied menu on an evening, always great service

We have returned from our stay at this fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and very clean with sheets changed every other day, bathroom large with a small garden. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices

The restaurant where breakfast and evening meal served was outstanding the staff were all very hard working and always at hand to help - it was very clean with plenty of choice and different options in evening

From the moment we stepping inside we were made very welcome - the lady on reception 22nd Feb pm was so welcoming and the valet who offered us a welcoming drink and took our cases to our room for us

We stayed in the adults only premium suites and I can confirm that area, the pool in that area , the pool bar there and the El Mirador restaurant were adult only, some reviews stated it wasn't but maybe they went to the wrong pool bar and restaurant? All the staff working were always very happy, always a hello, good morning etc

We thought the restaurant was so well organised and with so much choice of food too, a lovely welcome drink of Cava was greatly accepted too! I’d also informed the hotel prior to the trip that it was my friends special birthday, so was a lovely surprise for her upon arrival that they’d put a lovely bottle of fizz with a lovely card for her, really nice touch! The room was spotless and cleaned daily...

We really enjoyed the food and drink demos with ramone and the lovely Lulu!! A little too much on mojito days!! The hotel grounds are spotless and we have had zero issues… thank you to every single member of staff at this hotel who work endlessly to make us happy and create memories we will never forget it’s home from home for us… thank you all for having us again we look forward to coming home soon

The El Mirador restaurant was fine but a bit repetitive, we eat there for 3 nights but had intended to eat out anyway, I could see it becoming boring if we had stayed in, however you could get them to cook you fresh fish, chicken fillet or steak each night

Great location sea room 22 pound extra a week 35 if you book when you arrive pot luck. Food good varried no entertainment not right on alcohol measures free cocktails nice pool friendly staff. Very clean

We arrived on a Sunday lunchtime and to our surprise our room was ready! Amazing big room , excellent sea view

Rooms are very clean with maids in every other day and cleaners all around everyday cleaning main areas! Breakfast lunch and snacks are ok but evening meal not so much! On saying that there is always something for everyone! Drinks are good All staff were very friendly and I would absolutely return

Big pool for swimming, mini pool for dipping your feet, never struggled to get a sun lounger and the bar is right next door playing a good mix of music

Nice pool area with pool bar serving snacks. Getting a spot for sun lounger could be a bit of a challange. All in all a nice cheap winter break with no real gripes

The blackout wooden shutters in the bedroom were excellent, making the room completely dark even during the day. Pool area: The pool area was great

There was a lifeguard on duty during the day who allowed the kids to enjoy themselves with inflatables and pool toys

The safe cost €20 for the week, with €6 refunded at the end of the stay. Apartment: We had a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and an additional separate bed next to the sofa for the two kids

None in the bedroom worked, and we only had one in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. We managed by charging devices at different times, so didn’t feel the need to raise it

There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, but two fans were provided (we didn’t use them). A top tip: close the curtains when leaving the apartment to keep it cool

A couple of minor issues to note: there were only three knives in the cutlery drawer, and there was a distinct lack of working plug sockets

For me also smaller pool was good because i like cooler water. Another tip: keep your bathroom sink seawer closed when not using, you might get suprise visitor if not

You can also have transferring ordered by hotel nicely. Location is best thing in this hotel. Really near amazing nice beach and two other beaches also and all restaurants and bars and shops are in walking distance

😅 I had forgetted to close it one night and i needed to kill one cockroach. But it was only time i saw cockroach in hotel for two week being there. Rooms: we had seaview apartment and must say that it was worth it

Our companion did have 206 and it was even nicer because it was thru building having bedroom window also to the pool and they had bigger balcony and also sunlounge on it. I think this hotel is worth of its price

I give tip: walk as far as you want and start shop jumping from there, there is little cheaper prices. Pools: big pool was warmed and get truly nice warm by the day

5 minute walk to the beach and main Street with hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is perfect. This hotel check all the boxes

We were greeted at the front desk with a bottle of Cava. We got there a little early and they were very attentive and accommodating

I Stayed for a week and had a room with a hot tub and it was the most amazing week! The staff are wonderful, the food in the restaurant amazing and the rooms beautiful. The 5 star treatment is really out of this world

We had the best experience in the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday meal really special. Paula decorated the table so beautifully. The service here is 10/10 and the food was also 10/10

The Managers Jorge and Jonathan are always on hand to ensure everything is as it should be. The pristine white surrounding are constantly kept spotless and the swimming pool is heated to just the right temperature

Need to mention the very friendly staff. Servants obviously enjoyed their job. Though very windy and rainy days in March 2026 we could use the pool which was in better shape than previous times

