This hotel was a complete disappointment. Aside from the convenient location, I found nothing positive about it. The rooms are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and the ventilation is so bad that I constantly felt trapped and suffocated.
On top of that, I had an urgent situation that forced me to leave Alicante early, causing 4 fully paid nights to be wasted. Even after speaking directly with the main manager, the hotel showed zero flexibility, zero cooperation, and no effort to help.
The customer service is unprofessional and irresponsible, and it’s clear they do not care about their guests at all.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

One of the best places I stayed in Alicante.
I got an upgrade and the room I got was amazing for the price I paid.
Independent living room/office, huge bed, water jets in the bathtub and a huge terrace.

Great hotel with staff who will go above and beyond. Nice rooms to the standard I always require. If in Alicante the only place to be. Market is not far away.

Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel.
The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable.
The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.
