Amazing hotel in a wonderful location! Stayed 3 nights in one of their panorana rooms. The view of the sea straight from bed was stunning! Modern and clean hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it and the in house restaurant is lovely too! Highly recommend for a relaxing beachfront stay not too far away from the city center!

No idea why this hotel is only 3 stars - from the last detail and design to the wonderful service and truly amazing breakfast, this hotel is probably the best place to stay if you want to be a 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and the mattress comfy. Just wonderful!

This hotel was perfect, great rooms, wonderful kind and helpful staff, and a very short walk to a great long beach. We stayed with our dogs, and they were made to feel very welcome. Beautiful outside area with garden and pool. My daughter was also thrilled as they have an accessible room and she uses a wheelchair. The buffet breakfast..WOW, delicious 😋
The only reason I do not give 5 stars ivs due to the renovation of the 2 rooms directly above ours throughout our stay so it was a bit noisy. Other than that perfect, and we will definitely be returning.

A wonderful hotel situated right by the lovely San Juan beach. Visiting in January, ie out of season, the area was lovely and quiet, though this did mean that not all local restaurants and cafés were open.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome, along with being able to speak in either Spanish or English.
No complaints with our room – very clean, a good size, and a nice balcony (which I’m sure is even more enjoyable in the summer). The bed mattress was a little on the hard side.
The onsite restaurant, Pocardy, is fantastic. The breakfast was definitely worth paying for, and if you are dining here in the evening, you will not be disappointed. Delicious food, and we loved their godella wine.
We also made us of their gym, which was very convenient, though it could have had a bit more equipment in there.

Nice hotel but with flaws.
The good
+ Nice interior entrance, restaurant and room.
+ Good food.
+ Good service although guy in the counter lacked most of his teeth's.
+ They're trying to look luxurious, not quite there but A for effort.
The bad
- Dirty, se pics. No proper cleaning.
- No seaview. Pictures are misleading. Hotel is 100-200m from sea street.
- No proper maintenance of room. Loose lamps. Dirty buttons etc.
Overall good anyway cause we got good price.

I chose this hotel after a very bad Airbnb experience in December 2025. This hotel has
Exceeded my expectations on every item. It has absolutely lovely , kind and caring people who work here. I told them over the phone about the temperature issue with my Airbnb flat, and they set my room at higher temperature before i even came there . Rooms have been newly renovated. This is key if you stay here in December/winter. Many places will have old windows and will be very cold. Hotel rooms are new. Mine still smells like a new one. Bathroom is new and cozy. With luxurious spa like soap, shampoo, towels. Location is just at the beach. This is such a lovely part of Alicante. I chose it because it is not city center (which is too crossed for me), or the other side of town in the opposite direction, where the wind is much stronger and architecture/buildings look less taken care of. This part of Alicante is cozy, relaxed, just perfect if you value a place that looks nice and has a nice vibe. I cannot say even one negative thing about this hotel. It has exceeded my expectations and i am so happy about that. I wish the owners and people who work here that their dedication is really rewarded with many clients who appreciate how well managed and how beautiful this place is ❤️❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀

Very nice hotel if you like a peacefull holiday. The rooms are super clean and the bed sleeps very well. Only 1 negative point, they are currwntly renovating a part of the hotel, they start early, so you will be awake from the noises.

We arrived earlier than official check in. Reception accommodated us perfectly with use of a room to refresh and leave our luggage,calling us within the hour . We were allocated our room early. Fantastic service throughout our 3 day, 2 night stay. Spotlessly clean hotel. Beautifully decorated .

Very nice and quiet hotel. The room was well furnished. We felt very comfortable here. One minute to the beach. The pool area is lovely and you can always find a spot. Except that the flies are annoying. But that seems to be a local problem. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel near the loveliest beach and 10 min tram ride to city of Alicante. We had the most relaxing time and enjoyed it very much.
