What a lovely hotel came here for my honeymoon. We enjoy a lot. Prime location you feel very safe as the hotel is located in the the area surrounded by the Ministry of Interior. The people who are working there are so helpful and very friendly. They are willing to guide you if you are looking for any activities. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is super tasty.

Great location, great staff and great food. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families and Individuals. It is located in between the Ministry of Interior which makes it super safe with all the security around it. You are minutes away by walking to all the hot spots like Serrano street with all the high end shopping and restaurants. 15 mins walk from Gran via. The rooms are great and the breakfast is located in the ground level with the indoor garden look. Thank you for the amazing experience.

A beautiful hotel. They are doing construction next door unfortunately so it was a bit noisy however the staff is lovely and the location is perfect if you plan to stay in the center of Madrid. I would certainly come back! If it wasn’t for the construction I would’ve given them five stars.

The key here is that the Pavilions' bathrooms have a "Flush mounted rain shower head" (google it), that's all you need to know. It's a great shower experience. Even if you live in Madrid, if you have to put up with a low pressure spout, pay for the night and have a real hot water shower, it's worth it. As a plus you get newly remodeled rooms (small) in an excellent location with the national police patroling the streets 24/7 due to the government facilities nearby.

Very comfortable place and quiet. Service excellent from all staff. Breakfast very good. Wifi needs to be stronger inside rooms.

Very clean hotel and good placement are a plus. The breakfast was plenty but the choice options are very limited. No terrace bar or room terrace. No bidet either. The pillows are too huge. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. There is no nice view not even from the 5th floor.
