Weather was just nice and pools were lovely too,we had a room right outside pool which was great for an evening swim
The room was basic but had all we needed and perfectly functional. Great for couples/adults so couldn't comment on a family experience but I can't imagine the experience would be any different
Outstanding in absolutely every respect. The perfect hotel in the perfect location. Food, accommodation, staff, facilities, transfer excellent.
Great holiday, kids loved it and only a short walk to the town and on the beaches doorstep! Food was reasonable too, cats everywhere which I absolutely loved as a cat mum of 3
This was our second visit to the hotel , we came here on the 6th January 2025 and again on the 19th March, We were , so impressed with the food , activities which were offered, the entertainment cleanliness , the amazing staff throughout , friendly and helpful at all times ! We also met other couples who were on their second visit since January whom we met ! We all loved this hotel ! The resident...
Maria is a fantastic representative of the hotel staff she’s always showed excellent service. The hotel has a great service as a whole. But Maria always goes out of her way to meet the customer demands
It also has a heated indoor pool, gym area but is not advertised so I'm sure not a lot of people know about it. The shop on-site is reasonably priced and as everything you would need
The big pool below the pool bar and baby pool to the right are slightly heated which was good as we didnt get great weather
The fresh rolls are a must! The staff here are all so nice. There's a small playground, kids club and tennis/football courts at the back which can be seen when walking past at the side of hotel
Lovely stay.
Lovely hotel. Pools were great, food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
Just came back from a holiday here. I was nervous about what to expect from reading reviews but honestly I thought the hotel was good. The rooms were exceptional, all the basics you need
We chose this hotel based on the price and location great for the beach and bars and restaurants they’re just a 10 minute walk away!
The hotel is dated but generally clean on all areas pool is small but great for children with the slides and a smaller one for young children

Beautiful sea view from our front balcony. At start of strip a back gate leads to old town best of both worlds from one complex. Right across the road from the shopping centre
Now rebranded as Bluesea Eldoaro. This is the second time that we have stayed at this resort and will be visiting again. The resort is clean and very well maintained
This visit we stayed in room 216 which is just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants and the Biosphere shopping centre
Maids were lovely (probably not paid nearly enough). It was very quiet where our room was but in high season would most likely be mayhem. ***** just few 100m away and no problem to us with walking difficulties
We stayed in 6b it was a ground floor apartment, 1 bedroom with a lovely private back garden, indoors was spotless clean. There was one pool beside us and another a short walk away
Out the front of the hotel was a quiet street, to the right led to the old town to the left to the beach and main strip

The pool area was clean and tidy and the pool was a nice temperature. Luis kept us entertained with a variety of activities including boules, darts, water volleyball and shuffleboard
The location is good for the supermarket and lots of bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk (scattered along the way to the main square so you don't have to walk all the way in to get a nice meal / groceries)
I am more than happy with this holiday at a really good price I could not ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all who work in club siroco for your hard work providing the best possible service
We stayed in room 226 and it was our first time staying. Although the weather was mixed we had a great time. The room was really nice, clean and well equipped
We saw some reviews mention the rooms are outdated and tired but this was not our experience as they are in the process of upgrading rooms across the site. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and nicely cooked
There’s a table tennis table, a vending machine (takes contactless), a ton of books and a pool table. There’s a lovely guy that does activities everyday from target shooting to water volleyball - no pressure

