Cans of water in rooms could have been replaced regularly and teabags / milk amounts could have been increased. We had a lovely stay thankyou.
Bathroom shower needs attention- door faulty and did not open easily - needs upgrade.
Staff are always pleasant.
Prices have risen for stays. I think they could implement a loyalty programme or offer discounts.
I have found better deals with similar hotels in Palma for my next trip in November.
Reception staff were great and all the guests we met were super friendly too
Absolutely satisfied with hotel, booked B&B only. Breakfast buffet was extensive with Continental and English options particularly the freshly made omelettes.
We wanted the pool, gym and Jacuzzi as the hotel is on the Marina Waterfront with no beach.
Room was contemporary with marina sea view, large balcony, various tea and coffees with kettle. En suite and large Smart tv. Fresh towels daily and beach towels if required.
All the staff were sociable and helpful with taxis and other travel advice.
Didnt use the gym or snack bar but nice to have.
Location across from marina with easy access to bars, restaurants and fifteen minutes walk to Palma centre.
Gettting towels from reception for swimming pool was a faff when others checking in /out …..would be better done from bar at swimming pool.
