Awful! Faulty Towers and if I could give a zero rating I would. I don't normally write reviews but I feel i have to. Booked a double classic room for single occupancy. On arrival was told my request of low floor not possible. Were were in february and they werent fully booked but though well ok. To get to the room and it be a shoebox with not what I call a balcony, but was clean (that was the only positive). There was a LOT of building work and noise. After 2 nights of no sleep due to noise from outside of the hotel (building work) a 6am I rung reception to ask to change room. I was met with the night person being very rude. I was asked to go down. I was met by a man and woman from the back office the guy told me if I wanted a room change i pay for it. As I pointed out I'd already paid for a classic room and been shoved in a single room. The woman said "I need to go now and get my sleep" so I said try coming on holiday and paying for no sleep where is your customer service. No manager next 2 days to speak to. Dont pay for breakfast here the hotel is tired and you are put in what looks like a back room and if you're a solo traveller dont stay here. You'll get treated like a 2nd class citizen. I travel a lot and this place is poor

Very clean. Great location with a bus stop right outside to take you to the centre or the old town. Room was great, comfy bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again

While the room was impressively clean and featured a lovely balcony view, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together with 2 separate mattresses, and because they were on wheels, they constantly moved apart during the night!

Great location for a beach holiday, but it's a bit far from the city center. However, public transport is very convenient.

Room was lovely, needs attention on the door frames with brick work exposed in 202. Super large balcony which was a bonus. Bedside cabinet drawers not easy to open and as the cabinet was on wheels it always moved when trying to open. Room was very clean and spacious. Cleaners were lovely. No smoking around the pool or in the outside communal areas. Lift was very bumpy on arrival at the different floors. Nightclub just below my room which was only open on one occasion but my sleep was disturbed by the music and people congregating outside. It would've been good to have been made aware or it. I did have a slight Seaview if I leant over the balcony.

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial)
Still, the room, was spotless clean.
Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible.
Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower.
Aircon (for heating) worked very well.
No fridge (just for those really wanting one)
Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach.
Overall, a solid no nonsense hotel.
3* Superior is correctly classified.

Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets. If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room...
And the breakfast is very basic but still OK.

The hotel was fine and in a good location near to the beach. However, my elderly and disabled mum who was in a wheelchair struggled as they only had a single disabled room on a separate floor to all of us even though she needed our assistance. She struggled with the steps up to the dining area which was more like a school canteen. When she felt weak one morning and couldn’t eat her breakfast, she took a banana to have later. Martina the waitress snatched it out of her arthritic hand! She then charged us for ice- 1 euro for 4 pieces of ice in our drinks! Also butter we had to pay for during dinner. As I had one spare in my bag that I took out and she accused me of stealing it from breakfast- luckily I still had the receipt! As most were Spanish we felt targeted being British. Other tables had tablecloths- ours didn’t and we were sat facing the building works! No candles or dimmed lighting for dinner, no music and a set menu so the only choice was the meat or veggie option. They lacked table manners/ etiquette as sometimes the food appeared cold and was just placed down with little communication. .
We specifically took our mum to visit our brother who lives in Alicante. He came to visit the hotel and had purchased a beer in the bar. Martina wouldn’t let him take it into the restaurant, because the restaurant prices for drinks were much higher than their own bar so he had to pay again!

As British tourists we wouldn’t go there again as they didn’t show us the same level of respect and tried to make money out of us. We felt poorly treated and let down by the hotel staff.

Actually we would give 3-4 stars, but the girl at the reception was just horrible and arrogant. Because of the friendly guy we‘re at least giving 2 stars.
The hotel itself is okay for a 3 star. It‘s also clean. The pillows were hard but that‘s okay. One annoying thing was hearing our neighbours singing under the shower, knowing that others could also be hearing us.😅

They also don‘t provide water kettles/boilers or irons, what‘s a minus. And for the safe we had to pay extra.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. The pool area was well kept. All the staff were very helpful. A cafe / bar was open until 11 pm every evening.
The location was fantastic. Very close to the sandy beach and plenty of places to eat nearby.
