I have been a few times this week for a drink at the poolside. Today because it was a little windy they wouldn't serve me outside which I found ridiculous. Not going again

Hotel Cimbel.."Shines on the beach". This beautifully appointed hotel glimmers next to the Beach. Great location on Levante Beach. Easy access to the entire resort of benidorm. We had room 104 (luxuryPool). Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool. Full bathroom with a double sink. Spacious shower etc. Water is always hot. Maid service daily. It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed. The food is well presented with a huge choice. The bar area can be cosy for drinks and also a great area for local acts. All staff are friendly and smiley An easy comfortable hotel to come and relax and explore benidorm from. Highly recommended.

Really lovely hotel right on the seafront. Reasonable bar prices. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony which was really nice to see the sea, chill out on and people watch. Would definitely stay again

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment. Car park was secure and easy to access the hotel from, Shame they did not have a gym area. All good, apart from it being the wettest and coldest Christmas day in Benidorm for 100 years! Found all the staff really attentive if not a bit understaffed in the bar area. Would recommend

Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age . Our room was spacious & the balcony had an amazing view of the beach . The bathroom was large with a shower . The restaurant was fantastic too with plenty of tables & the food was top notch also. Highly recommended 5 star hotel.

Stunning hotel, i had beach front room,the views was amazing and listening to waves when i went to sleep was relaxing, staff was lovely, pool was cold but do have a juccuzi, 10 min if that walk to strip,had welcome sweets on arival, room, always spare sun loungers and breakfast was good too.

We had a fantastic stay here. Only there for 3 nights but would definitely stay again, if I came for longer. Very clean, very tidy, only small so the staff were able to be attentive and they were all really pleasant.

This is a lovely clean hotel in an excellent location. Old town is a short walk to the right, the ***** is a longer walk to the left. Behind, is the start of Benidorm town. The room was clean and well serviced. Very spacious too. We had a full sea view and a balcony, which was worth it. Breakfast was plentiful, and if you can't find something to eat from the buffet, then you should have picked Scarborough! English bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms friend bread, beans hash thingies. Also the usual cereals, German cheese and meats,, pastries, juices. The staff were all very smiley and helpful. Our only beef was no entertainment- except a dreary singer one night. But hey, this is Benidorm, there's no shortage of entertainment for free elsewhere!

Brilliant hotel love it will be back next year for another weekender room great but had very noisy people above partying on their balcony til goon o clock but voices sounded very familiar