That level of care really stood out to us. I’ve seen a few negative reviews mentioning that the pool area is messy or that bins are not emptied, but that was not our experience at all
Before I even had time to react, a member of staff was there with ice for his head and eye. They also checked on him later that evening and again the next morning to make sure he had slept well after the bump
If anything, I was surprised by how many guests didn’t clean up after themselves, despite there being plenty of bins available, including ones specifically for cups
And I cannot stomach them could have done with some cordial or fresh juice in the poolside bar
We stayed for a week on an all-inclusive basis, and I can honestly say the food was the best we’ve ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday
Marco and Eva aren't just entertainers; besides keeping guests happy, they take care of their stay, recommending destinations on the island, suggesting restaurants, and checking to make sure everything is alright
Excellent position on corner of pedestrianised area directly across from beach. Lovely rooftop terrace & pool, reasonably priced pool bar. Breakfast exceeded expectations & was as good as any higher rated hotel
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is amazing, great rooms with balconys and the service, staff, food and facilities where wonderful. It is located right at the beach front
The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful
We didn’t use the pool, but the area looked really lovely. A great experience and can highly recommend
Third time staying here - ideal and the sea view balcony rooms are perfect.
My room was clean, large and airy with a small balcony over a side street - table, 2 chairs and an extendable clothes rail. Bathroom equally clean and spacious, the shower area huge, the water hot, tissues replaced daily

Fantastic place at the price. Very close to the beach front (except for a very steep hill) Cleaned daily. Some appliances a bit dated, but very well maintained. Great pools.
Very surprised these are only 2 star, Absolutely spotless clean beds are comfy,Very spacious,Staff are very friendly, lots of pools to choose from , Very happy with our stay Only down fall is the hill but taxis are very cheap just 3euro
The pools are a big plus in this place! Large and very well maintained, water clear and team attending to it daily, Some of the white paintwork around the complex has been damaged with the heavy rains - the maintenance team are doing a fantastic job at stripping and re-painting, working hard everyday! Stayed in a refurbished apartment and wasn’t disappointed Very modern and well presented Great position just a stroll to beach and bars Nice bar restaurant not bad prices Definitely be coming back again
Bathroom and shower was excellent. No heating or a/c but neither needed in Jan, I did my research on this before booking this hotel. All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely book it again
We stayed here for 10 nights in early Jan 26, we had a huge recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, in the upper pool area, away from the big pool whi8is also the noisy area

Location is close to bus stops and supermarket ( 5 mins walk) and about 10 mins walk from beach
BEST OF ALL TIME great buffet I recommend getting a heated pool because we got one
Our villa was 13 and was great lovely staff , especially Alberto who welcomed us at reception and cleaners it's not too small about six people could fit in our one
Beautiful luxurious villas, huge windows with lots of light and looking out to manicured gardens. Additional €35 per day for heating. Very peaceful and private villa. A walk to the main town but back up a steep hill
Staff were extremely attentive. Buffet breakfast was included with a good variety of items. Two coffee machines would be nice as there was often a small queue for this. Some days they seemed a little short staffed
Nice bungalow in a complex and nice breakfast on site. A few problems with a sewage leak, but was promptly fixed. Nice and quiet location.

The breakfast was a good choice between cereals, meats, cooked breaky and pastries. The only thing that niggled me was the sides of the pool. Could have done with a bit of TLC to fix rust
Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. Breakfast something for everyone, cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice, was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular
Stayed at the Barcarola from Feb 17th for 9 nights ( B&B). The apartments are in a lovely setting, with the pool at the centre of this circular complex. There were plenty of available loungers etc to suit all needs
If that's the only thing I can comment negatively on then it's not bad eh. If your thinking of booking here then try and get either blocks A or B as they look out onto the ***** and have sea views
The only slight constructive criticism I would like to share with the hotel is that I would really consider some form of separation between the lounge area and the bedroom, maybe fitting a draw back curtain to prevent light coming into the bedroom, a simple fix that would help the separation and aid sleep
Lots of food available so no issues with the breakfast in my opinion. The complex is basically situated at the start of the'strip' so noise was never an issue with a 5/10 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants etc

