Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments

Great location. Breakfast was very comprehensive. The bed was comfortable and there was little noise.

Their lunch is a great value, delicious food offerings, and overall a marvelous experience. Looking forward to staying there again. Also, loved the intriguing art throughout!

Excellent location, quality morning buffet and top-notch bedding! However, the price is expensive but with Trip discounts we were able to afford it.

While it's a beachfront location, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak

the interior of the hotel is full of art, fascinating ! We were allowed to put our bags in a storage after checking out the next day, and even use the spa, sauna and swimming pool! Very cool! The breakfast was delicious: different kinds of fruits, vegetables, olives, ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, coffee and juice

The hotel has 2 swimming pools - summer and winter. I recommend it for short trips

Pleasant service and cleanliness in the room. Unfortunately, there was terrible noise insulation in the room. And at night you can hear the noise from the doors when someone comes out

The hotel is very well located for visiting the city and has many lively places nearby for drinks or dinner. The spa is small but worthwhile after a day of sightseeing

We spent there the night in November. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful, speak English and gave us nice room and helpful advices

We spent our time in the room 701, it’s marvelous due to private terrace) the interior of the room is with dark wood which is stylish

Our check in by Marta was so nice, she help us with all important information and she arranged a car for us really fast. The breakfast with Maria on charge was also really nice, she made our start of the day the best

The hotel is extremely nice! The staff was super friendly, the spaces were very clean and overall the location is quite good, especially if you want to stay a bit further from the city centre

This is a classic AC hotel for mariott, centrally located in Palma and really very walkable to many areas of the city. To get to the beach is a bit of a haul though

I feel I need to write because I do not agree with the recent negative reviews. I can only say when I have been there of course. It is no noisier than any other road junction

The GM Maria was all the time so helpful, she was everywhere and always worried that all her guest received the best. Thank you AC Team for gave us a wonderful weekend!

They have cycle hire service but even though I rented a bike prior to arrival elsewhere they let me keep the bike inside which is kind of them

It is up quite a few sets of stairs from the beach, but the view from the rooms and the pool deck was incredible. The service was excellent, it had a 24 hour reception so there was always someone available

It has good bus links into palma and is walking distance to shops and beaches

We opted for breakfast included, the food was good, with a wide veriety of cold food, fruit, breads, and hot dishes, although mainly pork. The bread was always fresh and the churros where excellent

Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from! But the biggest highlight and a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the amazing, always helpful staff – especially Katia and Agustin

Great hotel and I'm surprised it has such a low rating. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Moreover, it was one of the cheapest hotel near Palma that I've found, and it was a wonderful stay there

My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral

Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed

Our room was gorgeous with a balcony and freestanding bathtub along with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious, the rooftop is divine and the spa with pool is amazing

Great stay A very beautiful hotel, specially if you are looking for a calm place. However for being a design hotel it was a bit boring in terms of interior. The place could be improved with some plants and more art

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean everything was from the lobby to the linens, the housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work

The room is very small, barely enough room for the luggages to open wide. Location needs about 15 mins walking to get to the main attractions. Pool view is superb, staff are very friendly.

An amazing rooftop bar, excellent rooms and wonderful food is only part of it. From the moment you book, to the awesome service you get when you check in. This place is truly 5 star and I can thoroughly recommend it

Great hotel in the centre of Palma. The room we had was quite big for a hotel room and it was cleaned everyday so when we got back from the beach we always had fresh towels

The staff is very nice and friendly, always trying their best to make us feel comfortable. Due to Corona there was no breakfast buffet offered which was ok for us because we went to the cafes nearby anyway

Everything is great at this hotel, alot of plugs specious, clean and there is a fully equipped gym + jacuzzi. Awesome to stay in.

The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches. The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful

The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the Puro beach clubs, which we used and thoroughly enjoyed

The hotel is located in a very good area. We slept very well! The staff was so kind. We always had clean towels and our room was cleaned daily. Luciano helped us get our dinner reservation last minute

The spread offers many great options, and the atmosphere is relaxed enough that you can enjoy a long coffee while catching up on emails, which I really appreciated despite breakfast hours being over

The rooftop is another highlight, with a small pool, plenty of sun for tanning, and where you can order drinks. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon

Super small room but man, the location, and the building, and friendliness of staff! Amazing. They were so accommodating and nothing g ever seemed to be a problem. And you are right in the middle of old town

The only negative I can say is the images make it look like it is located on a nice flower lined lane, when in fact it is a scruffy back street with (harmless) homeless people sleeping every night

My trip to Mallorca started off a little bumpy due to strikes at Palma Airport and changes to my British Airways flights, which meant I had to cancel my original booking at Hotel Portixol and move it to the end of my holiday

Make sure you make time to have a drink at the bar first. The food is likewise elegant but unfussy and downright delicious. The best source products are elevated to their highest potential by the chef’s team

Rooms are great, specious and clean. Cosmetic products offered complimentary are of high standard. Service is more than friendly and professional. Food offered of a great variety and quality

Definitely try the tartar, tempura shrimp and the raviolis caseros. The kicker is that we didn’t even stay in the hotel. We live here in Mallorca and have been back again and again!

A personal note for potential guests: like almost all hotels in Spain, the hotel is very child-friendly, which should be borne in mind by anyone looking for peace and relaxation

Location is great as surrounded by restaurants and bars and at the edge of the city centre - so everything is in walking distance. Also the bus from the airport stops only 3 minutes away

14 minutes and the hotel was right in the middle of where you want to be with short walks to all tourist attractions. Hop on hop off bus ride takes you further out

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel, in a quiet part of the Old Town within easy walking distance from the cathedral and the sea. A small breakfast restaurant and thoughtful staff. Also has a lovely spa in the basement
