Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool. Full bathroom with a double sink. It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach

Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment

Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age

All good, apart from it being the wettest and coldest Christmas day in Benidorm for 100 years! Found all the staff really attentive if not a bit understaffed in the bar area

A wonderful experience from check in to check out. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday. I must comment the bar staff they were so kind and helpful putting our cake and champagne in the fridge until we needed it

Lovely hotel, we book the VIP rooms when we go. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely views in the sea view rooms. Highly recommend 👌

What can I say about this 3 star hotel. The location is beach front right opposite steps to poniente beach. Opposite is a children's play area and a bus stop. Right near all the bars restaurants and shops of the old town

The shower is incredible, the water pressure is so strong its like having a massage each time you took a shower. All Immaculately clean I must say. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh linen and towels if you require

Maid service every day with fresh towels. The roof top terrace is a great facility its open all day for sunbathing although only 3 comfortable deck chairs the other chairs just normal hard chairs

We had a sea view which was amazing waking up looking out over the beach and harbour. Some early morning niose from delivery vans and buses The shower and hair dryer was great so powerful

For a 1 star hotel, this is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and smiling, the location is just ideal, 30 seconds walk from the beach, beautiful

Tidy little hotel over looking the beach and marina. Bunch of us 30+ yes old lads stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, very tidy, staff are so friendly and accommodating

Our room on the 3rd floor had a lovely balcony,overlooking the beach and promenade,and was large enough for a table and 2 chairs

It's in old town about 10 metres from a church and the Benidorm battlement. Turn right out of the front door and you're overlooking the beach

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing

Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back

Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad

The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing

Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony

The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay

If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady

Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed

My 4 night stay Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful

2025 Once again a fantastic stay. The staff are super friendly from bar staff to domestic staff. Bed are super comfy & we had a great nights sleep. The food was outstanding & so much choice

The room was missed for a clean completely one day and poor re-stocking of coffee/tea on other days and our used tea mugs not cleaned and just placed back into position ! Also we were both bitten quite badly by some kind of bed-bugs

And newly built complex, that has look like it has stood here a century or more. All this in quite large territory

A visually impressive hotel and the Level room we had was gorgeous with views across the golf course. Staff have been impeccably trained and were friendly and attentive. We only stayed for 7 days with much golf played

Anything that was meant to be hot was not - Cold or lukewarm warm at best ! We gave it a second chance before eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay

Tables rarely get cleaned Dinner options are nice especially the Italian and the buffet good but very little option for lunch unless on half or full board

"The Level" drinks lounge was not cleaned often enough so hard to find a table that didn't have the last occupant's plates/glasses on it

Very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms and public areas and fantastic location for beach, bars and amenities.

The hotel location is good for entertainment, 10 minute walk from Levante beach

great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff. if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance. parents arnt watching them because their on holiday

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

Room was lovely big and spacious and so was the bathroom and the pool is big and wasn’t freezing considering it was September , the gym isn’t good I can’t say anything good about that lol but the rest was great, the jacuzzis in the indoor pool are both not working which sucks but otherwise a good place I would stay again

We had a 10 night stay in August and it was one of the best holidays we have been on! Fantastic facilities at the hotel, the night time entertainment was outstanding and there was plenty on during the day too, our daughter absolutely loved it! Rooms cleaned everyday to a great standard, hotel staff extremely helpful and the pools amazing

We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard

Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!

The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables

Not a typical benidorm hotel, popular with the Spanish. I really enjoyed my stay. A little bit of a walk to the beach front and the club's. As a result it's not noisy and very relaxed in the hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.

Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help

I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing

The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at

The lifts are a complete nightmare, I waited 20 minutes for a lift one evening! The rooms are hit and miss you can have a wonderful room with a fabulous balcony or terrace or just a room with no outside access and terrible views! I have to say the housekeeping was very clean room and towels every day

What another amazing stay in Magic Cristal. This was our 4th year staying here from there new online check-in to the amazing staff all across the hotel, keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade

Ive stayed here 3 times and its my go to hotel for benidorm as its in a fantastic location in-between the old and new towns and about 8 mins to levante beach

The rooms have always been very clean and never had an issue with getting clean towels etc. The lifts are the worst thing about the hotel waiting forever for them but if I was that bothered I could always use the stairs

Our room was always clean to a really good standard with fresh towels every day even this we didn’t ask for them

Stayed seven night in Madeira Centro hotel. I feel the hotel owes me nothing and have very few complaints. Rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is pleasant and has plenty of staff

Lunch menu was impressive, was not part of my package but after trying it on day one i looked forward to it each day

Elena cleaning the rooms was lovely and tried to do the cleaning at a time that would cause me no disruption. Lifts in hotel are painfully slow and usually have people queing for them

Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views

Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

The breakfast is among the best I’ve experienced with the welcomed bonus of fried bread & black pudding etc. For those who maybe don’t want the full english then there was plenty of continental options

My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area but the hotel was clearly busy and this could not he honoured. However, the annexe was absolutely fine

