Room was good, nothin too special.. bed and mattress was cheap. It was hard and not too comfy for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was brilliant though

I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b.
The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.

I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby.

+ Myself and my daughter spent 2 nights in the hotel celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. From check in we were treated so well. The staff were excellent and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was large with wonderful products. The pool area was clean with relaxing beds. We had food and drinks at the pool which were really lovely. We had a later flight and were able to stay round the pool then shower in the spa. Would absolutely recommend.- We loved everything!

First hotel for our stay in Mallorca and it was really special. Rooms were perfect, staff lovely and all the facilities were nice and clean! Pool and bar take highlights here as well as the breakfast which was much higher quality than other hotels.
Liked the location and was a great launchpad to go and explore Palma!
I am not sure I would recommend the spa. It was nice for one visit but there were some areas that weren’t fully functional and because the jacuzzi isn’t isolated it can be quite noisy.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms are a bit basic (no kettle and were only given 1 bottle of water for the 4 days we were there) but the staff are lovely and the food is great. Really good location within walking distance to most Palma sights.

Enjoyed our stay at Isla. The rooms were great and we enjoyed our a la carte breakfast.
The gym is very well kitted with reasonably new equipment, enjoyed a good weights session there.
Parking was fairly easy to find in the street around the hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her as she was on her phone. And when we asked her a question she gave us a very short answer with no explanation and immediately went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.
