This hotel is so spotless and welcoming. I came here on a girls trip with friends and we loved it. The buffet brunch is one of the best I've had! The pool area was clean and spacious and loved the cocktails available from the bar. The rooms were clean and spacious and the showers were lovely. Nice friendly staff. The decor is clearly recently refreshed. Just a short walk to beach, restaurants, bus stops and shops. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic stay at Tangerine Hotel! The staff were welcoming, the hotel was clean, and the atmosphere was great.

A special thank you to Cesar, the bartender, for his outstanding service, amazing cocktails, and friendly personality. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended, and we'd be happy to come back!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed 7 nights but checked out a day early because it was unbearable. Fresh towels and bedding had other people’s hair on them every single day. The water pressure was a nightmare the shower would randomly shut off, then blast scalding hot or ice cold water with zero warning or consistency. Cleaners left dirty rags in our room on three separate occasions. Worst of all: bugs. Insects crawling on the floor, one fell out of a pair of shorts, and we found a dead bug on the duvet. Unless you enjoy bug, strangers’ hair, and unreliable water, stay far away.

Newly refurbished, clean and tidy. Very good selection of brunch buffet. Hotel staff exeptional, very helpful and kind. Special shout-out to a security gentleman for returning our lost luggage during transfer to the hotel. Very well equipped. Fanatatic music played by a DJ by the pool!! Honestly, 100% reccomend. The only downside was, I had to sleep with earplugs as other guests were quite noisy at night.

The coolest hotel in Calvià Beach, Magaluf. A brand-new concept featuring an Unlimited Brunch experience from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, live DJ sessions by the pool, stylish and contemporary rooms, and a varied, high-quality brunch selection. We really enjoyed.

Great hotel, location is great close to shops restaurants and bus stops, about 7 minutes walk to beach. Staff all very friendly and welcoming . Room was absolutely spotless and bed and pillows very comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets.breakfast was lovely and very good selection of hot and cold food and the pastries were excellent. Pool temperature was very good and pool games provided by the great entertainment team. Hotels clientele is mixed age group which gives a relaxed vibe. It’s a great 3 star hotel a lot better than some 4 star hotels I stayed in, I would recommend it highly and would stay again.

I recently stayed at the HSM Don Juan Hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with a warm and modern atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The rooms, while a bit on the outdated side, were spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff who really went above and beyond. The food selection was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious, well-cooked dishes every day. The restaurant staff was also super friendly and attentive. One thing to note is that drinks in the evening aren’t included, but they were very reasonably priced, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No fridge in room, noise levels high every night. Dirty bed sheets dirty toilet bath and shower. Dirty balcony. Food dreadful. Outside balcony litter fag packets, cig butts, lots of dirt.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its so close to the beach, the restaurants, shops and the bus stop. Their food is delicious. We had a half board plan and therefore it is perfect for us cousins as we always go out after breakfast and come back at dinnertime. We walked from our beach all the way to palma and we liked our beach better as it is clean and leas wavy than the rest. We like all the staff at the hotel esp the activity planner Gemma and the staff at food services. They were all friendly and accomodating. All in all great experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a very diverse place with a great mix of guests — from young couples to older people and families with kids. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed for everyone. The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality was consistently high. A special shout-out to the animation team, especially Gemma! She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure our son was having a great time. She kept things fun and engaging with different activities throughout the day. Her warm personality really made a difference in our stay. We would definitely come back!
