Overall a mixed experience.
The room was clean and comfortable, with nothing to complain about in that regard.
However, there was quite a lot of noise in the morning as the room is located directly in front of the breakfast area, which made it difficult to rest.
The breakfast itself was okay.
One disappointing point was the lack of hot water in the shower at around 11 p.m., after returning from outside in the cold. This was unfortunately not the experience one expects after a long day.
It’s a pity, as with better sound insulation and reliable hot water, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Plaza veiw. Our room was very clean and modern. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the toilet and shower were as well very modern and clean. The room had a little capsule coffee machine and a big closet and even an iron. Breakfast was included and was nice as a free breakfast. If I go back to Valencia I will definitely go to this hotel again specially because of the cleanness of the room.

Perfect location in the city center. Very clean room. No kettle in the room.
The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, so not very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay but lacked variety. The staff only smiled at my partner, which was not very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre.. lovely waterfall feature and tons of restaurants and shops close by.

This place is amazing! Location is perfect and the rooms are spacious and new. Breakfast was basic yet good...really enjoy the balcony!

Absolutely stunning property, amazingly run, superior room, perfectly comfortable, tranquil, individual, accessibility is 1000000%, food and convenience on breakfast couldn't be any better!

Can’t beat it. Not at that price, in that location and the service. Will return 100% of the time. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The service folks were super attentive and welcoming. Lucia is a pro. Always eager to help and sporting a great smile. Great communication via email as well. You will be be within minutes walk from literally everything you came to Valencia to see. Great job, Plaza view!

Horribly！ No duvet on the bed, and room service told us Valencia is so hot in summer and no need duvet. We check-in on Oct, nobody think it is summer and hot, they were unwilling to provide duvet in time, sooo bad performance!

Service is so awful, super cocky and not willing to offer support on all levels. Guess company behind this hotel don't treat and pay the people there well.
If you ask for their help and you'll need to change something within your booking they will refuse to talk to you and you will never ever get your money back. That's their strategy.
Absolute no-go for a hotel.
Do yourself a favor and get a hotel that will treat you as a nice guest and where you feel welcome.

Very clean and spacious triple room with balcony. Unbeatable location( Plaza del Ayuntamiento) surrounded by restaurants, shops and close to the most attractions. Decent breakfast.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.

Thoroughly recommended for a smart dining experience. They serve a full flavored traditional paella together with a wide selection of wines. Good dessert menu as well.

We looked at the recent reviews and we were very glad to have made this choice. Lovely location, attentive staff ( and English spoken) and the food was delicious. We ordered 2 starters and 1 would have been plenty and wild sea bass for main (cooked in salt and exquisite). Wine was very reasonable and a very good experience for our 1st night in Valencia - highly recommended.

Setting was nice and service was good, however my wife got an food poisoning from the fish, thus can not recommend to anyone.

Fresh seafood, polite and fun service. A bit longer wait for the main dish, but as we ordered a fish platter for 4 people this may be time consuming. Recommended.
