Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

The hotel was very well positioned in the middle of everything. The staff were lovely and incredibly friendly from the moment that we arrived. Hotel was lovely modern and clean, everything you could want without some of the crazy hotel prices some charge for great locations.

We are a group of friends who stay at Hotel Nereo every March for the festival. We find that Hotel Nereo suits us down to the ground. Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Breakfast was okay. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. Pizzas etc. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol.

Just returned from a long weekend break. Hotel is clean bright and airy, the staff all the way through the ranks are brilliant. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereal or full English breakfast. Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! 🤩! The parking lot is a huge plus, considering parking is difficult in this area! Highly recommended! By the way, they were very generous in upgrading my room. We stayed in the Helios hotel in Benidorm for 4 nights. What an amazing stay. The staff, the rooms the service all 5 stars. And a huge thank you to Massimo and Maximo for making a fabulous birthday cake for my sisters 60th birthday. It was a work of art and tasted amazing. Visited last year in summer and had a fantastic stay! The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful. Had lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was big and the balcony was great.
