I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard

Didn't have very high expectations, but the Hotel turned out to be perfect for us. Location was excellent, food was great and the value for money. Couldn't fault the hotel and will be back whenever in Benidorm.

Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants

Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.

Anything that was meant to be hot was not - Cold or lukewarm warm at best ! We gave it a second chance before eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay

There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely

The hotel itself is breathtaking – designed in the style of a traditional Spanish village with charming architecture, cobbled-style streets, and colourful facades that make every corner picture-perfect

From my room, I had the most beautiful blue sea views, and with so many swimming pools scattered across the resort, there was always a new spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine

All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the hotel and surroundings are beautiful, its spotlessly clean and our experience was even better than we imagined

The staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Bed comfy. Shower good. The food was ok. Plenty of choice. We only had breakfast

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

Room smelt damp and there was a bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Good size, good beds, great views

The hotel location is good for entertainment, 10 minute walk from Levante beach

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Very good selections. Easy walk to old town.

The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water

The top great things about the hotel were: 1. Original drinks in all inclusive option ( beer, wine, soft drinks straight from the bottle, which is not common in other hotels). Very high level of cleaniness and hygene

We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard

We enjoyed it that much we’re already looking to book again for next year. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Benidorm, whether you’re going as a couple, family or a larger group like us

TThe restaurant is kept clean and orderly with handwashing facilities to be use on entry. Plenty of food choices snacks are available off season in the restaurant at selected times

The hotel is immaculately clean all through to a very high standard

The accommodation is standard and also club which is for over 18s only The accommodation is most spacious with ample wardrobe space, a large bathroom with 2 hand basins with a bath or a shower most rooms are pool facing

And the lifts enough said The hotel itself is very clean rooms cleaned every day and of course it in a fabulous location

We once again visited this hotel, and it didn’t fail to please us. The staff are most friendly, helpful and professional despite a few awkward customers

Pablo Blume was fantastic as was Mervin plus the greatest show man but some of the female singers were rubbish

Very quaint hotel - not a hotel but like a little Spanish village to the Golf course and great views!

We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Here are some of the tricky bits: We Struggled to find breakfast. A member of the kitchen staff pointed and gave instructions and we continued to get lost

We saw him again and he looked annoyed that we hadn’t found it. He then waved his arms and gave us new instructions. Eventually a very nice woman from the hotel physically took us to the breakfast area

There were a few very tiny ants that seemed to come up from the sink but it wasn’t horrendous. Parking is not free unless you park in the car park below the hotel. The Spa is not owned by the hotel

It clearly wasn’t clean which was very surprising. I asked at reception for a new one. There were occasional smell of drains in the bathroom but by the afternoon it would go

Bearing in mind how much we paid, it seems wholly reasonable that the hotel bear the costs for the Level guests to include the spa and parking

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. Close enough to the beach, loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and the best pool. This is very much a family-friendly hotel, that your kids and you will enjoy

Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help

Nice hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Could do with up grading but ample for a weekend break. Would definitely recommend.

Food is good value, we went half board and were very happy Rooms are spacious and clean we will request a balcony next time - the roof top bar is also really nice and adults only which we really appreciated

Lovely hotel friendly staff good clean rooms. Lovely outside pool plenty of sunbeds. Inside pool ok did not use as something was being pumped into it, steps only to get into

The hotel is centrally located, recently renovated, and the buffet is excellent.

Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views

Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year

The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad

Playing and speaking even when just passing. Really made the holiday so much more fun for Emily and Aria and us an hours timeout Thank you. Food was plentiful and choice was good

Excellent place to stay ,very homely excellent breakfast first rate owner couldn’t do enough for you,won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Also a special thank you to Gianina who works on the resorts main bar, she went over and above to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their stay, all the staff were great, welcoming and friendly, although I feel I have made a lovely friend with Gianina with how well she treated us

We stayed at Magic Natura for one week in September, and we had a wonderful time. I travelled alone with my two young children, aged 2 and 4, and the resort worked really well for us

We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety

Everything felt clean and well cared for, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive option gave very good value considering the food, facilities and park access included

Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again

We went B&B and found the breakfast very good with plenty of choice although I wasn't impressed when we didnt get breakfast on our departure day as we left before 8 but I do think they could have given us something in a packed lunch, so paid 3 nights and got 2 breakfasts??

Room was bright and clean and we actually had the best sleep!!! Shower was great too. The service at the restaurant was fantastic, friendly staff very hardworking and would go out of their way to provide for you

All in all a good base, clean and pleasant staff, would return for a short stay

I must give a shout out to Merche & Jose. Their welcoming smile, sense of humour and attentive service was outstanding. In fact every member of staff that we encountered couldn’t have done anymore for us

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day

We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Staff are so friendly and special mention to bar man with funky glasses and restaurant female manager

But all staff are so professional and excellent customer service, The restaurant is excellent quality food, great variety

We decided to stay at this hotel from the great reviews we read. We’ve spent many times staying in Benidorm and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in

The reception staff were always pleasant from the moment we checked in to checking out. The rooms were spacious (we stayed Superior) and spotlessly clean with a big bathroom and balcony

