Lovely hotel,close to town and shops! Staff friendly, room was comfortable and clean! Stayed there for 5 days,Lovely little break away! Would definitely stay there again!

Room only in this place, but you get what you pay for. A reasonable size room that sleeps two comfortably and it gets cleaned every day

It's pretty good for a cheap 2-star hotel, the food has little variety but is quite delicious. Bad, the bathroom needs urgent renovation, very old and the air from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is very bad, in the mornings you get hot in the room, and when it works you can't set the temperature you want, it's standard

We are in the hotel and the cleanliness and the food are very good, great value for money, very friendly treatment by everyone, to return. We have been in hotels with more stars and there is not so much difference. The best location.

Okay for what was paid - had a few issues as in very outdated. Aircon didn’t work too well and rooms very hot and no fan in bedroom. Lift took a long time to get to floor. The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Very well located in the old town, breakfast was good, some of the staff were miserable. Room was dated with no fridge and a view of another building less than 10 ft away from the balcony. Well priced apartments in a fairly central location. There is a slight hill upto the apartments but it wasn't bad and wouldn't say it was a struggle as in other reviews. 200 euro deposit, which went straight back on my card. What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. Just back from a weeks stay. Rooms dated but lovely and clean. Breakfast is hit and miss. Beans came out then 10 mins eggs but then no cutlery and no staff to get any but apart from that its ok. Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. Booked a week at Camping Villasol and eventually had 3 1/2 weeks there. Fantastic site with great facilities, showers, toilets, laundry room, pool areas, bar and supermarket were all immaculately clean and the staff were superb. All the pitches are well maintained and level, the site is a 5 min walk from the entertainment end of Benidorm and the best but is no pets are allowed, so no yapping handbag...

Lovely campsite with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a cabana this time having previously stayed in a suite. Great stay but got eaten alive by mozzies. Lots of flies around as well. What really does spoil this campsite is having no sun loungers round the pool, such a beautiful pool and grounds such a shame as this really spoils it for me

Site access roads are a little tight with a larger outfit. Pitch small but adequate and I should have opted for a larger one. One services block a little dated but others are excellent and I gather the site is improving slowly and surely. Overall a good site with easy access to Benidorm.

Here for our 2 week fix in Beni. The shop has now gone so no gas on site, you have to go to the caravan supply place over the road or the repsol garage which is inconvenient given the age group here. Facilities all good. They still need to cut some of the big trees back given the storms recently. €28.50 a day for a pitch, €3 a day for a tiny dog, and leccy on top makes it an expensive camp tho. A very clean and well maintained camp site. Good showers with hot water (not push button). Secure and easy access via front office and security bars. Is an American traveling Europe, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are attentiveness, professionalism, and smiles.
