We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel.
Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, but at the same time very quiet as the hotel is in a side street and the windows are very well soundproof.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Car park accessible from the lobby.
Beautiful room with terrace (Deluxe room), very good housekeeping.
There's better options for the price. Don't understand all the great reviews.

Belgian salmon was good. Seafood paela was delicious but oily though. I have noticed oily dishes in different places in Valencia!!
waiters were grumpy and they need to learn etiquette and how to smile to customers. We did not tip them!