My sister in law came to have a look as she was staying local in a different hotel and we are booked for her 60th next year at Don Pancho and she couldn’t believe how wonderful it is

My sister and I love the 'Don Pancho' its like 'coming home' to us. We feel so safe here hence why we return. The staff are fantastic, everyone of them friendly and helpful

I can comment on the pool, bar or other areas of the hotel as I didn’t use them but I am sure they are of an equally high standard that we had in the facilities we used

The breakfasts were excellent with a huge amount of choice, good coffee, and the best scrambled eggs I have had for years! Our (standard) room was also stylish, comfortable and well laid-out

The shower was large and good quality toiletries were provided. The beds were also comfortable - although I would prefer a harder mattress. The balcony was a great addition and a good size

My sister and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Mercure Benidorm. The hotel is stylish and comfortable - and all the staff were lovely - without exception; they were friendly, professional and helpful

The design is stylish and modern, and the inner courtyard is absolutely lovely, with beautiful greenery and a cozy garden atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-designed, everything felt thought through

The only small funny minus 😅 — they didn’t leave the NUXE shower gel, it feels like they are protecting this cosmetic treasure because it’s always at the very bottom in hotels, haha

The restaurant has top quality food, we especially appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice and it was all so good that it was a great motivation to start the day! From the large terraces in front of the restaurant we could enjoy the beautiful view

Excellent rh royal hotel plenty to do

It was spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable and clearly very well looked after. Everything was exactly as it should be and throughout my stay I genuinely could not find a single thing to fault

I arrived on Friday evening for a four-night stay and from the moment I walked through the doors I knew this was going to be a special experience

As the Event Host and Manager of my recent Linedance Event here again at The Marina Resort Benidorm, I want to personally commend the superb service received from the excellent Bar and Restaurant staff, Edu, Ouasima, Nabil, Raul, Abdul, Fakir and Vicente

The food (Breakfast and in particular evening meal, which was part of our group event package) was superb. All 95 of my Hotel resident guests have told me how superb this was. A huge thank you to the Kitchen staff

Raul from Guest Relations was super helpful with a few of my guests who had questions etc. A HUGE HUGE THANK YOU goes to our two Barmen for the event, Raul and Nabil. Unbelievable customer care and service

Great hotel, ideal for groups of friends as it’s a party hotel and right in the mix of new town. The djs and music was great here. The hotel was nice and the rooms were decent

Really enjoyed our hotel stay overall. the room was clean and fresh, and was a good size. Excellent location on the strip and near to the beach. The only complaint was regarding their cleaning policy

Excellent hotel, central to all amenities. Hotel very well kemp, clean and all staff are lovely. The rooms are a good size if your there with your partner and balcony is good also

The rooms are great, very clean, good beds, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, does have a good mini fridge in room. Plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls etc. The whole hotel is lovely and clean

Breakfast in the hotel is excellent and plenty to choose from (we never had dinner and we were only B&B) The couple we were with highly recommended dinner though

The pool is a good size and plenty sun loungers around the pool too, the snack bar at the pool has plenty of options for drinks/ food/ ice lollies

May 15 for 4 nights myself my partner & 3 friends booked in to this i can only describe as a fabulous hotel. From the start the Venus staff were friendly & helpful everywhere was accessible only by key card so very safe

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. Drop off is outside the front doors so no walking around corner or up a hill to reception

Room was lovely and clean, topped up with coffee and tea everyday. Close to everything. Staffs were amazing. Very helpful and friendly :) will defo come back!

Lovely little restaurant with the beach right in front of you. We had a lovely evening meal, two Carbonara's and a pizza with two glasses of Fanta for €42 which we thought was really good

Having stayed in a Barcelo Hotel sometime ago , I wasn't surprised to find that we had chosen the right hotel in the right location. Our room was spotless , it was superbly decorated and appointed

The bed was super comfortable , it was two single beds pushed together, but it was fine. Huge TV , Super huge shower and bathroom area. Breakfast this morning was literrally the best i have had in any hotel

Stayed with a group of friends early April. We had a pool view which was good those staying on the back did experience a bit of noise early morning due to people coming home from the bars. Hotel was clean, staff friendly

The hotel is in an ideal spot right at the end of Levante beach with easy access to bars and restaurants either on the strip or beach front

Breakfast was good with a good choice including Cava if you want to top up the alcohol from the night before

English breakfast options ( bacon sausages fried bread ect) Staff really helpful and polite. Location is great and quiet but central. Celebrated Halloween and went all out with decorations really good

Pool view gets sun all day, breakfast is great we had evening meal which was really nice , bar staff big smile on face when saw us , room really comfy, booked again for next year but hope to go back again later this year , there’s a Spanish family who have been going for years and remembers us and spoke which was really nice

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. The menu was a bit repedative, the TV in the room a bit hit and miss as was the WiFi connection.

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol

Just returned from a long weekend break. Hotel is clean bright and airy, the staff all the way through the ranks are brilliant. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereal or full English breakfast

Such a great hotel, very clean and great rooms, the shower is so powerful, lovely food and all staff are fantastic . Husband enjoyed the sky sports in room. Returning again!

My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks
