This new hotel equipped with latest tech items to make our stay (3 nights) comfortable and enjoyable. The design of our room (junior suite) is fabulous, tasteful yet simple and functional, spotless clean. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and attentive indeed. Location is super convenient with just 100m walk to the centre. We will definitely come back MYR Puerta Serranos next time when we visit Valencia again!

Location is just excellent, close to all touristic attractions. Everything in walking distance. Hotel is new with modern, elegant style and very cozy, the bathroom was so great! Staff was absolutely wonderful during whole our stay: super supportive, friendly and dedicated, even positively responding to our small innovations for breakfast menu.. . We were very satisfied for choosing your place. Highly recommended.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

The best hotel we stayed at in our whole time in Spain. From the lovely front desk at check in, to the amazingly well designed and built room and bath, to the first hotel that had strong ac, and a lovely made to order breakfast that was of the highest quality.

I used the Trip.com app, checked the parking facilities, and there was no information about a separate fee, and I was not notified by the hotel. Other hotels state that a separate fee is charged. When checking out, they suddenly asked me to pay 47 euros for parking for two days. This amount is equivalent to 70,000 to 80,000 won in Korean currency, so it doesn't make sense that they didn't notify me, and it's not like the average price is like other places, so I'm really annoyed and angry.
All the other facilities were good. The service was good, and I want to tell them to write more details when listing hotel information on Trip.com.

New hotel very modern, facility is great, walking distance to old town. Only downside is that they have very limited service of bar and restaurant so you almost always need to go out to eat.

We had a great experience at this hotel.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everyone at reception was happy to offer recommendations and really seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our time in Valencia. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio between exploring the city and dinner, and the staff upstairs was also fantastic. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and helpful ladies at the front desk! Due to Motor GP the prices were much higher than normal in this weekend (in all hotels) but this was definitely the best available option in price/quality! We had a standard room which was very clean and had enough space. Whole hotel new and lovely decorated. Very nice rooftop terrace and a good parking garage underneath the hotel. Thanks for the good service!

Stayed there for 4 nights and everything about the stay was amazing. The hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. The rooftop bar was a lovely addition, very handy for a night cap before bed. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again.

Brand new modern and boutique feeling hotel in a fantastic central location in Valencia. Like the other reviews said, the people who work there are attentive and friendly. The design is chic, fresh and luxury feeling. For the room rate I doubt you can do better in Valencia. Very good nights sleep, incredibly quiet rooms. The breakfast was superb, not sure why anyone would rather a buffet style, being served course after course of beautiful breakfast food - great value and variety. You won’t regret booking here!

The most perfect hotel. Unfortunately we needed to leave early but the time we spent at the hotel was exceptional. The reception staff were polite, smiling and happy to help with absolutely anything. The rooms were the best I've ever stayed in - modern, sophisticated and beautifully clean. The rooftop was also a lovely extra. This hotel deserves a lot more than 5*!! We can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for everything