In this hotel, as a half-board guest, you can swap your evening meal for lunch purely by just turning up at the restaurant. This was great especially when heading off for afternoon/evening drinks

The only thing I would change about the room would be the addition of tea & coffee making facilities, though I’m led to believe a kettle can be hired. The food choices were fresh & plentiful

I have visited Benidorm on a number of occasions, staying at different hotels. This year, I joined a group of friends and booked a 4-night stay at the Calypso over the Easter weekend

In the annexe, the rooms either overlook the Calypso pool, or the flash pool. A302 overlooks the Flash pool and for those who enjoy sitting on the balcony, it has plenty of sun

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff

just wanted to say what an amazing time we had at your hotel Third visit - this time was 14 till 21st November, Love the rooms , bar area and especially the indoor pool

We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Lovely clean rooms meals are great with a huge selection 4 pools and a roof pool and bar very friendly and shops and restaurants near by 10 minute walk to beach

Staff are so friendly and special mention to bar man with funky glasses and restaurant female manager

The reception staff were always pleasant from the moment we checked in to checking out. The rooms were spacious (we stayed Superior) and spotlessly clean with a big bathroom and balcony

My sister in law came to have a look as she was staying local in a different hotel and we are booked for her 60th next year at Don Pancho and she couldn’t believe how wonderful it is

First time staying at Don Pancho and it won’t be the last, lovely welcome from the lady on the reception desk very knowledgeable, all the rooms face the sea we stayed on the 14 th floor and booked a superior room which was great

This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. A lovely welcome when we arrived from reception staff

My sister and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Mercure Benidorm. The hotel is stylish and comfortable - and all the staff were lovely - without exception; they were friendly, professional and helpful

The breakfasts were excellent with a huge amount of choice, good coffee, and the best scrambled eggs I have had for years! Our (standard) room was also stylish, comfortable and well laid-out

It was all lovely! Staff, servers and cleaners were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I celebrated my 21st birthday and they had even decorated the room to mark the special occasion

As the Event Host and Manager of my recent Linedance Event here again at The Marina Resort Benidorm, I want to personally commend the superb service received from the excellent Bar and Restaurant staff, Edu, Ouasima, Nabil, Raul, Abdul, Fakir and Vicente

The food (Breakfast and in particular evening meal, which was part of our group event package) was superb. All 95 of my Hotel resident guests have told me how superb this was. A huge thank you to the Kitchen staff

Great hotel, ideal for groups of friends as it’s a party hotel and right in the mix of new town. The djs and music was great here. The hotel was nice and the rooms were decent

Really enjoyed our hotel stay overall. the room was clean and fresh, and was a good size. Excellent location on the strip and near to the beach. The only complaint was regarding their cleaning policy

Rooms:- basic but clean Area:- quiet, local bus €1. Took around 15 minutes, does get busy on the bus. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Little beach a short walk away

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...

The entertainment was very kid-focused, obviously. There were singers on before the mini-disco which we listened to from our balcony

Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides

Very close to the bus stop to the airport and the train station. Free coffee and fruit juices in the reception 24/7 were great and they kindly looked after my bag whilst I explored on the last day

Excellent hotel, central to all amenities. Hotel very well kemp, clean and all staff are lovely. The rooms are a good size if your there with your partner and balcony is good also

Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant

May 15 for 4 nights myself my partner & 3 friends booked in to this i can only describe as a fabulous hotel. From the start the Venus staff were friendly & helpful everywhere was accessible only by key card so very safe

The rooms are great, very clean, good beds, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, does have a good mini fridge in room. Plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls etc. The whole hotel is lovely and clean

The bed was super comfortable , it was two single beds pushed together, but it was fine. Huge TV , Super huge shower and bathroom area. Breakfast this morning was literrally the best i have had in any hotel

One top of that all the staff from Reception to the Restaurant staff were amazing. Special praise for the guy who was at the door of the restaurant. I am sorry I didnt get his name, cut a guy with a beard

The sunbed area is built up around it so had to keep moving when the sun went behind the other buildings. The food was good and had lots of options

Stayed with a group of friends early April. We had a pool view which was good those staying on the back did experience a bit of noise early morning due to people coming home from the bars. Hotel was clean, staff friendly

Pool view gets sun all day, breakfast is great we had evening meal which was really nice , bar staff big smile on face when saw us , room really comfy, booked again for next year but hope to go back again later this year , there’s a Spanish family who have been going for years and remembers us and spoke which was really nice

Spent 11 nights half board . Great outside swimming pool , solarium breakfast, great food , extremely clean great staff . Rooms are basic but functional. My regards to Juan my namesake in the restaurant

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol

First time staying at the Riudor and we have booked it again the week after we got home the room was modern with walk in shower in the bathroom the whole of the hotel was great the staff are fantastic the hair dryer stopped working while the wife was drying her hair getting ready to go out so I went to reception to tell them & ask for it to be fixed and the result was for her to pass me a brand new...
