Hotel Artmadams in Palma

Pleasant service and cleanliness in the room. Unfortunately, there was terrible noise insulation in the room. And at night you can hear the noise from the doors when someone comes out. The hotel has 2 swimming pools - summer and winter. I recommend it for short trips

Stayed for a short visit and found this hotel to be well-located, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer pleasant views, making it suitable for both a brief stay and a relaxing weekend away. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout. The only minor drawback is that the walls are slightly thin, which can allow some noise from the hallway. Overall, it is a strong value choice and one I would certainly recommend.

We spent there the night in November. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful, speak English and gave us nice room and helpful advices. We spent our time in the room 701, it’s marvelous due to private terrace) the interior of the room is with dark wood which is stylish. the interior of the hotel is full of art, fascinating ! We were allowed to put our bags in a storage after checking out the next day, and even use the spa, sauna and swimming pool! Very cool! The breakfast was delicious: different kinds of fruits, vegetables, olives, ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, coffee and juice. One minor thing is that I forgot my white scarf there on the bed, and the hostess said they didn’t see it

The hotel is very well located for visiting the city and has many lively places nearby for drinks or dinner. The spa is small but worthwhile after a day of sightseeing. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very well equipped. The staff is friendly.

Big rooms and a breakfast close to perfection.
They could add drinking water to the fridge in the room every day. The Mallorca tap water is not drinkable

Fantastic, fun hotel! Good restaurant with a unique style, great breakfasts, awesome facilities, very convenient location and special additions like the art gallery, rooftop pool with cocktail orders, and bookable Sauana/Spa/Pool round it out. Really nice hotel , stayed there recently and had very good experience. Clean room, lovely customer service and friendly team at reception.
Definitely will be back in the future.

Hotel Artmadams is a handy base for a solo business trip thanks to its position just off Paseo Mallorca—minutes from the old town and public transport. My double room was spotless, the Wi-Fi solid, and the desk big enough for a laptop-heavy workday, though the floor space would feel crowded for two people sharing.

Service, however, is hit-or-miss. I arrived late and the night receptionist’s limited English stretched the check-in longer than necessary. Mornings weren’t smoother: the small buffet is arranged almost randomly, plates are hidden in odd spots, and staff give instructions only in Spanish until you look confused, which makes breakfast more stressful than it should be.

The room lacked an iron and hair-dryer, both available only on request. Likewise, the pillow on my first night was thin and decorative; only after housekeeping swapped it for a better one did I learn there’s a pillow menu—useful information that should be offered at check-in.

In short, Artmadams delivers location, cleanliness, and reliable connectivity, but expect to ask for basics and brace for some communication gaps.

Recommended hotel for all travellers. The hotel is new and fully decorated by stunning art work. Good location as it close to the bus station. My room is Triple room, comes with the balcony. It's superrr big and clean, we all love it. Most of the staffs are nice and helpful.

Swimming pool, fitness, jacuzzi and sauna are available there. Supebbbb!
