Its more about the location than anything else. central to everything and close to the port. You can easily walk to all the main attractions

We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable

This hotel is definitely worth more than 2 stars. Situated in the centre of town, my room had TV, aircon, bath with shower, shampoo and shower gel. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided

Elena was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, she was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly professional. She assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and precision

The hotel itself is also in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and close to everything you might need

The castle is in walking distance as is the central market and the shuttle bus from the airport drops you minutes away from the hotel. Perfect for a short break in this lovely town

While not a five star hotel I am giving it five stars because if the friendly an dhwlpful staff, the great central location and the clean and comfortable rooms

The room was clean, nice personnel, good location in the center on Explanada, very close to the beach. Loud though because of the active traffic right in front the window

It's location is convenient for many restaurants and bars as well as the beach and promenade

The hotel isn't great at all, very simple and don't pay extra for breakfasts, it's very poor. But the location is great easy to reach the beach, the airport and also the old town. The reason I give 4* is the staff

But the best part LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, I cannot believe we got a hotel that close to the strip for that price. Had an acquaintance staying at a hotel less than a block away, for almost twice the price

Spent two nights here, and I’m more than satisfied - it’s clean, the location is great, I have never had a better internet anywhere before… Definitely I would consider this place again

The Cervantes Hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms were modest and not very new, but clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day

5 The position was amazing, very central and close to everything. The people working there were also very nice and also available to suggestions

Sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the room was cleaned in an approximate way. Also, the room are quite noisy and unfortunately there was smell of smoke the whole time in the corridor

Lovely city centre hotel in the heart of the city, ideal for shopping, the beach, castle. Rooms were immaculate, plenty of towels, large shower cubicle, well done to the cleaning staff

It was quite a noise but no problem when the balcony doors were closed and it was easy to sleep, which was good as the concert went on into the early hours

Great spot right in the town and close to harbour and beach front. Clean and presentable room with excellent bathroom facilities, bed and balcony

Right on Ramblas and on one of the nights we were there the carnival was on and a concert was held virtually in front of the hotel

I didn't know what to expect but I was impressed with this hotel. 24 hour reception which helped as we arrived at 1am

Just had a 3 day stay here and it served it's purpose. Had fridge and kettle/cups in room. No spoon or milk/coffee/tea but took our own. We were not disturbed by any noise. Hanging rail for clothes and storage shelves

The room itself was modern and spacious including a large smart tv, drinks fridge and some really comfortable pillows! The location was perfect right in the centre so could explore everything we wanted to just walking, there is also a lovely gelato place a couple doors down from the hotel

Very nice clean place. Perfect location, receptionist Jose was very helpfull. Do recomend!!!! Right in the centre. Close to bus stop, train stop, beach, great restaurants, coffee places all around. Will come back.

My partner and I had a 2 night stay at thisb hotel and it was great. We booked last minute (the same day) and were contacted by the very friendly staff almost immediately with instructions/hotel rules

The hotel is located in the center of Alicante at 10 minutes walk from the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have called a taxi for us next day, which arrived at the hotel in less than 2 minutes

The room is very clean and the beds are very comfy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect, everything is super close and walkable. The price to quality ratio is top!

Distance from the hotel to Alicante Airport is 20 minutes by car. The room was very clean and modern inside. We would definetly come back and we strongly reccomend this hotel

Great stay overall! The hotel is right in the city center but still quiet which was perfect. Only downside was the bathroom layout. You have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet which was a bit odd.

Is the hotel perfect in every way, not to every taste, but if you interact with the staff you can feel the love for the hotel and the city. It's the quirks which make a place uniquely perfect!!! We will be back

A lovely small boutique experience in the heart of Alicante. Very quiet and safe and welcoming. Staff make a hotel and the manager and his team here make this a personal experience

the staff is very nice that they are willing to changing the room for us as my assigned room is much smaller than expected and we felt uncomfortable with the room.

Fab location, but what really made this place fantastic was the friendly staff. Lots of recommendations, luggage storage, little sweets, lots of smiles

Don’t think it was worth the extra cost for the room at Suites Del Mar when the equivalent room at Spa Porta Maris costs a lot less. It would have been nice to be informed about the changes prior to our visit this year

However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting

Couldn’t believe the size of the suite and the bath in the window was an added luxury. so easy to walk to the centre. All of the staff were outstanding especially the lady at the restaurant Nuria

Huge spotless bed bug free bed, daily room service, great continental hot cold buffet breakfast, gym pools, sauna,, bar closes at 1030but we used the melia hotel next doors extensive bar and lounges 50 metres away as all the same company and open till 1am

we were treat like royalty and had the best time. Breakfast was another level … nothing at all could be faulted even cava and we had our own little vip area. highly recommend staying here

Just returned from a girls weekend in Alicante. What a beautiful hotel this is. On arrival a couple of the rooms were ready so we could check in

The flat is very central and we walked with pleasure to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We were able to relax in A/C when necessary

My partner and I stayed in Apartamentos Plaza from last Monday till Friday, yesterday. We were so impressed with the apartment. We were met by the owner on arrival. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers

We cooked in a few nights again with ease and we're able to wash towels and bits in our own washing machine. The property was all it advertised to be, and we are very happy to give it a thumbs up

Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, Washing machine and fridge freezer, large lounge with 2 sofa's and a small balcony. Never been to Alicante before and was very impressed

We (a family of 6 with grown up kids)spent 10 days in Apartamentos plaza. The beds are very comfortable but I had to ask for extra pillows (which I got without delay)

Arriving after midnight this hotel was a good option. I was able to self check-in, using the codes provided. The airport bus stops 6 minutes away, so the transfer was not a problem

Had a very pleasant night's stay here. Workmen working outside room until about 9pm but that was not a big problem as my grandson was 12, and not a baby. Breakfast was eaten in small courtyard as no seats indoors

The room was compact, clean, quiet & comfortable. A good buffet breakfast was included. The staff were efficient & friendly

Central location , but disappointed. Very disappointed that our room had four flights of stairs ( 80 year old pensioners), and all the lower rooms had younger people in them

As we were there on the last day of the year my friends and I were ordering a few drinks expecting to pay for them. Mortified when the bill came and they were included in the price of the meal

It feels like a cheap hotel, independently of its price. Horrible smell in the room and corridors from the electric air freshener they have on the ceilings. Besides, it blinks bright green all the time

The service isn't perfect; for example, I wasn't allowed to use the restroom at reception, and the staff wanted to move me to a room worse than mine. Still, it's fine for a couple of nights

our flight got delayed and we went to the hostel so late but they let us in anyway🙏 and the pregnant cleaning lady was so kind😍 Highly recommend!!

Good location near Luceros Station. The check in was smooth. The room was spacious. The shower room was a bit small. Wifi worked in room, but the signal was quite weak.

The beds are acceptable, you can get a good night's sleep, but the pillows are uncomfortable, and if there were as many of us there, it would be cramped

The hostel is close to shops and has a good location, although it can be noisy and the view from the window isn't great
