Today I was in the spa with my girl we're been two hours, we drank prosecco by the pool with background music, very romantic, we tried the sauna, the Turkish bath, the staff were helpful and friendly and above all professional, in the structure we found everything that we needed, bathrooms clean, so I recommend everyone to try this wonderful experience

Great place to stay the teams made you feel very welcome. Everyone is very attentive and the design aspects are great

Also the pool bed service isn’t great, at a hotel like this you expect for the staff to be checking up on you more, asking for drinks ect. Overall I think this hotel was a 5 star experience and will certainly come back

The common areas of the hotel, and the old main building especially, are very nice. The staff is helpful and the outdoor area by the pool is in good condition

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure

All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th

My daughter & I had such a lovely few days here. The room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable, although a shower up there would be handy

The most service minded, and beautiful hotel we had stayed at in a long time. Breakfast was a joy, the room was full of wonderful surprises and everything had been planned meticulously well

Nice easy walk to everything you need. Excellent staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the look and feel. Rooftop pool is small but is perfect with a bar and food service. Definitely would stay again.

the interior of the hotel is full of art, fascinating ! We were allowed to put our bags in a storage after checking out the next day, and even use the spa, sauna and swimming pool! Very cool! The breakfast was delicious: different kinds of fruits, vegetables, olives, ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, coffee and juice

The hotel has 2 swimming pools - summer and winter. I recommend it for short trips

Pleasant service and cleanliness in the room. Unfortunately, there was terrible noise insulation in the room. And at night you can hear the noise from the doors when someone comes out

The hotel is very well located for visiting the city and has many lively places nearby for drinks or dinner. The spa is small but worthwhile after a day of sightseeing

We spent there the night in November. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful, speak English and gave us nice room and helpful advices

We spent our time in the room 701, it’s marvelous due to private terrace) the interior of the room is with dark wood which is stylish

Our check in by Marta was so nice, she help us with all important information and she arranged a car for us really fast. The breakfast with Maria on charge was also really nice, she made our start of the day the best

The hotel is extremely nice! The staff was super friendly, the spaces were very clean and overall the location is quite good, especially if you want to stay a bit further from the city centre

This is a classic AC hotel for mariott, centrally located in Palma and really very walkable to many areas of the city. To get to the beach is a bit of a haul though

I feel I need to write because I do not agree with the recent negative reviews. I can only say when I have been there of course. It is no noisier than any other road junction

The GM Maria was all the time so helpful, she was everywhere and always worried that all her guest received the best. Thank you AC Team for gave us a wonderful weekend!

They have cycle hire service but even though I rented a bike prior to arrival elsewhere they let me keep the bike inside which is kind of them

Access to the sea and beaches as well within minutes for some great snorkelling

Super location with stunning views of the harbour, marina and seafront. All staff we amazingly helpful at all times. Plenty of fresh options every morning for breakfast. You can get food from reception 24/7

Nice quiet location with a great pool/bar area and situated 10 mins by car or bus to hot-spots

But! The view is absolutely fantastic, location is pretty good (grocery,restaurants nearby,also direct but to the center), beach 10-15min walk. So all together,I'm happy with my stay

There is a bit of maintenance required around the place, terrace door not closing properly in the room, blocked sink in the gents by reception, swimming pool showers not working

Swimming pool very nice with bar available but they need more parasols and lower the music and less crackly speakers

Our room was gorgeous with a balcony and freestanding bathtub along with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious, the rooftop is divine and the spa with pool is amazing

Great stay! Great service, friendly staff, amazing location between the cooler new parts of town (Santa Catalina) and the old town. Nice cozy rooftop with food and drinks service, and a great little plunge pool!

Great stay A very beautiful hotel, specially if you are looking for a calm place. However for being a design hotel it was a bit boring in terms of interior. The place could be improved with some plants and more art

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel higher up from port. Looks like recently modernised very clean and rooms very spacious with everything you would want, including a mini fridge

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean everything was from the lobby to the linens, the housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work

The room is very small, barely enough room for the luggages to open wide. Location needs about 15 mins walking to get to the main attractions. Pool view is superb, staff are very friendly.

An amazing rooftop bar, excellent rooms and wonderful food is only part of it. From the moment you book, to the awesome service you get when you check in. This place is truly 5 star and I can thoroughly recommend it

Great hotel in the centre of Palma. The room we had was quite big for a hotel room and it was cleaned everyday so when we got back from the beach we always had fresh towels

The staff is very nice and friendly, always trying their best to make us feel comfortable. Due to Corona there was no breakfast buffet offered which was ok for us because we went to the cafes nearby anyway

I was impressed by the friendly service. The room condition was clean and spacious, which was satisfactory, and the location was convenient for moving to the city center and other tourist attractions.

Everything is great at this hotel, alot of plugs specious, clean and there is a fully equipped gym + jacuzzi. Awesome to stay in.

The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches. The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful

The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the Puro beach clubs, which we used and thoroughly enjoyed

The hotel is located in a very good area. We slept very well! The staff was so kind. We always had clean towels and our room was cleaned daily. Luciano helped us get our dinner reservation last minute

The rooftop is another highlight, with a small pool, plenty of sun for tanning, and where you can order drinks. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon

All in all, this has been a very nice stay, and I’d happily recommend Puro Hotel Palma for anyone looking for a stylish, central, and relaxing base in Palma. I would also happily stay here again

The location of the hotel, a closed underground garage in the neighbourhood, the lobby, the rooms, the decoration, the food, the view from the rooftop terrace over Palma harbour, it was all superb

There is a feeling of exclusivity in the hotel thanks to its limited number of rooms. The duplex suite was perfect for us with 2 kids and all the attentions we got have been greatly appreciated

In terms of our room, we opted for a deluxe bedroom and were allocated room 8 which had a separate bathroom (as requested) rather than open plan. Our room had such wonderful light and a large modern bathroom

My trip to Mallorca started off a little bumpy due to strikes at Palma Airport and changes to my British Airways flights, which meant I had to cancel my original booking at Hotel Portixol and move it to the end of my holiday

Make sure you make time to have a drink at the bar first. The food is likewise elegant but unfussy and downright delicious. The best source products are elevated to their highest potential by the chef’s team

Rooms are great, specious and clean. Cosmetic products offered complimentary are of high standard. Service is more than friendly and professional. Food offered of a great variety and quality

Definitely try the tartar, tempura shrimp and the raviolis caseros. The kicker is that we didn’t even stay in the hotel. We live here in Mallorca and have been back again and again!

A personal note for potential guests: like almost all hotels in Spain, the hotel is very child-friendly, which should be borne in mind by anyone looking for peace and relaxation
