We really liked the hotel; it's only a 10-minute walk to the airport metro. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and it's also conveniently located for the old town. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, with fresh orange juice, various egg dishes, delicious ham, and fresh fruit. We had a room facing the courtyard. It was very quiet, and the bathroom was completely renovated. The only downside was the strange smell in the hotel, which definitely needs to be addressed. We'll definitely come back again if we have the chance.

Unbeatable value for money. Great location, easily accessible from the city center either on foot or by public transportation. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with towels changed daily. The reception staff, what can I say? Fantastic!

Wasn’t the best hotel. Lots of problems with it. Mostly with the room. Not very soundproof, woken up by cleaners outside every morning. Pipes loud during the night, bright bathroom mirror light shines through the glass door illuminating the bedroom all night. Beds rock hard. No kettle to make hot drinks
Good things, clean room, nice coffee downstairs. Nice bedding and towels. Powerful shower, although was either freezing cold or boiling hot. You can ask for an iron at reception but you HAVE to give it back after 1 hour. (Why not just buy more?)
Overall stay was fine. Quite a good location, staff were average.

we stayed for a week and had a really positive experience.
our top-floor room with a balcony was perfectly situated and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The room was well equipped, with quality branded toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, dressing gowns, a hairdryer, a well-stocked tea/coffee station, and bottled water in the fridge.
Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard, and all the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We were also welcomed with a hand written welcome letter, box of chocolates and a decorated bed as i had previously mentioned we were there for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is good, but there are several issues that affected my stay. The bathroom has no ventilation fan, so odors linger for a long time. The Wi-Fi is very slow, making it difficult to work on a laptop in the room. Some facilities are outdated, particularly the card reader. During my stay, it malfunctioned—there was no electricity even after inserting the card, and only after pushing it firmly did it finally work. In addition, the room is very noisy, as it faces the street and the windows are not soundproof.

This was meant to be our first holiday in Valencia, somewhere we’ve been looking forward to for months, but sadly the experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. Yes, it’s in a lovely location, but the service has been shockingly poor. Dinner is not buffet-style as expected, and the small menu offers very limited choices. We booked 3–4 months in advance and specifically requested vegan meals, yet on arrival we were told they “didn’t know” and could only prepare something for the next day. The most upsetting moment was during dessert service — every other party was served except me, leaving me sitting there embarrassed and forgotten. For a trip we had been so excited about, this lack of care and attention has really taken away from the experience.

Good location. Room was fine as well. Unfortunately, the hotel has decided to cap the airconditioning in the rooms, not allowing to cool down the temperature below 27 degrees celsius (alluding energy saving and environmental reasons). Thus the room was not really refreshing. This is a reason for me not to chose this hotel again.
