Great hotel, location is great close to shops restaurants and bus stops, about 7 minutes walk to beach. Staff all very friendly and welcoming . Room was absolutely spotless and bed and pillows very comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets.breakfast was lovely and very good selection of hot and cold food and the pastries were excellent. Pool temperature was very good and pool games provided by the great entertainment team. Hotels clientele is mixed age group which gives a relaxed vibe. It’s a great 3 star hotel a lot better than some 4 star hotels I stayed in, I would recommend it highly and would stay again.

I recently stayed at the HSM Don Juan Hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with a warm and modern atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The rooms, while a bit on the outdated side, were spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff who really went above and beyond. The food selection was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious, well-cooked dishes every day. The restaurant staff was also super friendly and attentive. One thing to note is that drinks in the evening aren’t included, but they were very reasonably priced, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No fridge in room, noise levels high every night. Dirty bed sheets dirty toilet bath and shower. Dirty balcony. Food dreadful. Outside balcony litter fag packets, cig butts, lots of dirt.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its so close to the beach, the restaurants, shops and the bus stop. Their food is delicious. We had a half board plan and therefore it is perfect for us cousins as we always go out after breakfast and come back at dinnertime. We walked from our beach all the way to palma and we liked our beach better as it is clean and leas wavy than the rest. We like all the staff at the hotel esp the activity planner Gemma and the staff at food services. They were all friendly and accomodating. All in all great experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a very diverse place with a great mix of guests — from young couples to older people and families with kids. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed for everyone. The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality was consistently high. A special shout-out to the animation team, especially Gemma! She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure our son was having a great time. She kept things fun and engaging with different activities throughout the day. Her warm personality really made a difference in our stay. We would definitely come back!

Awful experience, I wouldn’t ever return to this hotel again. The noise level was a joke. The walls were so thin. I appreciate Magaluf is a party island, noise is expected, I have been here a few times with my child and it’s been family friendly. This is by far the worst hotel and definitely is not recommended for children. It actually says on their website it accommodates for children. IT REALLY DOES NOT! reception also told me this isn’t a family friend hotel. Had I have known this, I wouldn’t have ever booked it, I read some of the reviews regarding children staying at this hotel which was why I booked it, every other time I have been here in Magaluf with my child , the experience has been great. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with children unless you and your family want to be sleep deprived or to be told there’s nothing they can do! This was my worst experience staying in Magaluf yet. This is what i read online … The hotel offers a spacious terrace with a swimming pool for adults with a separate space for children. CHILDREN: At HSM Don Juan there is a mini club for children during the summer months and swimming area for children. Baby cots and high chairs are also available in the restaurant at no extra cost.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The noise level was extremely high, especially during the night. Other guests were very loud, and the sound of doors slamming in the middle of the night was truly disturbing and even frightening. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms, which made it very hard to sleep or relax. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Came here for our girls holiday, honestly was perfect for us considering the price. Amazing location for those on girls or lads holidays, literally 3 mins from the shops, 5 to the beach and 10 to the strip! Would definitely recommend for young adults, maybe not for families.
Food was basic but did the job! Lots of options to choose from.
The rooms were very outdated, but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. Rooms were also spotlessly clean, so that was really good.
The only thing that bothered us was the fact that there was no fridge!
Yes it does get pretty noisy due to the walls being thin, and the amount of teens playing music, but due to their quiet time policies its stops quite early.
Staff in the restaurant were all so lovely, efficient and really made our stay!

Great value for the money! The hotel looks a bit better in pictures than in real life, think Instagram vs. reality. The rooms are a little dated, but super clean, so no complaints there. Soundproofing could definitely use some help (hope your neighbors don’t snore!). But the location makes up for it just a short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at HSM Don Juan. The food was solid for a 3 star hotel. During the day, there were fun organized games like darts, airgun shooting. In the evenings, there were events such as bingo, disco nights... The staff was excellent. It is well-coordinated team that did their job professionally and with a smile. The rooms aren't very big but were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Magaluf with free parking always available. During our stay most of the guests were older visitors from France...Only downside, breakfast could start an hour earlier.
