Playas Ca's Saboners in Palma Nova

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped, very good location, a few minutes stroll down to the beach. We only had breakfast in the hotel but found everything we needed, even with fussy children! The pool is a good size, albeit a little cold in October, it didn’t put us off jumping in! A very good value for money hotel in an excellent location! Slight negative - we arrived late - after 11pm and the children’s beds were not made up. We were all tired and this was hard, as their bedroom was in the living room and meant moving around furniture, then dragging it around the room to make it fit in the space. I just found this a bit odd. Maybe if we had of complained at the time this would have been resolved but I thought this might take longer than just doing it ourselves. Apart from this could not fault the hotel for what we paid and would 100% recommend.

Situated in a fantastic area, a 5min walk from the beach. Beautifully clean and rooms are cleaned daily. Rooms are a great size. All staff are friendly and approachable, nothing is too much hassle. Plenty of near by shops which cater for all your needs. This is our 2nd time staying here and I will be booking up for 2026. A small, quiet hotel where they will try and accommodate all your requirements. Bar area closes at midnight but if you want to carry on drinking/partying Magaluf is less than 10 minutes away. A fantastic family hotel.

Stayed in a ground floor apartment for a friends trip. Lovely clean and spacious unit with a fabulous shower. Own terrace with loungers and table a short stroll to the pool. Complex felt very safe every resident gets a wristband allowing reception to monitor who is coming and going. Good food and drinks from the snack bar with a daily happy hour. Central location with a small supermarket next door and the beach, shops and Aldi only a few mins walk away

We enjoyed another great stay in the appartment we wanted. The appartment is a great size for the 2 of us and I slept on the bed in living area for 10 day's no problems. Alex the entertainment host is so good and very friendly. The negatives would be the older guy in bar (think he's a manager) is just too grumpy and just not very pleasant. I would suggest straight after the entertainment is put some sort of disco on and get people dancing. People don't want to listen to the constant Rap grungey stuff. You get people up dancing with music after the entertainment to the usual stuff even the cheesy stuff you have people still drinking and spending MONEY. We went to reflex and banana Joe's. Had there been a disco and some decent music we would have stayed. Move the kid's slot to 7 till 8 would be a good move also and keeping the Alex. He knows what people want and is a great people's person.

Great clean apartments, kitchens enough to enable you to cook snacks and could cook a dinner if you so wished. Rooms are cleaned daily. Pool area large and clean, bar is reasonably priced and food from bar is nice. Great location for venturing to either palma nova or magaluf. Staff friendly and will help when asked.

Me and my family have just come back from a 10 night stay at Cas Saboners, we have had a brilliant time and would definitely return to this hotel and Palma Nova. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, I have two daughters who slept on the sofa beds which they said were very comfy and were also the size of a single bed. One of the beds is a trundle bed that pulls from the main sofa bed, initially I had doubts about this however it was absolutely fine and my daughter had no complaints. The staff (Diago, SP (Honey Rum as my mother in law calls him), Diana, Sonia, and Lucianna and all the others) couldn’t do enough for you and made us all feel very welcome. The entertainment was great, Alex works endlessly to ensure families have a great experience and there is always plenty of entertainment on offer. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly. The apartments were cleaned daily and again friendly staff always on hand. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you are planning on staying here I would recommend the following bars and restaurants which were all very nice … olive tree, siso beach, turtle beach, Taylor’s and O’Neils. If you like cocktails Mira and Origin were by far the best!!! The food at the hotel was also very good!

I thought this hotel, its amenities and its staff were incredible. I haven’t stayed in a 3-star property for many years and have always been reluctant to do so in Spain, but this hotel completely changed my mind and exceeded all expectations. The communication from the hotel prior to our arrival was first class. I had arranged for them to organise a birthday surprise for our 13-year-old son, which they did brilliantly. For €60 we received banners and twinkle lights, a beautiful cake with candles and a topper, balloons, a child’s drink and treat hamper, and a really thoughtful personalised card. The following day, they even remembered to deliver another little treat through the door, inviting our son to collect it from the bar—a fantastic touch that made him feel so special. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and daily room service was available. The hotel grounds and communal areas were extremely well maintained. There was children’s poolside entertainment each day, which was especially appreciated as we were travelling with just one child. The availability of pool tables, table tennis and air hockey was also very welcome. Food and drink at the hotel were reasonably priced and tasted good. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfasts were ample and varied in quality. The staff were exceptional—friendly, courteous and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It was the little extra touches that really set this hotel apart, such as providing shower gel, shampoos and fresh towels on our last day when we no longer had access to our room. This was so thoughtful and appreciated. I can only assume the 3-star rating is due to the absence of certain amenities such as a gym or spa. From our experience, however, this did not detract from our stay in any way, and as a family we will definitely be booking again. A quaint aparthotel set on a lovely-sized complex, easily accessible from all apartments and overlooking the pool

Good hotel with a nice small pool. Rooms are ok, aligned with 3 star rating. Some renovation would be needed. Breakfast also the same everyday and dinner very simple. Recommend to book breakfast only. Good location, only 500m from the beach and lots of shops nearby.

We 1st stayed here about 5 years ago and loved it. My kids were 8 & 12 then. They loved the pool. Every day there was some kind of pool activity like inflatable assault course and the big balls to run in on the water etc. The entertainment was good on an evening. It didn’t go on too late so you could get some sleep. We were B&B, the breakfast was great and just what you needed to fill up for the day. The hotel is clean and not too big so it’s nice and relaxed. Close to beach, just across a road and down some stairs. The beaches are lovely. Loads of restaurants around too. We ended up coming back here in May 25. I looked and looked at other places but I just didn’t want to hassle of a new place and we knew this hotel and area had everything to offer. We were not disappointed, rooms are spacious enough, the hotel and grounds are kept super clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. My children are 15-18 now and they still loved it. We didn’t stick around too much for the evening entertainment this time as went off into Palma Nova but the bar was always quite busy when we got back. Unfortunately the pool entertainment wasn’t on this time. Not sure why but the kids were allowed inflatables in the pool. I know some hotels don’t allow this. Daily they offered cocktails of the day, always needed with the increasing heat when we were there! Food from the bar is reasonably priced and always good quality. We were sad to go home so booked up for another trip in August! I have always booked through Jet2 but this latest time I booked through the hotels own website and did flights and hotel as a package which was so much cheaper. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel.