It would have been nice to have had a kettle, (if there was one, we didn’t find it) We bought tea and coffee from the shop only to find there was no kettle. We ended up boiling water in a saucepan

We didn’t use the pool area as the weather wasn’t too good, but there was a lifeguard on duty and it was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard, as you would find in most European hotels

All in all a disappointing experience for my wife's 70th, although the staff did make an effort and make a birthday cake and present it my wife when seated for the evening meal

It would have been nice to have a little more to choose from for lunch, but what we did have was tasty. We wanted a nice quiet getaway and that is exactly what we had. The staff are extremely friendly and work hard

We didn’t try the food but plenty people were eating so it must be decent. They do a happy hour daily for 2 for 1 on drinks. There is 2 pools with plenty sunbeds

This was our second time at the apartments and will return next November. Perfect apartments for lovely relaxing break. The place is immaculate, pool area cleaned daily. The rooms are lovely, spacious and modern

After staying here 3 times already thought it might be time to bring the family with me instead of cycling (aged 10 and 14) and they had a great time brilliant hotel to base out of central to all amenities and the staff are so friendly (big shout out to the bar man ! The apartments are clean & modern with all the amenities I. e television, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. all the staff are so friendly and anything you need is never a hassle. Apartments cleaned every other day

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, staff were friendly and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely return.

A great balance for a family holiday. Value for money definitely but you might enjoy your own cooking after a couple of days in the canteen. Close to wonderful beaches, you have three within a twenty minute walk

The hotel although requiring a refurb is clean and reasonably well looked after. Yes they could do with a few bob spent on them. The pool area was decent and very empty when we were there which suited us

Lanzarote can be hit and miss but we loved the charm and staff faultless. You feel that they really want you to have a great stay. Food was great, can get a bit boring but they mixed it up

The apartment was huge, but very dated, however the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were a nice high thread count. Reception staff were lovely and so helpful. I’ve already booked to stay again in March

Just returned from a week’s holiday staying in these apartments, The reception staff are so helpful and welcoming, the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you would need for a simple self catering holiday, rooms clean and tidy and no problem with the view at all ( partial sea view) the pool area is really quiet nice and peaceful with brand new sunbeds, also the 3 padded comfortable...

Right then here goes Stayed here Christmas Eve till Jan 7th 2025 on arrival all looks ok until we were given our room 317 top floor no lift partner 76 years old myself bk complications walking into block paint falling of walls all debris all over carpet we get in the room ok clean but very tired microwave old as me plug hanging of wall to fridge no heating as it was very chilli of a night went down...

The local shops do stock all that you may need though. The proximity to the sea, on two sides, gives gorgeous views and easy access to all of the main beaches in Costa Teguise

Cooking facilities are sufficient, two ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge. Utensils are often missing so, if you have one that you particularly like to use, it’s best to take your own

All rooms have a amazing sea view and great views of Feuventura I loved the a la carte cooked breakfasts much better than having to queue up

A short walk to Rubicon Marina which is a ten minute walk loads of great restaurants or if your feeling energetic a 40 minute walk into playa blanca

The Bar service is very good but only open from 11a. The weather was superb when we were there last week and at no point was there a scramble for sun beds - towels can be exchanged at reception

A handheld shower nozzle and a rain shower with a very sensitive temperature regulation were in the open bathroom. The pool area was very attractive and the pool bar (open until 8pm) offered drinks and snacks

When they had enough staff and when the weather allowed, the terrasse was opened with breakfast seating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the hotel is relatively small and quiet

Have to say was surprised, very nice and clean, apartment was very nice, this was my third time in Lanzarote this year and this was the lowest rates of the three places I've stayed but actually the best.

Really, REALLY clean! The location is pretty good too, especially with the airport bus stop nearby, which is super convenient! I'd definitely stay here again! The staff are genuinely nice and polite!

My only disappointment was no air conditioning which is a must for me, however there was a free standing fan which helped and as I only stayed one night

we got what we paid for which was not a lot. rooms, facilities and equipment all basic but did the job for our four nights stay. No heating in the flat so for the cold nights, we asked & received extra blankets

The doors opened up to the large balcony overlooking the pool area and sea beyond. The bathroom was well stocked with separate toilet with bidet. The room was cleaned during the day with a turn down service at night

I was welcomed with a glass of cava at check in and after paperwork wss completed, shown to my room upstairs. The room was well appointed with a bottle of chilled cava in the ice bucket and a basjet of fresh fruit items

The inclusive breakfast had hot items cooked to order as well as fresh fruit, meats and Canarian cheeses as well as bread, fresh pastries, yogurts and cereals served with freshly squeezed orange juice and hot drinks

Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
