Great Location, great breakfast, comfy bed Great location. Lovely Reception Staff. Great breakfast. Yes, there is a bar on the 3rd floor, which is noisy at night, but it didn't cause us a problem.

Room was perfect size for a weekend away, very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the lady working there was extremely nice

Hotel is situated in a great place, all sites of interest are a short walk with some amazing restaurants nearby

My daughter & I had such a lovely few days here. The room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable, although a shower up there would be handy

Nice easy walk to everything you need. Excellent staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the look and feel. Rooftop pool is small but is perfect with a bar and food service. Definitely would stay again.

Today I was in the spa with my girl we're been two hours, we drank prosecco by the pool with background music, very romantic, we tried the sauna, the Turkish bath, the staff were helpful and friendly and above all professional, in the structure we found everything that we needed, bathrooms clean, so I recommend everyone to try this wonderful experience

Also the pool bed service isn’t great, at a hotel like this you expect for the staff to be checking up on you more, asking for drinks ect. Overall I think this hotel was a 5 star experience and will certainly come back

The common areas of the hotel, and the old main building especially, are very nice. The staff is helpful and the outdoor area by the pool is in good condition

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure

The rooftop pool and loungers offer a perfect retreat after a morning’s wandering around the sights. Only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, so perfect for a couple of nights away in a gastronomic city

Comfortable air conditioned rooms. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything that you need for a short stay. Staff were welcoming and it is located along a busy bus route into the centre

The hotel was great! In particular, it was very clean. Also, walkable from the ferry port (35 mins) and from the old town (35 mins) so great location for an affordable price

I suppose the negative side is that Palacio Avenida needs a bit of work. Unattached toilet seat and dripping tap, for example, aren't a great advert, not to mention the legendary, ancient carpet from other reviews

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance

The location is perfect and you can go to places like Soller easily from the hotel. The hotel is close to shopping area and there are supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful.

A couple recommendations to the hotel Please provide microwave, ice and a kettle for hot water at some common place such as the restaurant so that people who are used to these amenities can use them

Fabulous situation next to main bus and train station. Unfortunately our key card for entry to the room did not work so we were upgraded to a luxurious suite with views over the square!

Came here with my husband for his birthday and it was the best decision. The staff, suites and value is truly exceptional! You also can’t beat the location. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Perfect hotel, grand yet relaxing. The best possible location - everything on the doorstep but in a peaceful oasis. Really lovely staff! We never tried the restaurant for dinner but it gives us a good excuse to return

Stunning interior, very central with numerous restaurants/cafes, reception excellent, room was beautiful (deluxe junior suite), breakfast delicious with so much choice, healthy and freshly made to order

In terms of our room, we opted for a deluxe bedroom and were allocated room 8 which had a separate bathroom (as requested) rather than open plan. Our room had such wonderful light and a large modern bathroom

Close by was one of a number of lounges within the hotel which we enjoyed on a daily basis. We would thoroughly recommend Can Cera. Stylish, great location, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast

A recently renovated 17 apartment complex in a lovely location, close to the Illetas beaches with a great swimming pool. Wonderful staff and a very switched on owner. Very comfortable and spacious apartment

Affordable hotel with nice rooms and great staff We had a great time at Lis Hotel. The rooms are recently renovated and were great, with good air conditioning, curtains that made it dark and comfortable beds

We stayed in a studio which was small but according to the price still very affordable. The rest of the hotel is still not renovated and quite old, but this part will ne renovated too

Stayed in this hotel as we love the area it’s not too touristy and in close proximity to Palma city you can walk ( about 45 mins or bike about 15 mins )

pool is small and doesn’t get much sun ☀️ but the beach is right opposite. all in all we did enjoy our stay. I would return but needs a few tiny improvements to make it very special

if you were in a que you would be waiting 10/15 minutes to get your coffee … I do feel for a 4 * hotel they should also offer room service ( they do not ). The hotel room has a safe and they supply towels for the pool

It's in an old mansion in the narrow streets of Palma's old town, with quirky rooms, a lovely (small) rooftop pool surrounded by bougainvillea and a pleasant breakfast. Freshly cooked eggs are available on request

We had a large room on the first floor with our own shady terrace with sun loungers. There was a sitting room with doors out to the terrace, and a large bedroom, plus bathroom with bath and shower

I'd already booked a hotel near the Intermodal Station when I saw this boutique hotel, which was £50 cheaper than the modern, corporate hotel, and looked much nicer

Top 3 restaurants in the city. Important on your time of stay is on the AC. The walls are also a meter thick so it barely matters. but if you are a delicate flower

The bus to the airport stops nearby (about a 7 minute walk) and there are plenty of attractions close by too. I would definitely book to stay here again

The only compliant was that the curtains are very thin and you could see when the room across from you turned on their lights or flushed their toilet
