I have been a few times this week for a drink at the poolside. Today because it was a little windy they wouldn't serve me outside which I found ridiculous. Not going again

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age . Our room was spacious & the balcony had an amazing view of the beach . The bathroom was large with a shower . Really lovely hotel right on the seafront. Reasonable bar prices. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony which was really nice to see the sea, chill out on and people watch. Would definitely stay again

Stunning hotel, i had beach front room,the views was amazing and listening to waves when i went to sleep was relaxing, staff was lovely, pool was cold but do have a juccuzi, 10 min if that walk to strip,had welcome sweets on arival, room, always spare sun loungers and breakfast was good too.

Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff. From a bright smiling super helpful Karim as soon as you arrive to the best restaurant manager Raul the fabulous Nicky who will help you with anything and everything and wonderful Roxana at the bar. This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

Not a bad hotel, although very disappointed in the spa area we had to pay 16 euros each to use , jacuzzi was cold , heated longer n jet showers not working . Water jar empty so couldn’t even get a drink of water .

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. We enjoyed the food which was buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lunch in the pool bar was excellent. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular and the staff are all lovely. Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

Apartments are on top of a steep hill. There is a bus from hotel to beach on the plus side. Three lifts for 34 floors can sum times be really slow and very busy. Will have various pots and pans but may need to ask for more to accommodate making a full meal. Not alot of noise from other apartments only if their having a party🤔🤔.
