Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.

First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. Lovely stay at sol pelicanos, rooms were as expected, clean and serviceable. Food was good, as a vegetarian I always had something to eat. Service was great, very attentive. Since it's the off season we didn't use the pool, but had plenty of activities to do in the day thanks to Javi's yoga classes! Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. Brilliant hotel but with two minor points. Had a really nice experience at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the room or the dining room. We only had breakfast here as we prefer to eat out during the day and evening. So many choices for breakfast that I would be here forever, needless to say many choices and not limited to portions. Now for the down side, at a small expense the hotel could fit those round...

Loved the hotel. Good staff. Breakfast option good. Location was ideal for me. Great Spanish people. Swimming pools good. Roof top pool ideal for a relaxing time. Bedrooms clean and cleaned everyday. Shower and bath. Shower had a lot of power Drinks bar very flash and modern. Loved the place.. Very well priced good value for money..

Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again

Excellent hotel. Great variety at breakfast. Hotel is located in a quiet area next to the police station. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great customer service. Everyone friendly from check-in to check out. Highly recommended.

Me and my 6 year old son had a fabulous stay. We arrived before the checked in time and was no problem. Supper friendly staff, actually terrific and hospitable staff! I will definitely say that I take my hat off to all Spaniards for understanding English because I really struggle to understand Spanish - the staff taught me the words in Spanish for microwave and macaroni cheese and was happy to show...

We have just returned from a short break at the Brasil and what a great small hotel this is. A good location just off the old town area and a short walk down to the beaches Rooms are very clean and fresh. Looks to have been upgraded recently. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts are simple but a very good selection of what you would expect. Fresh fruits and yoghurt. Limited selection...

Excellent 3 star hotel I am only 6 days into my stay and the beds have been changed twice the hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice the hotel is right in the old town so you don’t get a sea view just buildings but that’s ok the food is good overall a lovely hotel I would definitely come back and look forward to my 4 days left here so Lovely hotel lovely staff thank you

Lovely hotel, great staff, friendly & helpful, exceptionally clean in rooms & shared areas, breakfast & evening meal were both good quality. Nice location, great sleep due to comfortable beds & nice sheets, also great shower with good water pressure. View from balcony was mostly residential but as this is in a quiet area of the old town we were happy with this. Staff were good enough to accommodate...
