Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

We were not staying at the hotel on this visit as like to have a change every now and then but have stayed several times previously the last time being in November 25 for Fiesta.We popped in a couple of times on this trip to have a drink in the bar and maybe see some of the staff we knew. We were welcomed on our visits by Alberto,Adrian and Oriel who not only remembered us but were welcoming , friendly and smiling as always ... as if we had never been away . We enjoyed drinks and nibbles along with great service as always in pleasant surroundings. It is the staff and their friendliness and warm approach that brings us and others back to this lovely hotel and we look forward to returning to the Victoria at Christmas . Would highly recommend staying here

We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. Friendly staff at all levels, making us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic holiday. Location is good for the beach and for the old town.

I like to say had amazing time at this hotel rooms lovely and staff lovely in the hole off the building restaurant staff , reception staff, bar staff, cleaners, spa staff all very helpful and welcoming and amazing people pool not bad size I do think if they could maybe put a launderette in hotel something maybe look into put apart from that what a lovely atmosphere hotel and beautiful location not far from everything and beach is well a d shopping centre too so yeah what a beautiful hotel id definitely come back again with more family or maybe friends

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good, staff couldn’t be any more helpful - very good indeed. Entertainment in the bar area was a singer most nights - shout out to Ariel he was the one we liked the best. We would have a few drinks before going out. Walk to the old town easily and some of us walked to the new town some of us got a quick taxi for €7 Each meal time the staff pushed tables together for our party, they removed plates etc quickly they were very attentive. Food - limited in choice compared to some places I’ve been, however what was there was good in quality. We aren’t “foodies” so we were happy to choose what we fancied to fill up and we enjoyed the ambiance of a drink and chatting during meal times rather than tasting and indulging in the food. This was a very comfortable hotel to live in for a week.

Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again

Just returned from a weeks stay at this excellent hotel I have stayed in many hotels in Spain over the years And I have to say this Hotel is amongst the best The rooms are clean modern spacious and well equipped The restaurant and the quality and variety of food was excellent The staff are friendly attentive and provide excellent service the housekeeping / maid service was excellent with rooms clean and beds made towels changed daily Also great location just a short walk to the old town and beachfront and shopping areas Overall really enjoyed our break here and no doubt we will return at some point

clean hotel / food good /service good / nice room 1708 / the only one reason for mark down the fridge in room was not cold asked the maid she had a look agreed it was not getting cold she then called reception and later that day a young maintenance guy turned up just opened fridge door and said its fine and left so following day funny that bottle of milk we had bought day before had gone off and the cans in fridge where warm so sorry due to that problem i have marked your review down

i decided to book this hotel, i was going to book RH Princessa on an AI basis, as it was cheaper than RH Vic. Alas, i saw a not suggesting renovation work underway at Princessa, so booked RH Vic. My wife wanted to go back to the new town side, but i wanted to try something close to the Old Town. RH Vic is well placed for that. The hotel is lovely, all the staff were friendly and would accommodate your needs. One drawback was that all the evening entertainment was aimed at certain types of guests. Food for a 4star was not the best, we have had better with more variety at 3 star hotels, but its the gamble you take, when you book. We were on the 17th floor of 19, with a great view of the new town. Weather was not good at all, one day of full sunshine! Looks like Port Benidorm will be the next visit.

Fantastic Hotel, great location. The staff especially Rakel and Eva are amazing and very helpful. It was our third visit so that speaks for itself. Rooms are immaculate.

for me it was perfect tho not everyone's taste. staff were good entertainment a bit hit and miss. food good.room ideal.a bit strange tho you have to pay for bar in room even tho on all inclusive

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft.
I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean.
The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers.

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants.
The spa area was really good value for money.
