Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well

Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. A clean and fantastic hotel in the heart of the new town, surrounded by entertainment.

Great location, plenty of food choice for everyone. Dining staff and bar staff not overly welcoming, not horrible but as I say not welcoming. Amanda on reception was excellent and is an asset to the hotel.

Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Hotel is right on the strip, with everything you could want within walking distance. Just felt this year that the food was not as varied as previous years nevertheless a great hotel to stay at.

100% returning !! Close to everything, also very quiet when the doors are closed. Perfect location . Only downside. Tables in dining area are far too close together and evening meal would be better if it started at 6pm

Rooms/shower/balcony are very clean and modern, new fresh. Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later Staff are all friendly and helpful Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets.. spoilt for choices for food just outside the hotel, aswell as supermarkets..

I was very surprised as did not expect a nice hotel on the Benidorm strip but was very pleased with the whole experience. Though it would be noisy you could hear the music if you go to Benidorm you expect that but slept well. Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff. From a bright smiling super helpful Karim as soon as you arrive to the best restaurant manager Raul the fabulous Nicky who will help you with anything and everything and wonderful Roxana at the bar. Great hotel. Great value for its money. We had the all inclusive. The service and the food were really good. Seven minute walk from the beach. Big spacious room with seaview. And a huge bathroom. Maybe all a little out of date but very well for us. Friendly staff.