No tourists tax in Lanzarote, but you need to pay fixed fee of €15 to use safe in your room. Better to bring your own beach/pool towel. However, they are available at reception, €10 deposit will be required
There were two outdoor pools and although one was heated it still could have done with being a little warmer, however to be fair it was early in the season
All the staff very welcoming, Tania at the pool bar. Franco in the restaurant, I forget the lovely man in the other bar was very nice. And a big thank you to James on the entertainment team and is apprentice Juan
I stayed on half board basis and it was more than enough. Didn’t have an opportunity to test water in the swimming pool as weather was not hot enough, but there were plenty of spaces on sun loungers
Entertainment wise was very limited during the time we were here. One night, a rock singer who was good. The rest of the time, Karaoke. The room was dated and very shabby, stains on walls and unclean around the sides
I enjoyed my stay at Relaxia Lanzaplaya very much. Great rooms with everything you need, supermarkets and other amenities are very close
Great place for families plenty food choices but only 1 resteraunt with 2 seating areas pool bar food not great but on all day apartments basic but spacious but the beds are terrible barely slept & kids beds are just sheets and pillow made up on 1 side of a corner couch that was like a play centre material both beds and couch like sleeping on an ironing board we all had sore backs! Water park is a blast and is far enough from the bar that the Jeremy Kyle rejects can’t be arsed to wonder so it’s relatively quiet unlike their watering hole (pool bar)
Pool & Water Park: The pool area is great, with multiple options for different depths—kids really enjoyed it. The Dino water park is fun, but safety needs improvement
We loved nothing more then watching some of the wildlife’s offspring load a plate full chips spilling half of them all over the floor then moaning the cleaners don’t clean up , be warned some of the Jeremy Kyle rejects come to life in the food hall and it is disgusting
We had a hire car so didn’t spend every waking moment at the hotel, think I would have killed myself. We also never used the bars on a-night so can’t comment but the amount of times the police attended says it all
I witnessed a woman screaming at a life guard because he asked her to take her necklace off on the slide, to be fair if it ripped her head off her body probably wouldn’t notice for a couple of weeks

This little place ticks about every box. Pool area - lovely, well kept, not too crowded. Apartments - Clean, tidy, roomy, good layout, even have 2 sunbeds outside in the terrace for private sunbathing
The apartments are actually big and well equipped. The photos don’t do them justice. Staff friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Pool was chilly but fine once in 😊 Late 12pm checkout
Just enjoyed a fabulous 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Very clean, very comfortable and - with art everywhere you look - totally unique. In a lovely location, a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants etc
Nautilus is a clean well looked after complex and great for anyone who loves artwork, it is also perfect for anyone with mobility issues
this hotel has fantastic accessibility throughout and staff were always friendly and helpful
All the staff were very helpful and friendly but we would like to thank our lovely maid/ cleaner Raquel for helping us when we soaked with the storm and keeping our apartment so clean, we would also like to thank the lovely young man on reception for showing us the beautiful art
What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room
We were impressed from the first minute we arrived when we asked for a move from the bungalow we had been allocated ( it was just behind bar and had no view) and were given 320, which had a side view of the sea, and also had sun for most of the day
Just returned home from another lovely stay. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip
I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday
The restaurant had a variety of food so you are never lost for something to eat and we used to laugh at Victor who we called Duracell Man as he was constantly running around and as soon as your plate was empty it was gone
That single gesture set the tone for the entire holiday. The hotel itself is simply outstanding. The food is amazing with a wide variety of choices, all fresh and full of flavour

Great location right on the beach front with a view if the golden sand and sea, breakfast downstairs buffet style which was lovely. Place is clean and staff are friendly, loved the balcony.
Gorgeous view right on the beach. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful
Very nice view on sea and beach. Rooms needs some tlc, few bits here and there needs repairs despite still being usable. Fair standard for a fair price
Great position, right on the beach
Arrecife stay
Great beach hotel with delicious breakfast and dinner served. Staff is very friendly!
Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful on check-in/out. Breakfast was 20€ for 2 person, selection was wide and food was tasty!
Bus stops nearby, easy to go to the airport. We had a lovely stay, thank you!
Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only "flaw" that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!
The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below
Nice hotel with lovely outlook
A little dated, but warm and friendly staff
Only slight downside is lack of air conditioning along with traffic noise from road outside hotel, too warm to close windows.
The property has an excellent location, close to the area of typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet
The staff were very welcoming, pleasant, and attentive. The hotel and room were clean, and housekeeping was done daily.
I would return.
We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness

Loungers around pool started to get filled up from 8am onwards but we preferred the large round beds and cantilever parasols down the 2sets of steps by lifeguard which were very comfortable and quiet
This is a decent hotel but could be doing with better cleaning of the apartments. Our apartment wasn’t that clean. Rooms seem to get a quick lick just. The pool area and sundeck was really good
Stayed here from March 30th to 8th April this is a great hotel and all the staff were lovely and friendly
Stayed in room 1107 back door led out to table and chairs by the pool 2 large cactus gave you privacy got sun there up to mid afternoon then shade
The hotel is lovely and well maintained but lacks any real atmosphere. no background music around the pool and little to no interaction from the staff. We requested a room close to the pool and were given one
Steps to most of the rooms so if you can get one poolside probably the best. Our only gripe was the changing of towels and cleaning

I wouldn't stay here with my kids though as I dont think they would be very entertained here. The pool is rather small and they like slides etc
We didn't think much of where the entertainment was held as there's big pillars in the way so you can only see if you're sat right infront but unfortunately there's not many seats there
For 4 women it was a bit of a problem with all our lotions and potions. We also wished there was more hooks in the bathroom for hanging things. That said I would definitely return
But I plan a solo trip in the future and this place felt safe and I would feel very comfortable staying there alone. The staff were nice and friendly
The breakfast was good although not as much choice as what im used to in a bigger hotel but still good
Overall a great place and we all said we would return

In future I would definitely recommend asking for an upper floor apartment. Half way through the week a family moved in upstairs and could hear the children running and jumping up and down a lot
Atmosphere lively and friendly but not rowdy. Our room was nicely placed on upper level overlooking pool. Had an issue with the a smell in bathroom and sinks. Bought some bleach to help this
Good location but very basic and definitely a 2 star but there again so are most of the apartments in PDC, no complementary shower room if you have a late flight and will need to get changed in the toilets
Stayed in room 202 which was the furthest away from the complex and did not get any sun at all , however this kept the room cool for night time and was very quiet , it was also overlooking the First and Last In̈n which was a very welcoming cheap bar which we would not have previously found
Location was ideal, everything within walking distance. The apartments were fully equipped, extremely spacious and cleaned every second day if you wish
Would be definitely happy to stay again but make sure you set your alarm clock if you want a sun bed

The facilities were amazing, especially the heated pool! As a vegan I was spoiled every night with very tasty options and breakfast had plenty of options. The room was lovely with cleaners every other day, which I prefer
Beds were very comfy and the aircon worked well. Loved the entertainment approx 3 nights a week including a quiz night and there was a piano on site too ,which I really enjoyed playing for the guests
The overall place was welcoming ,warming, and like living in a spa. at top of the hill- so great views. When I wanted more hustle and bustle from the livelier sea front strip or beautiful marina
Very nice and quiet place, very clean and stuff is very friendly. It's not really hotel, it's rehabilitation centre but at summer time they rent rooms. Close to the town center for night life lovers. Recommended
I loved everything about Casas Heddy in Lanzarote. Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff. The whole ehos of this wellness centre is kindness and keeping everyone happy
The wellness centre is just the bonus needed to bring this great resort to a 10 out of 10 for me. The proof is in the pudding with so many clients returning for the great facilities and services year after year

Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals.
Very clean and wonderful staff the pool sun beds have a booking system for morning and evening , beach is very close by as is a small shop.
The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap
The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings. along with the very powerful Aircon
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele. However, would I return, possibly
The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food
