Reviews
One thing that really surprised me is that the hotel does not allow you to order food from outside. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is something I have never experienced before. It felt very restrictive.
Another downside is that you are not allowed to smoke anywhere. The outdoor swimming pool was also closed during our stay, so swimming outside was not possible. If you want to use the indoor pool, you have to pay extra even if you are a hotel guest. It costs around €60 for 90 minutes because you are required to have slippers and a swimming cap, which makes it quite expensive just to go for a swim.
The service was also not great. The woman at the reception with glasses was not very friendly and came across as quite condescending, which did not make us feel very welcome.
The rooms themselves are quite old and clearly in need of renovation. Considering the price and the restrictions, there are definitely better options to stay in Alicante.
Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but with these issues I would personally choose another place next time.
If I didn’t have a rehearsal party here I would choose a different hotel.
The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was delicious.
HOWEVER, my stay (3 nights) was significantly affected by events held at the hotel on 2 of the evenings. On the first night, an event took place in the Mirador restaurant directly in front of my room. The extremely loud music and conversations made it impossible to sleep until the event ended at 2:32 a.m.
That evening, to my suprise no room service was available—despite it normally being offered until 10:30 p.m.—as the restaurant was closed to non-event guests. When I called for room service well in time, while already in bed in my pajamas, no real solution was offered. As a result, I was left without dinner and waiting from 9:00 p.m. onward, with no indication of when the event would end, which was a very frustrating experience. The next day there were again events, I got offered a room change which I took, but which was far from ideal.
I can not understand how a hotel can host such party events at the detriment of regular hotel guest, without having some form of reduced tarif or warning in advance. The minimum a hotel should offer is a good night’s rest, and unfortunately, this stay did not.

The staff were very polite and attentive, and I would like to highlight the service provided by a waiter named Adrian. He noticed that I did not speak Spanish and, without me addressing him in English, he kindly switched to English. This thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated and exceeded my expectations.
Overall, the food was delicious, the service was of a high standard, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
