We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.

First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. Lovely stay at sol pelicanos, rooms were as expected, clean and serviceable. Food was good, as a vegetarian I always had something to eat. Service was great, very attentive. Since it's the off season we didn't use the pool, but had plenty of activities to do in the day thanks to Javi's yoga classes! Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. Had a lovely 4 nights here returning yesterday. We had a double junior room which was upgraded to a park view. It was comfortable and spacious and the beds had memory foam mattresses with plenty of pillows and a sofa in the room. There was no balcony but there was a big window that slid open. We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. Average hotel. Clean and comfortable. OK for a long weekend. Bar was closed when we were there. Alas, the breakfast wasn't that good.

Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much. The whole hotel is really clean & maids clean rooms everyday, shampoo & shower gel is provided in rooms. We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms...

I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport. They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

Could do with cups in the room to make a tea or coffee, other than that excellent stay over will be looking to booking again with them

Nice hotel. Modern and comfortable. Good value for money. Fair walk into old town and an even bigger trek into new town. Were in our 30s so had no issues with the walking. If youre older youd be better suited to something closer to the town. Rooms are paper thin. Could hear others from their room next door coming in from a nice evening out, bit of a pain but once they are in and settled its fine...

Staff could off been friendlier. Entertainment was based for the Spanish more. Yes I know we was in Spain. Did have elvis impersonator just looked normal and still only done 3/4 songs. The rest was Spanish ( not elvis) and didnt start Entertainment till 9.30 & 10.15 so only on an hr or so. But room was ok but balcony lights on 2nd floor didnt work. But was out a lot. If I go again would choose different...

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles.

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

We stayed three nights. It's a a very reasonable hotel for the price you pay. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
