An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine.
Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Everything was great except for two things: some of the reception staff and the breakfast restaurant staff weren't as friendly as they should have been, and the central air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; it was so cold that we had to open the window.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was great. Very comfortable bed, very clean, spacious with views of the city and towers.
The staff was great, very attentive. They even parked our car in their private parking since it would have been difficult for us to access (not used to small parking spaces).
The breakfast was excellent too.
The hotel is a great location on the skirt of the old town but still easily accessible from the main road. Walking distance to all attractions.

This new hotel equipped with latest tech items to make our stay (3 nights) comfortable and enjoyable. The design of our room (junior suite) is fabulous, tasteful yet simple and functional, spotless clean. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and attentive indeed. Location is super convenient with just 100m walk to the centre. We will definitely come back MYR Puerta Serranos next time when we visit Valencia again!

The hotel is located right in front of the Serranos Towers, just a short walk from the historic center.
Both the room and bathroom are spacious and modern. Upon arrival, we were offered water and the option to leave our luggage.

The hotel is new, located near a park in the city center. It has its own underground parking for 23 euros per day. The interior is beautifully designed, and the rooms have high-quality furniture and mattresses. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooftop terrace is closed for renovations. We were given drink cards at a neighboring hotel in the same chain, a 5-minute walk away.
The room is quite small, suitable only for an overnight stay. Breakfast is a la carte for 19 euros.

The place is really good. I saw few big Spanish families there what means the place is popular for locals, what means good and cheap food. I wasn't worng. It takes a bit long to be served because was full, but for 12 euros we could eat a lot with the menu of the day where you can choose 2 dishes for this price. The staffs were lovely and even with no much English they tried to help us as they can. Super recommend.

Make a reservation! The place is full especially at lunch time!
Paella is amazing!!! They cook it 1-2 hours in advance as a good paella should be cooked! Don't be fooled to eat (instant) paella cooked when you order it for not more than 15-30 min.

Visited it again in September 2017. Big changes from previous years. Food quality changed. My favorite seafood soup doesn't contained seafood any more. Cod fish was salty, impossible to eat. Have to change to 2 stars. New owner? Only 2 waiters for all restaurant, nothing they can do, waiting time was 40 minutes. Cory (waiter) was very nice, going out of his way to help.

This local lived better times, now he has the fame. Four entrees and plate, 20€. The two starters took half an hour, not brought nor salt, nor oil that we had to catch the bar. 10 minutes and the other two. The dish (paella) that's supposed specialty of the house, past and pringoso. Not brought bread. The wine cooler (which they said they brought it right away). We will not return never more

Nice veggie restaurant but over the years the only thing that has changed has been cost and proportions. Portions have decreased drastically been reduced and prices increased dramatically.
