Good location. Modern apartment style room. Staff could have been a little friendlier and more proactive in providing information; very transactional at the reception desk and no information provided on the hotel, its facilities, map of the town etc. While modern, the room lacks some things - there is no where obvious to hang a coat. There is no where in the bathroom except the shower to hang the towels. But otherwise all good.

Lovely pre-xmas break. Comfortable room and great location. Lovely breakfast choices in small chilled breakfast area with rooftop. Close to square and great restaurants/ shops. Local market only 10 mins away.
Only downside for hotel, you could hear noise from other rooms and outside door. No lobby area to relax but small bar in the upstairs breakfast area. Would love to go back!

From start to finish our stay in this hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooftop bar and plunge pool was an added bonus ! The location right next to the cathedral made it the perfect place from which to tour the city. I can't fault it. We loved Valencia and will return. I can't think of a better hotel to stay in when we do.

Lovely comfortable hotel right in the center of Valencia by the cathedral. Amazing roof top bar and tiny swimming pool. Very helpful staff.

Definitely would recommend to stay here! ALL the staff, no matter what shift, were so friendly and helpful!!! Laura's recommendations, offered/calling in dinner reservations for us, for a taxi for our covid test appts and much more! Excellent service at rooftop area by Avril. She was so sweet and kicked off our vacation to a great start. Location was perfect and everything clean.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.

I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.

This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.

Service here was friendly and that's all I expect!

Great food. Great service. Great price. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. You can sit either in the terrace or inside the restaurant, where there's a nice view of the street at night.

You always surprise us with genius ideas, flavors, presentation, suggestions. All shale and adjusted price. Very varied wine cellar. Service is impeccable. Pity that it is so small the local.
