Great hotel with a luxerious feeling. Everything you need and good service. A little far out of the cetre. Recommended if you have transport, like a car or bike.

Lovely hotel in residential part of Alicante
The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom lovely and beds comfortable
We had Breakfast which was plentiful and many different things to choose. We must give a shout out to young lady who worked so well and was delightful even when I spilt beetroot smoothie. Think her name began with G. She made our breakfasts enjoyable and pleasant to be there.
We had one evening meal whilst there and whilst it was a bit expensive it was beautiful and very tasty.
Location we caught no 2 bus a 5 min walk away to city. Be aware the no 2 is different buses going out and coming in. Plenty of buses altho not all will understand English which is fair enough
The reception was friendly and helpful and the hotel staff were pleasant.
We felt safe in the area and there was a few eateries we visited which were enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is approximately 10–15 minutes by taxi from the airport and about 7–10 minutes to the city center by Uber. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, including several affordable options, which is perfect for a relaxed evening without needing to travel into the city. In addition, there are multiple supermarkets in the area, making it very convenient for daily needs.

The premises are very clean, modern interior design and room service is provided daily. The mini fridge was also very useful during our stay. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026, and unfortunately the rooftop swimming pool was closed at that time. However, the spa was still accessible, which was appreciated. The only drawback was that the sauna was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very warm either. Additionally, water was not allowed to be poured inside the sauna, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Regarding cleanliness, although the room was cleaned every day, we noticed visible black mold buildup in the shower (as shown in the photo), and some of the mold was coming off during showering. We believe this could be improved with more thorough and regular deep cleaning, as it was not very pleasant to experience. For this reason, we would rate the hotel four stars.

That said, the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful, professional, and spoke fluent English. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, with no waiting time. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We were also pleased to have a beautiful view from our room, as shown in the photos.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, NH Hotel.

Room was a great size, with tea, coffee and mini bar provided. Reception staff helpful but we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Location not great, residential area 45 minute walk into town

Workers at reception were very kind and treated us greatly. Breakfast was delicious and had many alternatives to choose from. In terms of location, about a 30 minute walk from town centre, but very useful if coming from the airport as it's only 15/20 minutes away by car (taxis are relatively cheap from this location to the airport). Nice terrace and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend and would return if I were to visit Alicante again.

My stay at NH Alicante was very pleasant. During the meals, I especially want to highlight Estebam, Patri, and Victor – they were extremely friendly, attentive, and always fulfilled our wishes. Their great service made the dining experience really special. They also speak very good English, which made communication even easier.

We had a fantastic stay at NH Alicante! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from.
